Abstract

Indikator Kinerja Kunci (IKK) adalah indikator yang digunakan untuk melaporkan kemajuan yang diidentifikasi sebagai faktor penting untuk keberhasilan suatu organisasi yang di lihat dari tujuan dan sasaran. IKK juga dapat berfungsi sebagai alat untuk mengubah, memberikan masukan ke dalam proses manajemen yang akan membantu pembangunan yang mengakibatkan peningkatan kinerja dalam sebuah lingkungan progresif. IKK yang dipilih harus mencerminkan tujuan organisasi, menjadi kunci untuk keberhasilan dan dapat diukur. Indikator kinerja kunci dipakai dalam pertimbangan jangka panjang untuk sebuah organisasi. Secara umum, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menentukan indikator kinerja kunci dalam mengembangkan penangkapan ikan tuna di Sulawesi Utara dan untuk mendapatkan pengukuran yang jelas serta memberikan informasi bagi pemerintah dalam membuat peraturan. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dengan metode pendekatan kualitatif. Indikator kinerja kunci (IKK) terdiri dari indikator ekonomi, keuangan sosial, ekologis dan dimensi pemerintah, baik di tingkat nasional atau di sektor perikanan. IKK di tingkat perusahaan terdiri dari masukan, keluaran, dampak dan proses.

Abstract

Abstrak: This study aims to analyze the influence of social media promotion, word of mouth and service quality on burger king consumer loyalty in manado city. The type of data in this study is primary data obtained directly through questionnaires distributed to Burger King consumers in Manado City. The number of samples in this study was 100 people using accidental sampling techniques. This study used multiple linear regression data analysis. Based on the analysis of statistical data, the indicators in this study are valid and the variables are reliable. In classical assumption testing, heteroskedasticity did not occur, and normally distributed and multicolonieris free regression models. The results of this study show that social media promotion, word of mouth and service quality partially have a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of Burger King consumers in the city of Manado. Simultaneous promotion of social media, word of mouth and service quality has a positive and significant effect on the loyalty of Burger King consumers in Manado City. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh promosi media sosial, word of mouth dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas konsumen Burger King di kota Manado. Jenis data  dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer yang diperoleh langsung  melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada konsumen Burger King kota Manado. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini  adalah  100 orang  dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel accidental sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis data regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan analisis data statistik, indikator-indikator pada penelitian ini bersifat valid dan variabelnya bersifat reliabel. Pada pengujian asumsi klasik, tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas, dan berdistribusi normal serta model regresi bebas multikolonieris.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa promosi media sosial, word of mouth dan kualitas pelayanan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen Burger King di kota Manado. secara simultan promosi media sosial, word of mouth dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen Burger King di Kota Manado.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the economics value of mangrove forest ecosystems, as well asits contribution to society in the region of mangrove research sites in the Palaes Village, District of WestLikupang, North Minahasa regency. In this research, using primary and secondary data. The variablesmeasured were the direct benefit of the value generated from direct utilization of mangrove forests such asthe potential for wood (timber and firewood), palm leaves craftsmen , catching fish, shrimp and crab(Rp/year). The value of benefits Indirect value resulting from the utilization of mangrove forest indirectlynamed as breaking waves (break water) (Rp/year). Value of benefit options, namely the economic valuederived from potential direct or indirect utilization of a resource / ecosystem in the future the value ofBiodiversity (Rp/year).Based on INP calculation to determine the existence of a species in a community under study, obtainedPalaes Village mangrove forest dominated by Rhizophora at 109,499. INP data from other speciesin a row on the kind of Brugiera of 58,088, amounting to 57,492 Ceriops species, Xilocarpus of 41,491,20,860 species of Sonneratia and Avicennia species amounted to 12,860.Based on the calculations found that the benefits obtained if mangrove forests are maintained atRp10,888,218,123,/year, calculated from the sum of the direct benefits other than timber potential, indirectbenefits and benefits options. Meanwhile, if the potential for exploitation of timber obtained a profit ofRp273,617,273/year. It can be concluded that if the mangrove forest is maintained, then the benefits will39.8 times greater than exploiting the natural resources of mangrove forests Palaes Village.By considering the total economic value derived from the mangrove forest ecosystem in Palaes Village,it has the benefits of mangrove forest and an important functions as economic resources and ecologicalresources for the life of the people who are around him. Therefore, the presence of (physical condition)of mangrove forest ecosystems must be maintained as an asset development, be it by local communitiesand other parties such as government, private sector, researchers and LSM, so that development activitiescan work well and the availability of mangrove forest resources remain secure.

