Abstract

AbstractIn this study, the authors discussed in the pattern of sustainable consumption for consumer health and environmentally friendly so as to achieve human goals can survive to live on earth until his offspring through sustainable consumption patterns and sustainable living. This can be achieved through the government's way of promoting sustainable consumption patterns, through education that can increase the bargaining power of consumers, provide access to consumers on non-hazardous products, promote fair, equitable and sustainable development in economic and social development and information services and options information needs in accordance with the wishes and needs of individuals. Continuous consumption is a requirement of consumers to meet the needs that are needed and ensure the fulfillment of its needs it does not endanger the environment. This awareness emerged, when already many of consumers who enjoy education from various disciplines, awareness of the fulfillment of needs in accordance with the needs arise. Consumers also begin to feel the advantages of a result of business, because many consumers who suffered losses both in terms of health and from existing consumers imbalances of the earth over all goods used so far are not safe against the environment. Keywords: role of society, consumption sustainable, consumer  AbstrakPada penelitian ini, yang penulis bahas ialah mengenai pola konsumsi yang berkelanjutan yang aman bagi kesehatan konsumen serta ramah lingkungan sehingga dapat mencapai tujuan manusia dapat bertahan tinggal di bumi hingga anak cucunya melalui pola konsumsi berkelanjutan dan kehidupan yang berkelanjutan. Hal ini dapat dicapai melalui bagaimana pemerintah dalam melakukan promosi pola konsumsi berkelanjutan, yakni melalui pendidikan yang dapat meningkatkan daya tawar konsumen, memberikan akses padakonsumen atas produk non berbahaya, melakukan promosi yang adil, merata dan berkelanjutan dalam pembangunan ekonomi dan sosial dan perlindungan lingkungan dengan memberikan informasi serta kemudahan atas akses informasi yang memadai untuk memungkinkan konsumen membuat pilihan informasi sesuai dengan keinginan dankebutuhan individu. Konsumsi berkelanjutan ialah kesadaran konsumen untuk memenuhi kebutuhan yang sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan dan menjamin pemenuhan kebutuhannya itu tidak membahayakan lingkungan. Kesadaran ini muncul, ketika sudah mulai banyak dari konsumen yang menikmati pendidikan dari berbagai disiplin ilmu, kesadaran akan pemenuhan kebutuhan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pun muncul. Konsumen juga mulai merasakan betapa telah menjadi objek dari usaha produsen, sebab banyak konsumen yang mengalami kerugian baik dari segi kesehatan maupun dari konsumen yang sudah menyadari ketidakseimbangan bumi atas segala barang yang digunakan selama ini tidak aman terhadap lingkungan. Kata Kunci : peran masyarakat, konsumsi berkelanjutan, konumen

Abstract

Pemerintah Pusat maupun Pemerintah Daerah memiliki peran yang sangat besar dalam pemenuhan azas pelayanan publik, misalnya dari segi pendidikan, kesehatan, sosial ekonomi, dan transportasi, namun pada kenyataannya tidak semua upaya pemerintah dalam pemenuhan peningkatan pelayanan berjalan baik, salah satunya adalah kemudahan akses pelayanan publik yang yang belum maksimal terutama di daerah-daerah yang kepulauan ataupun daerah terpencil.Keberhasilan dalam penyelenggaran pelayanan publik salah satunya dapat diukur dari akses pelayanan publiknya, ketika suatu daerah tidak bisa mendapatkan akses yang mudah dalam pelayanan publik akan mengakibatkan masyarakat tidak mendapatkan pelayanan dasar yang seharusnya diterima seperti pendidikan dan kesehatan, ahal tersebut akan berdampak kepada kesejahteraan seluruh masyaraka. Oleh karena itu, Peran pemerintah sangat besar dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik yang berorientasi kepada kepentingan masyarakat.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, which has resulted in a decline in both national and regional economic growth rates. It is suspected that this has had repercussions on the revenue of the City Government of Batam. The primary objectives of this study are to analyze the impact of COVID-19 on the city's revenue and to assess the policies implemented by the City Government of Batam to enhance revenue during the COVID-19 pandemic. The research employs a qualitative methodology, involving data collection through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate a significant reduction in Batam City's Local Own Source Revenue (PAD) due to the adverse effects of COVID-19, particularly within the tourism sector, which serves as a primary source of regional income. In contrast, the intergovernmental transfer sector remained unaffected and even experienced an increase in revenue. Additionally, other revenue sources witnessed growth due to the stability of the trade and industry sectors during the pandemic. Overall, the impact of COVID-19 on Batam City's revenue in 2020 was not excessively detrimental, as the Regional Budget (APBD) continued to increase from 2019. The City Government of Batam implemented various policy measures, such as aligning development programs with the central government, promoting the region's potential to both the central government and investors, and enhancing the quality of public services. These actions facilitated the allocation of additional funds from the central government. Research recommendations encompass a focus on the development of innovative development programs, the recovery of the tourism sector, the diversification of income sources, and the enhancement of inter-governmental collaboration.

