Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesediaan masyarakat dalam membayar (WTP) terhadap pembangunan jaringan gas bumi di Kota Lhokseumawe. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 rumah tangga  yang dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Model regresi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pendapatan dan pendidikan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap WTP gas alam di daerah ini. Nilai ekonomi rata-rata adalah Rp2.614,008. Berdasarkan hasil, dianjurkan untuk batas jaringan gas tidak hanya di Lhokseumawe tetapi juga di daerah Aceh lainnya.Kata Kunci: willingness to pay, pendapatan, pendidikan, gas rumah tangga.

Abstract

This study aims to determine The Role of Mediator in Industrial Relationship Dispute Settlement Process during Covid-19 Pendemic at Labor Offices Department North Sumatra Province. This research is descriptive research method. The role of the Mediator in the process of resolving industrial relations disputes during the COVID-19 pandemic is the difference of opinion between employees and the company. Can be saidThe role of the Mediator of the Manpower Office is very active in providing guidance on industrial relations, carrying out industrial relations development in the company. This development is technical guidance to entrepreneur workers where the mediator acts as a resource person and is a third person and does not take sides with any of the disputing parties and asks the disputing parties to negotiate before the mediation process is carried out, leads and regulates the course of the mediation session, assists the parties make a collective agreement if an agreement is reached, make written recommendations, and prepare minutes of settlement of industrial relations disputes in accordance with the provisions of Law Number 2 of 2004 concerning Settlement of Industrial Relations Disputes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of individual characteristics, emotional intelligence and work environment on employee performance at the Office of Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Bima Regency. The population of this study were all employees of the Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Office of Bima Regency, totaling 204 employees. The sample in this study were 89 employees who were determined based on a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, questionnaires, and literature study. Data analysis techniques used in this study were validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, determination coefficient, t test, and f test which were processed using SPSS version 20.0. From the results of the study, the following results were obtained: (1) Individual characteristics partially influence employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office (PUPR) of Bima Regency. (2) Emotional intelligence has no partial effect on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Office of Bima Regency. (3) the work environment has a partial effect on employee performance at the Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Office of Bima Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' critical thinking by using the CTL (Contextual Teaching And Learning) learning model in the Pancasila education subject. The subjects in this study were 28 grade VI students. The techniques used by researchers in collecting data were observation and tests. This study shows an increase in students' critical thinking from cycle 1 to cycle II, namely from 50% to 85%, then from the analysis of the results of the learning evaluation of cycle II, the learning completion reached 85%. So, by applying the CTL (Contextual Teaching And Learning) model, the critical thinking skills of grade VI students were able to increase and experience student learning completion reaching the success indicator, namely 85%.

Abstract

Lampung adalah sebuah provinsi paling selatan di Pulau Sumatera, dengan ibu kota Bandar Lampung. Provinsi ini memiliki dua kota yaitu Kota Bandar Lampung dan Kota Metro serta 13 kabupaten, yaitu Kabupaten Lampung Selatan, Lampung Barat, Lampung Tengah, Lampung Utara, Lampung Timur, Pringsewu, Tanggamus, Pesawaran, Mesuji, Tulang Bawang, Tulang Bawang Barat, Way Kanan dan Pesisir Barat. Secara geografis, Lampung berada di sebelah barat berbatasan dengan Samudra Hindia, di sebelah timur berbatasan dengan Laut Jawa, di sebelah utara berbatasan dengan provinsi Sumatera Selatan, dan di sebelah selatan berbatasan dengan Selat Sunda. Lampung merupakan salah satu provinsi di Pulau Sumatera yang memiliki kode khas untuk Plat Nomor Kendaraan (TNKB) yakni ada kombinasi dua huruf dan diawali dengan huruf B lalu diikuti dengan kode provinsi. Kode plat BE merupakan kode untuk Provinsi Lampung. Sedangkan untuk membedakan dari kota atau kabupaten dapat dilihat dari kode belakang dari plat nomor kendaraan. Antologi Cerpen Lampung 1999–2010 ini berisikan 11 cerita dan quotes yang ditulis oleh 4 orang yaitu Fajar, Dito, Lia, dan Nana, atau disingkat sebagai BE Fadilan: saling berbagi kisah dan memberi kasih untuk sesama. Selain itu, arti kata Fadil menurut bahasa Arab berarti suka memberi, murah hati atau dermawan.