Abstract

Regional development is an integral part of national development one of benchmart for regional devel-opment is regional economic know previously the potential of a region that can be develop optimally. The asms of this study to determine the potential of the region has major effect of economic growth in Bitung cluring 2010 to 2013, and contribution of economic sector to economic growth in Bitung. This study used PDRB data Bitung City and North Sulawesi Province from 2010 to 2013. Data were obtained from the relevant agencies. Data ana-lyted using LQ analysis. The result showed that sector has LQ > 1 is processing Industry with average LQ 2,84 %, electricity, gas and pure water sector with average LQ 2,22 %, Transportasion and Communications sector with average LQ 1,82 % and Agriculture sector with average LQ 1,07 %. From the four sector showed that the four basic sector has economic strength and influence to increase economic growth in Bitung and this sector has been able to infest the needs of their own region. The industrial sector development as a basic sector, suggested to used local raw industrial, efficient and competitive and directed the development of Agriculture and fisheries industry, improving quality and economics product. The fourth development of the base sectors namely manufac-turing, electricity, gas and water supply, transport and communications and agriculture sector without neglecting the development of the non base which also has the potential for the sector is developed as the financial, real es-tate and business services sector and the services sector expected to be able to increase the rate of economic growth Bitung.Keywords: Potential Economic Growth

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyse the factors that influence rice traders income to price increases in Pasar Bersehati Calaca and Pasar Pinasungkulan Karombasan Manado. To answer this purpose, analysis of multiple regressions is used. The study is conducted from December 2015 to January 2016 by using secondary data of Badan Pusat Statistik Sulawesi Utara, namely percentage price change from January 2015 until Desember 2015, and primary data taken from rice traders by using questionnaire. Result show that capital, price, stock, and output simultaneously have significant influence to income of rice traders. Partially, capital and output have positive influence to income of rice traders, whereas price and stock have negative influence to income of rice traders. ls & rr.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine and compare the average income from farming of sweet corn and regular corn in Tontalete village Kema District of North Minahasa Regency for one planting season. This research was conducted during the three months from April to June 2015, located in the village of Tontalete, District of Kema Minahasa Utara Municipality. The data were obtained using a questionnaire. Sampling was done in two stages. The first step is determining the sample villages in doing a purposive sampling. The second step is determining the farmers sampled using simple random sampling method. Number of samples of each farm by 15 farmer or a total of 30 farmers. The results showed that the income per hectare of sweet corn farming for Rp 52.950.800 higher than the regular corn farming income only amounted Rp 21.799.100. Total land area is in use by all corn farmers by 43 hectares consisting of 23.5 ha for sweet corn farming, or by an average of 1.6 ha per farmer and 19.5 ha for regular corn farming or by an average of 1.3 ha per farmer. Costs incurred in the regular corn farming is greater than the costs incurred in the farming of sweet corn.*er