Abstract

Manajemen sangat dibutuhkan dalam segala hal, utamanya dalam pengelolaan pemerintahan Desa, Desa memiliki banyak persoalan mulai dari sumber daya alam, sumber daya manusia, keuangan desa dan lain-lain, dengan adanya manajemen pemerintahan desa yang baik diharapkan bisa menjadi solusi dalam menyelesaikan persoalan yang ada didesa tersebut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dimana peneliti mengobservasi secara langsung terhadap objek yang akan diteliti dengan melakukan pengkajian dan analisis mendalam terhadap data yang ditemukan dilapangan yang akan dituangkan dalam tulisan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam mendorong kesejahteraan masyarakat pedesaan, hal utama yang harus dilakukan oleh pemerintah adalah memperbaiki kualitas sumber daya manusia yang ada di pedesaan, utamanya pola pikir masyarakat desa. Sumber daya alam yang melimpah dan pendanaan yang cukup tidak akan mampu mendorong masyarakat lebih sejahtera, jika sumber daya manusia dalam mengelola potensi tersebut mengalami keterbatasan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Local culture in government bureaucracy is important to study as an effort to understand the characteristics of bureaucratic culture in a region. As time goes by, local culture is increasingly disappearing. The aim of this research is to see how Malay culture grows and develops within the government bureaucracy in the city of Batam. The aim of the research is to determine the bureaucratic culture of the regional government of Batam City as one of the centers of Malay culture. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method where the researcher uses an interview approach to parties who are related to the object under study such as state civil servants and society, a documentation approach analyzes documents in the form of books, pictures and other media that are related to the research object and the observation approach in the field sees directly and interacts more deeply with the research object. The results of this research found that by using several indicators of Malay culture such as the values of openness and truth, respect, cooperation, understanding, self-adaptation, politeness, forgiveness, politeness, trust and consideration, it was found that Malay culture is still growing and developing in the government bureaucratic environment. Batam city. This can be seen from various material and non-material elements such as the way of communicating, the style of the building and the way of dressing. ABSTRAK Budaya lokal dalam birokrasi pemerintahan penting dikaji sebagai upaya memahami karakteristik budaya birokrasi di suatu daerah, seiring berkembangnya waktu dan zaman budaya lokal semakin menghilang. Tujuan penelitian ini peneliti berupaya melihat bagaimana budaya melayu tumbuh dan berkembang dilingkungan birokrasi pemerintahan di kota Batam. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui budaya birokrasi pemerintah daerah kota Batam sebagai salah satu pusat kebudayaan melayu. Metode penelitian digunakan adalah menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dimana peneliti menggunakan pendekatan wawancara kepada pihak yang memiliki keterkaitan terhadap objek yang diteliti seperti aparatur sipil negara dan masyarakat, pendekatan dokumentasi menganalisis dokumen baik dalam bentuk buku,gambar, maupun media lainnya yang memiliki kaitan terhadap objek penelitian dan pendekatan observasi dilapangan melihat secara langsung dan melakukan interaksi lebih mendalam terhadap objek penelitian. Adapun hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dengan menggunakan beberapa indikator budaya melayu seperti nilai keterbukaan dan kebenaran, penghargaan, kerja sama, kesepahaman, penyesuain diri, kesantunan, pemafan, kesantunan, kepercayaan dan bertimbang rasa, ditemukan bahwa budaya melayu masih tumbuh dan berkembang dilingkungan birokrasi pemerintah kota Batam. hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari berbagai unsur materil dan non materil seperti cara berkomunikasi dan corak bangunan serta cara berpakaian.

Abstract

Stunting is an urgent problem that needs to be addressed by the Indonesian Government as it affects the quality of the nation's generation. A quality generation is one of the indicators of successful human development. One of the programmes implemented by the government to address stunting is the Dapur Sehat Atasi Stunting (DASHAT) programme. The DASHAT program is a community empowerment initiative that aims to meet the balanced nutritional needs of families at risk of stunting, including brides-to-be, pregnant women, nursing mothers, and toddlers at risk of stunting, especially for underprivileged families, through the use of local food resources and ingredients. This study aims to investigate the implementation of DASHAT programme in Batam City. This research uses a qualitative research method with the research location conducted in Kampung KB Sambau Village. Selection of informants was carried out in a purposive manner. Data analysis is done simultaneously with data collection. Includes understanding the data, doing inductive coding, grouping codes into themes, making reports. Data validity with triangulation and member checking. The results showed that the implementation of the DASHAT program in Batam City is characterised by various challenges such as most KB villages in Batam City have not realised the DASHAT program, budget constraints, lack of a program mobilisation team and the need for increased coordination between program implementing agencies. Therefore, there is a need for increased coordination between stakeholders and an adequate budget as an effort to tackle stunting. The involvement of the private sector and the community in the DASHAT programme needs to be increased, because the problem of stunting is not only the government's business, but the business of all parties.

Abstract

Digital transformation in public services is a strategic step in improving service quality and efficiency, including in the immigration sector. This study examines digital adaptation through the implementation of the E-Passport system at the Batam City Immigration Office using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) approach. The UTAUT model evaluates four main constructs: performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions that influence user acceptance of technology. The results showed that the M-Passport application and the digital infrastructure provided significantly increased users' perceived ease and trust in the service. In addition, social support and supporting facilities at the immigration office also strengthen the adoption of this system by the community. However, there are challenges for those with limited digital access. Therefore, an inclusive and educative service strategy is still needed to ensure the overall success of technology adaptation. This study recommends continuous evaluation and improvement of digital features to optimize public service transformation.
