Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran yang cukup tinggi dalam perekonomian di Indonesia. UMKM mampu menyediakan lapangan pekerjaan dan menghasilkan output yang berguna bagi masyarakat. Akan tetapi dalam perkembangannya UMKM masih menemui berbagai kendala untuk memajukan usahanya. Salah satu kendala tersebut terkait pemasaran produk usahanya. Langkah solutif yang dapat ditempuh untuk meningkatkan promosi produknya adalah dengan membuat desain promosi yang menarik. Dari hasil analisis Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Program Studi D IV Teknik Informatika Politeknik Harapan Bersama Tegal bahwa para pengusaha UMKM dapat diberikan pelatihan untuk mampu membuat sendiri segala bentuk promosi usahanya yang meliputi logo dan pamflet. Oleh karena itu dipilihlah graphicsdesigner software yang sangat mudah dan cepat dalam pengoperasiannya yaitu AAA Logo dan Canva. Pelatihan ini berlangsung selama dua hari pada tanggal 23-24 Desember 2017. Pelaksanaan pelatihan dalam rangka Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakatberjalan dengan sangat baik dan para peserta mampu membuat logo dan brosur produk usahanya secara mandiri.

Abstract

IMPROVING THE QUALITY OF GARDEN READ MOVEMENT ”PUSTAKA DAUN” THROUGH THE IMPLEMENTATION OF AUTOMATED LIBRARY. Pustaka Daun is a reading park at the Politeknik Harapan Bersama Tegal which is managed by a group of students. The existence of this library is to enliven and enliven the tradition of traditional literacy. The traditional literacy tradition that discusses sitting together studying and discussing certain themes from a book then discussing it together. Until now Pustaka Daun already has quite a large collection of books. However, library management is still limited and has not been finalized, especially in the collection of collection books. Seeing this phenomenon emerged to help Pustaka Daun managers in managing their library automatically. For this reason, through Community Service activities will provide training to the Leaf Library administrators to manage the library automatically with SLiMS software. The software is a Contents Management System (CMS) web-based tool that can be used easily and is simply installed. Through the implementation of SLiMS, Pustaka Daun management process will be even more organized because everything has been automated by the system. Community Service activities are carried out by providing training using SLiMS, starting from installation to library management. This activities are carried out well thanks to teamwork between lecturers and students. The lecturer presents the material and students participate in assisting and assisting the participants who helped during the training. In addition, the Community Service team provided books to add to the Pustaka Daun collection. After attending the training, the management succeeded in implementing SLiMS in library management.

Abstract

Kurikulum pembelajaran yang saat ini diterapkan di Program Studi Sarjana Terapan Teknik Informatika ada dua versi, yaitu kurikulum tahun 2015 dan kurikuluam tahun 2020. Kurikulum tahun 2015 belum berorientasi ke arah pengembangan aplikasi berbasis kecerdasan buatan. Sedangkan kurikulum tahun 2020 sudah didesain ke arah pengembangan aplikasi berbasis kecerdasan buatan. Saat ini mahasiswa yang masih menggunakan kurikulum tahun 2015 adalah mahasiswa semester 7. Sebentar lagi para mahasiswa tersebut akan lulus kuliah. Sedangkan kebutuhan di dunia industri software saat ini mengharuskan penguasaan di bidang pengembangan aplikasi cerdas. Melihat fenomena tersebut, tim kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat berinisiatif membekali para mahasiswa semester 7 dengan pelatihan pembuatan aplikasi cerdas untuk menjembatani gap dengan dunia industri. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan adalah peer teaching. Peer teaching merupakan metode pembelajaran dengan menjadikan sesama mahasiswa sebagai tutor. Pemilihan metode ini dirasa lebih efektif karena suasana pembelajaran akan terkesan lebih santai dan rileks sehingga materi dapat lebih cepat diserap. Berdasarkan hasil pengisian kuesioner dari para peserta, kegiatan ini mampu memberikan banyak manfaat bagi para peserta.

Abstract

Increasingly, the amount of data in the form of text documents scattered on the internet is getting bigger. It took a very long time to get the information from each of these documents. For this reason, several researchers developed the Automatic Text Summarizer to summarize text automatically, so that the time needed to get important information from the entire document can be faster. Research that focuses on automatic summarization of Arabic texts is very rare. In fact, there are more than 300 million Arabic speakers in the world and Arabic is the official language at the United Nations. Therefore, this study develops a model that can perform text summarization automatically using the TextRank algorithm. The test results using Q&A Evaluation show very good results with details of the suitability of the summary results with the original text by 90%, the suitability of the summary results with Arabic grammar is 91.43%, the suitability of the summary results is 90%, the ease of understanding the summary results is 90%. and the useful aspects of the model developed were 91.43%.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat di SMK Bhakti Praja Talang ditujukan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan programming para siswa prodi TKJ kelas X dan XI. Hal tersebut disebabkan karena proporsi mata pelajaran seputar pemrograman tidak terlalu banyak. Sedangkan kebutuhan tenaga kerja di lapangan  membutuhkan banyak programmer. Gap ini akan dicoba diminimalisir oleh tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan memberikan pelatihan seputar pengenalan Android Studio. Kegiatan berlangsung selama dua hari. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian kuesioner dari para peserta didapatkan hasil bahwa kegiatan pengabdian ini berjalan dengan cukup baik.

