Abstract

This study was conducted at Resty Menara Pekanbaru Hotel wher located on Sisingamangaraja, No. 102, Pekanbaru. The problem in study in the not achieving organizational goals in the last five years, this is allegedly influenced by employee performance. This study aims to determine the influenced of organizational culture and competence employee on employee performance (Case study at the Resty Menara Pekanbaru Hotel).This study is using descriptive and quantitative analysis with the help of SPSS program. The target population compirised of 51 employees in Resty Menara Pekanbaru Hotel. The sampling chosen is based on census method and saturated sample that 51 person that taken from overall target polulation. The method of data collection is done by distributing questionmaires. To test the hypothesis in this study is using simple linear analysus and analysis of multiple linear.The result of research indicates that for the t test, organizational culture and competence employee partially have a significant effect on employee performance. And the result of F test indicates that organizational culture and competence employee simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance (Case study at the Resty Menara Pekanbaru), with an R Square value of 0, 719. This shows that the organizational culture and competence employee have an influence of 71, 9% of the performance of employees with Pretty Good categorization, while the remaining 28, 1% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.Keywords : Organizational Culture, Competence Employee, Employee Performance

Abstract

Sistem pencernaan manusia merupakan materi yang bersifat fisiologis mencakup banyak konsep. Siswa belum menggunakan strategi membaca dalam memahami materi sistem pencernaan manusia. SQ3R adalah strategi membaca terdiri dari langkah Survey, Question, Read,Recite, dan Review untuk membantu siswa lebih memahami materi dalam jangka waktu panjang. Modul digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran dengan strategi SQ3R, karena modul dapat melatih kemandirian siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan modul biologi bertrategi SQ3R pada materi sistem pencernaan manusia yang layak berdasarkan nilai validitas dan keefektifan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan model Borg and Gall yang dibatasi sampai uji coba terbatas pada 10 siswa kelas XI MIPA C di SMA Negeri 1 Probolinggo. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode validasi, metode uji keterbacaan, metode angket dan metode tes. Analisis data hasil validasi menggunakan skala Likert dan dinyatakan valid jika ≥ 61%, analisis respons siswa menggunakan skala Guttman dan dinyatakan praktis bila ≥ 61% siswa menjawab”Ya”, analisis keterbacaan bila berada pada tingkatan kelas 11, dan ketuntasan hasil belajar ≥78%.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan validitas modul sebesar 89,78%. Hasil respons siswa sebesar 92,4%, hasil keterbacaan pada konversi grafik fry terletak pada level 11 dan ketuntasan indikator memenuhi kriteria. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan pengembangan modul biologi berstrategi SQ3R pada materi sistem pencernaan manusia dinyatakan layak. Kata kunci: modul, strategi SQ3R, sistem pencernaan manusia,  pengembangan.

Abstract

Handling election violations is the primary responsibility of the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu) in maintaining the integrity of democracy. This study discusses the case registration process of alleged violations at Polling Station (TPS) 19 Waykandis by Bawaslu of Bandarlampung City to the Integrated Law Enforcement Center (Gakkumdu), although the report does not explicitly specify the violation points. The purpose of this study is to analyze the legal and administrative procedures carried out by Bawaslu in handling this case, as well as to assess its implications for the election law enforcement process at the regional level. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through document studies, semi-structured interviews with related parties, and field observations. The results indicate procedural inconsistencies in the registration of reports that do not include detailed alleged violation points, which potentially cause confusion in the follow-up process by Gakkumdu. This study recommends the need for standardized reporting formats and strengthened coordination among election law enforcement agencies to improve the effectiveness of violation handling.