Abstract

This study aimed to describe marketing papaya fruit on each marketing channel in the village Matungkas Village, North Minahasa District. The research was conducted from February to April 2016. The data used are primary data. The research was done by using purposive sampling with the total number of respondents 45 people. Analysis of the data used is descriptive to portray marketing channels and marketing margin analysis and farmer share. The results showed that there are three patterns of marketing channels, namely: (1) marketing channels first (farmer-traders-retailers) with a marketing margin on the first channel of Rp 8.64 million / trip and farmer share of 40.00 percent. (2) a second marketing channel (farmers, retailers, the district / province) with a marketing margin on retailers in the district amounted to Rp 4,200,000 and farmer share of 58.82 percent, while the marketing margin on retailers in the province amounted to Rp 9.6 million / trip and farmer share of 50.00 percent. (3) The third marketing channel (farmer-consumer) with a marketing margin of Rp 2,400,000 and farmer share 100 percent. The most efficient marketing channel is channel marketing and channel marketing two third is the channel which is very profitable for farmers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the pattern of time allocation of women vegetable traders and their contribution to the household income. This research was conducted in Pinasungkulan Market, Karombasan, Manado for two month from June to July 2016. The primary data was collected from interviews with 15 women vegetable sellers who have a family. Secondary data were obtained from Sub-office Pinasungkulan Market. Data analysis was used descriptive analysis techniques. The results showed that, in general, women vegetables traders in the Pinasungkulan Market have started selling vegetables after they were married. Because as wives, they realized that they have to support their husbands to earn money for a living because of their husband's income is not sufficient. Time allocation patterns of the woman vegetable seller shave used an average of 15 hours per day for all their activities. They are selling vegetables, domestic activities and others social activities. Their time allocation daily respectivley consists of sold vegetables activities spend on average 8.9 hours (59.40%), for households 2, 6 hours/day (17.30%) and for other activities such as watching television and attending worship and other social activities, an average of 3.5 hours (23.3%). The conclusion from this study that the pattern of time allocation by women vegetable vendors in the Market of Pinasungkulan, Karombasan, women spend more time on economic activities than from domestic activities. Women vegetable sellers have earned average income of IDR 4.400 million per month with a 59.27% ​​contribution to the family income. While their husband shave contributed to the family income is lower than the wife of 19.09% with an average income of  IDR 1.417 million per month. The contribution of other members of the household is income, especially children, are IDR 1.607 million per month (21.64%). Therefore, it can be concluded that women vegetables traders in Pinasungkulan Market are primary source of support for family.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the attitude of landowners against land conversion in the village Kalasey One, Minahasa. This research was conducted by using primary data obtained from interviews on a sample of attitudes concerning land owners who've experienced over the land by using a questionnaire that has been prepared. Secondary data were obtained from the Office of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Office of Manado City Government Kalasey Village One. The results showed that the attitude of landowners against land conversion mostly to take place quickly and the conversion is done by first over land tenure. Land converted generally used to build houses and residential areas. Factors that cause land conversion categorized into internal factors such as the pressing economic needs and the desire to change the fate, as well as external factors such as population growth and government policies. Meanwhile land use also has a positive effect, namely the presence of housing construction resulted in the development of rural economy. The attitude of landowners against land conversion is at an index number of 73.73 percent means included in either category.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the trend of return on assets (ROA) at PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk from 2012 to 2016. The data used are secondary data, obtained in the form of data that has been collected, processed and published by other parties namely the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the form of data obtained from the corner of the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the Faculty of Economics and Business University Sam Ratulangi Manado. Data analysis used is descriptive data analysis method that is by describing an object so that can be drawn conclusion. This descriptive data analysis aims to determine the trend of return on assets (ROA) at PT Astra Agro Lestari TBK in 2012-2016 which will be presented in the form of tables and graphs. The results showed that Trends Return On Assets (ROA) at PT. Astra Agro Lestari, Tbk in 2013 there is a decrease in ROA from 2012, then in 2014 there is an increase compared to the year 2013. In 2015 there is a decrease in ROA from 2014, and in 2016 ROA increase in comparison to 2015. This decline occurred because the average CPO price drops. The fall in CPO prices leads to a decrease in gross revenues followed by a decrease in profits and will further lead to a decrease in ROA.