Abstract

SMK Bhakti Praja Talang merupakan salah satu sekolah unggulan di daerah Kabupaten Tegal, namun sayangnya sekolah ini belum memiliki aplikasi e-learning mandiri. Mayoritas siswanya memiliki smartphone. Seringkali para siswa tersebut menggunakan smartphone yang dimilikinya sebatas untuk bermain game dan mengakses media sosial. Padahal tugas mereka untuk belajar belum terlaksana secara optimal. Melihat fenomena ini, tim Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) berinisiatif membuat sebuah aplikasi berbasis mobile yang dapat membantu proses pembelajaran para siswa. Oleh karena itu, dibuatlah sebuah aplikasi mobile learning untuk membantu para siswa belajar agar lebih optimal dan mudah. Aplikasi ini dibuat dalam waktu sekitar 20 hari, kemudian disosialisasikan ke para guru. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian kuesioner menunjukan bahwa kegiatan PkM ini dapat memberikan dampak positif dan sumbangsih kepada peserta sekaligus  pihak sekolah.

Abstract

Salah satu bentuk protokol kesehatan yang harus ditaati selama masa pandemi Covid-19 adalah kewajiban memakai masker di tempat umum. Namun kenyataannya masih sering dijumpai anggota masyarakat yang tidak mematuhi aturan tersebut. Mereka hanya mau taat jika ada pengawasan dari Satgas Covid-19. Penelitian ini mengembangkan sebuah prototipe untuk melakukan deteksi masker wajah secara realtime menggunakan algoritma Viola and Jones. Algoritma Viola and Jones terbukti handal dan cepat dalam mendeteksi objek. Prototipe tersebut bekerja dengan mendeteksi area hidung dan mulut. Jika ditemukan area hidung dan mulut di area wajah maka akan disimpulkan bahwa objek tidak memakai masker. Jika tidak ditemukan area hidung dan mulut, maka akan disimpulkan objek memakai masker. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian diketahui bahwa prototipe ini mampu bekerja dengan baik pada pencahayaan yang rendah dan jarak 1 meter.

Abstract

The spread of pornographic content extends very quickly through internet media. Various types of porn sites increase dramatically every day. Various prevention efforts to overcome the spread of pornographic content have been carried out. Starting from URL blocking, text filtering to be more specific directly to pornographic images through skin detection. However, all of these methods have various weaknesses. An effective step to reduce the spread of pornographic images is to block the breast area that is characteristic of the pornographic images. In this study a breast area blocking prototype was developed on pornographic images using the Viola and Jones algorithm.. From the test results obtained a precision value of 82.61%, 77.55% recall and accuracy of 78.26%.

Abstract

The Internet era has had an impact in various sectors of human life. One is the economic sector. Economic transactions change from the traditional pattern (face to face) to online. The customer does not need to ask about the condition of an item to be purchased to a close friend or family, but simply by reviewing the product from the same buyer's comments. Products that get good reviews mean good quality. However, a problem arises if the comment data is very large and will make it difficult for customers to summarize the quality. Therefore, an automatic opinion mining system is required which can directly give conclusions about the quality of a product. This research makes an opinion mining system by applying the Naïve Bayes algorithm by taking a case study of facebook account Dugal Delivry. The measurement result with confusion matrix gives precision value of 88,89%, recall 80% and accuracy equal to 85%.

Abstract

Social assistance or what is often called Bansos (Bantuan Sosial) is assistance in the form of goods or money from the government for the community that is temporary and selective. There were many reports from the public complaining that some had not received assistance or had not received it at all. This problematic social assistance has caused a stir in public reports on various social media, including Twitter. To find out the classification of public opinion related to social assistance on Twitter, it is necessary to do pre-processing and analysis of tweets. The dataset used is data crawled using the Twitter API and produces 702 tweet data in CSV format. Tweets retrieved based on the keyword 'bansos' in August 2021. The dataset is divided into two categories, positive and negative. Data with a total of 328 positive categories and 374 data of negative categories. The method applied in this study uses the Chi-Square feature selection method and the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm. The purpose of this research is to produce a website-based application that can classify tweets related to social assistance covid-19 into 2 categories, positive and negative by using the Chi-Square feature selection and the Naïve Bayes Classifier algorithm. The F1 score in the positive class is 85% and the negative class is 89% and produces an accuracy value of 87%. The results of the comparison between Naive Bayes and Naive Bayes using Chi-Square show that there is no difference in accuracy.
