Abstract

This study's goal was to describe how teachers in the Akidah Akhlak subject helped MTS sunan ampel krejengan students develop strong religious values. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research methodology with specific steps. The findings demonstrated how important it was for teachers to teach Aqidah Aqidah classes to MTS students in order to establish religious values, given the modern environment's substantial impact on kids. The lecture technique and habituation method are the methods the teacher uses to teach aqeedah morals. The method for understanding the significance of teaching pupils about aqidah morality is reviewed, particularly those that have been used at MTS Sunan Ampel Krejengan in the Probolinggo area.

Abstract

Abstract

The advancement of information technology has influenced judicial institutions to integrate digital systems into administrative and courtroom processes. The Kraksaan Religious Court has adopted the e-Court platform to enhance judicial service effectiveness and accessibility. This study evaluates the implementation of e-Court at the Kraksaan Religious Court, focusing on its impact on judicial efficiency, encountered challenges, and optimization efforts. Using a qualitative approach with interviews, observations, and document studies, the findings indicate that e-Court has streamlined case administration, improved time efficiency, and reduced costs for justice seekers. However, challenges such as limited technological infrastructure and low public awareness hinder its full potential. This study recommends strengthening public outreach, providing training, and improving technological infrastructure to optimize e-Court implementation at the Kraksaan Religious Court.

Abstract

This research examines the judge’s views on apostate divorce cases from the perspective of Islamic law at the Kraksaan Religious Court, Probolinggo, East Java. The research method used was descriptive qualitative with snowball sampling technique for sampling. Primary data was obtained from documentation and direct interviews with judges at the Kraksaan Religious Court, while secondary data came from books, laws and related journals. The results of the analysis show that the judge’s views on apostate divorce are influenced by various factors, including religious, legal, social, economic and humanitarian aspects. The judge carefully considers the reasons for apostate divorce in accordance with the provisions of Islamic law and applicable positive law. The judge’s decision in an apostate divorce case must take into account the welfare of the child, socio-cultural conditions, the couple’s economic capabilities, and the principles of justice. This research underscores the importance of judges’ decision making that is fair and balanced, taking into account all relevant factors to reach a dignified solution for all parties involved in the divorce process.

Abstract

Film merupakan salah satu media yang menampilkan gambar dan gerakan, film disini mengandung unsur konflik sosial dalam judul film disharmonisasi kelurga. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah utuk mendeskripsikan tentang dishrmonisasi dalam kelurga. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan sosiolohi sadtradata dalam penelitian ini adalah kutipan dalam percakapan beberapa tokoh. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian melakukan dengan observasi dan mencatat, sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah film budi pekerti. Teknis analisis daya menggunkan reduksi data atau validasi sata, serta penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan tentang disharmonisasi yang memenuhi tentang disharmonisasi keluarga yang terdapat konflik sosial dalam keluarga.

Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan Karakter merupakan pilihan dan strategi mengetahui potensi diri siswa untuk mengatasi krisis multidimensi dan kemerosotan moral bangsa. Sekolah Menengah Pertama Nahdlatul Ulama’ Bantaran merupakan salah satu lembaga yang menerapkan pendidikan karakter berbasis potensi diri dengan melibatkan beberapa tenaga sekolah, keluarga, dan masyarakat. Sekolah ini memiliki visi dan misi menghasilkan siswa yang cerdas, berkarakter dan religius. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif berbasis pendidikan karakter di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Nahdlatul Ulama’ (SMP NU) Bantaran dimulai dengan proses input identifikasi kemampuan siswa dan latar belakang keluarga sebagai dasar untuk strategi pengembangan internalisasi nilai-nilai yang dikembangkan melalui program kegiatan sekolah. Lalu, melakukan evaluasi secara bertahap kepada elemen sekolah, baik guru, staf, maupun siswa, bisa berupa tes maupun non tes. Tes dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi kompetensi siswa dan guru, sedangkan yang non tes untuk mengevaluasi kepribadian guru dan siswa. Kendala penerapan pendidikan karakter berbasis potensi diri terdapat pada lemahnya komitmen sebagian guru untuk memberikan keteladanan serta keadaan yang kurang mendukung baik dari lingkungan keluarga maupun lingkungan masyarakat. Sedangkan keunggulan pendidikan karakter berbasis potensi diri yaitu membentuk karakter, melatih mental dan moral, serta menciptakan generasi yang berintegritas. Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Karakter, Potensi Diri Abstract Character education is a choice and strategy to find out the potential of students to overcome multidimensional crises and the nation's moral decline. Nahdlatul Ulama' Bantaran Junior High School is one of the institutions that implements self-potential-based character education by involving several school staff, families, and the community. This school has a vision and mission to produce intelligent, character and religious students. This research methodology uses a descriptive qualitative approach based on character education at the Bantaran Nahdlatul Ulama Junior High School (SMP NU) starting with the input process of identifying student abilities and family backgrounds as the basis for strategies for developing internalization of values ​​developed through school activity programs. Then, evaluate gradually to school elements, both teachers, staff, and students, it can be in the form of tests or non-tests. The test was conducted to evaluate the competence of students and teachers, while the non-test was to evaluate the personality of teachers and students. The obstacle to implementing self-potential-based character education lies in the weak commitment of some teachers to provide exemplary and unsupportive conditions both from the family environment and the community environment.
