Abstract

Salah satu alternatif pembelajaran yang dapat memfasilitasi siswa dalam menganalisis dan memecahkan masalah lingkungan yaitu pembelajaran dengan menggunakan lembar kegiatan siswa berbasis creative problem solving yang berisi lembaran-lembaran kegiatan yang akan dilakukan siswa dan panduan untuk memancing proses berpikir kreatif dan kritis siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah limbah di daerah pesisir dengan menghasilkan suatu produk yang bernilai ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan 1) Ketuntasan hasil belajar dan 2) respons siswa setelah proses pembelajaran penerapan menggunakan lembar kegiatan siswa berbasis ceative problem solving pada materi perubahan lingkungan dan daur ulang limbah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pre eksperimental dengan rancangan penelitian One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada tanggal 1-2 April 2016. Parameter yang diukur meliputi hasil belajar dan respon siswa. Sasaran penelitian yang digunakan yaitu 30 siswa dari kelas X MIA 6 di SMAN 1 Sampang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan persentase 1) Ketuntasan hasil belajar ditinjau dari ketercapaian indikator pretest yang memperoleh persentase sebesar 32,09%,ketercapaian indikator postest yang memperoleh persentase sebesar 96,67%dan, 2) Hasil respon siswa adalah 100% siswa memberikan respon positif. Kata kunci: Penerapan, LKS, Creative Problem Solving, Perubahan Lingkungan dan Daur Ulang Limbah

Abstract

An employee's performance can affect the company's success in competing with its competitors to achieve its goals. However, there are several factors that can affect the rise and fall of employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of the work environment, work discipline, and work conflict on employee performance. This study uses quantitative methods to evaluate the relationship between variables. Data were obtained through questionnaire results analyzed using SPSS Version 25 software. The total questionnaire data was 31 respondents from the number of J&T Express and J&T Cargo employees at the Kras, Ngadiluwih, and Mojo Branches. The results of this study prove that the work environment, work discipline, and work conflict have a partial and simultaneous effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination supports the results of this study with a percentage level of 81.9% of variable (X) affecting variable (Y). Also, the work environment successfully dominates its influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of inflation and efficiency on the performance of sharia banking in Indonesia, as measured by Return on Assets (ROA). The data used is monthly time series data from 2014 to 2023 obtained from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Bank Indonesia (BI). The analysis method used is the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) to identify short-term and long-term relationships between variables. The research results show that inflation has a significant influence on sharia banking profitability in the short term, but does not have a significant impact in the long term. In contrast, operational efficiency, as measured by the ratio of Operating Costs to Operating Income (BOPO), has a greater impact on Islamic banking profitability than inflation. These findings confirm that increasing operational efficiency is the main factor in maintaining the positive performance of Islamic banking amidst economic fluctuations.
