Abstract

This study aims to measure the Psychosocial Effects of Driving risks mediated by fatigue of mini bus drivers in Banda Aceh - Langsa. The sample used in this study was a mini bus driver in Banda Aceh - Langsa numbered 110 respondents. Data collection equipment used in this study was a questionnaire. Sampling technique used in this research is convenience sampling. Regression method hierarchical linear models (HLM) are used as an analysis method for know the effect of all the variables involved. Based on analysis results, indicate that psychosocial influence on risk Driving, Psychological influence on Fatigue, Risk of Driving effect on Fatigue, Psychosocial influence on Risk Driving mediated by fatigue.

Abstract

This research examines the judge’s views on apostate divorce cases from the perspective of Islamic law at the Kraksaan Religious Court, Probolinggo, East Java. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with snowball sampling technique for sampling. Primary data was obtained from documentation and direct interviews with judges at the Kraksaan Religious Court, while secondary data came from books, laws and related journals. The results of the analysis show that the judge’s views on apostate divorce are influenced by various factors, including religious, legal, social, economic and humanitarian aspects. The judge carefully considers the reasons for apostate divorce in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law and applicable positive law. The judge’s decision in an apostate divorce case must take into account the welfare of the child, socio-cultural conditions, the couple’s economic capabilities, and the principles of justice. This research underscores the importance of judges’ decision making that is fair and balanced, taking into account all relevant factors to reach a dignified solution for all parties involved in the divorce process.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah sebagai organisasi keagamaan, telah berperan aktif dalam memajukan masyarakat melalui berbagai bidang, seperti bidang keagamaan, bidang pendidikan, bidang kesehatan, bidang ekonomi, dan bidang sosial. Pemikiran KH. Ahmad Dahlan yang merupakan pendiri Muhammadiyah, tentang Tauhid Al-Ma'un menekankan pada nilai-nilai kemanusiaan dan mendorong umat islam untuk berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan amal sosial terkait dengan masalah sosial dan masalah ekonomi. Studi ini menyoroti pemberdayaan keluarga dhuafa dengan pendekatan ekonomi dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia, serta keagamaan. Tujuannya untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan kaum dhuafa, meningkatkan kualitas hidup, dan kemandirian mereka. Mitra pengabdian yang dilakukan seperti, memanfaatkan media sosial, berdagang, dan pemberian proposal kegiatan kepada kerabat dan teman-teman. Pemberdayaan keluarga dhuafa ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode PAR (Participatory Action Research) yang melibatkan partisipasi aktif dari masyarakat sebagai subjek penelitian dari mahasiswa. Hasil dari kegiatan pemberdayaan ini menunjukkan dampak positif, seperti pengembangan usaha, pemenuhan kebutuhan sehari-hari, peningkatan kesejahteraan keluarga dhuafa, perubahan yang berkelanjutan dalam kehidupan mereka, sehingga mereka dapat hidup dengan lebih layak dan berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam masyarakat.

Abstract

The student admission process in many educational institutions is still conducted manually, leading to issues such as data duplication, input errors, and delays in reporting. This study designs and implements a desktop-based student registration information system using VB.NET and MySQL, equipped with an admission-status checking feature and an automated quota-management module. The system was developed using the waterfall model, consisting of requirement analysis, system design using UML, implementation, and black-box testing. Two user roles are supported: admin and student. Admin users can manage applicant data, configure program quotas, open or close the registration period, and generate reports, while student users can create accounts, complete registration forms, and independently check their admission results. The implementation results show that all core functions operate validly based on testing involving two respondents. The quota-management feature successfully restricts the number of applicants according to predetermined capacities, and the admission-status module automatically displays pass or fail results. The system improves administrative efficiency, enhances data accuracy, and reduces reliance on manual record-keeping. Therefore, this desktop application serves as an effective solution for schools requiring a reliable and efficient admission management system without depending on stable internet connectivity.
