Abstract

The forecasting process is essential for determining air quality to monitor NO2 gas in the air. The research aims to develop prediction information system of NO2 gas in air. The method used is Fuzzy Time Series Cheng method. The process of acquiring NO2 gas data is integrated with Multichannel-Multistasion. The data acquisition process uses Wireless Sensor Network technology via broadband internet that is sent and stored in an online database form on the web server. Recorded data is used as material for prediction. Acquisition result of  NO2 gas data is obtained from the sensor which is sent to the web server in the data base in the network by on line, then for futher it is predicted using fuzzy time series Cheng applying re-divide to the results of intervals the first partition of the value of the universe of discourse by historical data fuzzification to determine Fuzzy Logical Relationship dan Fuzzy Logical Relationship Group, so that is obtained result value prediction of NO2 gas concentration. By using 36 sample data of NO2 gas, it is obtained that the value of root of mean squared error of 2.08%. This result indicates that the method of Fuzzy Time Series Cheng is good enough to be used in predicting the NO2 gas.

Abstract

Abstract This study discusses the forecasting of 3 kg LPG gas sales at the Carica House Grocery Store. This shop as one of the LPG gas agents in the Kaliwiro area who sells 3 kg LPG Gas either retail or reseller, the number of requests for LPG gas in stores is very high , thus causing the sale of LPG gas in the shop is always uncontrolled between incoming goods and outgoing goods. Therefore, it is necessary to forecast sales. Sales forecasting has the meaning as an activity to predict product sales by using previous data as a reference in making decisions. The development of this forecasting model aims to get better forecasting results, especially regarding the accuracy of forecasting results. The Fuzzy Time Series method is used to predict the demand for 3 kg gas cylinders for the next month based on the pattern from the previous data. In data forecasting using this method, there are two forecasting techniques, namely qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. Then for the calculation of the error value from the forecasting results, this study using MAPE produces an error value of 0,3% because it states the percentage of error results more accurately.

Abstract

Padi merupakan salah satu sumber makanan pokok yang dikonsumsi masyarakat Indonesia. Namun kebutuhan beras masyarakat yang semakin meningkat tidak diimbangi dengan pertumbuhan area pertanian. Luas panen kota/kabupaten di provinsi Jawa Tengah di tahun 2020 mengalami penurunan dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya. Selain itu produksi padi juga mengalami penurunan. Oleh karena itu provinsi Jawa Tengah perlu mengelompokkan kota/kabupaten penghasil padi untuk mengetahui daerah yang memiliki potensi dalam memproduksi padi. Metode yang dapat digunakan dalam mengelompokkan kota/kabupaten penghasil padi adalah clustering. Clustering dapat mengelompokkan data tersebut berdasarkan kesamaan jenis data ke dalam cluster. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan pengelompokkan kota/kabupaten penghasil padi di Jawa Tengah dengan metode clustering. Clustering yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan algoritma K-Means. Hasil yang didapatkan dari metode ini yaitu 3 cluster antara lain C0 menggambarkan daerah yang hasil produktivitas padinya sedang terdiri dari 12 daerah. C1 menggambarkan daerah yang hasil produktivitas padinya rendah terdiri dari 18 daerah. Serta C2 menggambarkan daerah yang hasil produktivitas padinya tinggi terdiri dari 12 daerah.

Abstract

The development of technology is currently very fast in various fields of human life. One of the uses of technology is in the field of attendance. Attendance is the most important part in an institution, both education, health, offices and government agencies in supporting monitoring of employees' daily attendance. Sokaraja Lor Village is a village located in Sokaraja District, Kab. Banyumas, Central Java. Currently the attendance process at the Sokaraja Lor village office is still using Pinjer Print and also using notes using a ledger. The use of this print pin is considered ineffective because if the village employee's hands are wet, or injured, attendance cannot be done and this is also a risk that village employees can leave absences to other employees. Seeing this, the researchers designed an attendance system based on Face Recognition using the Android platform. Face recognition-based attendance is attendance which is done using the detection of human face parts. Then in designing the face recognition-based attendance system, the researchers used a system modeling with Undifinied Modeling Language (UML). With the construction of this attendance system, Sokaraja Lor Village can make attendance easier in every condition because it is based on Android, then in recapitulating the list of employees who are present, the village government is easier because it has been stored in a database.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran yang cukup tinggi dalam perekonomian di Indonesia. UMKM mampu menyediakan lapangan pekerjaan dan menghasilkan output yang berguna bagi masyarakat. Akan tetapi dalam perkembangannya UMKM masih menemui berbagai kendala untuk memajukan usahanya. Salah satu kendala tersebut terkait pemasaran produk usahanya. Langkah solutif yang dapat ditempuh untuk meningkatkan promosi produknya adalah dengan membuat desain promosi yang menarik. Dari hasil analisis Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Program Studi D IV Teknik Informatika Politeknik Harapan Bersama Tegal bahwa para pengusaha UMKM dapat diberikan pelatihan untuk mampu membuat sendiri segala bentuk promosi usahanya yang meliputi logo dan pamflet. Oleh karena itu dipilihlah graphicsdesigner software yang sangat mudah dan cepat dalam pengoperasiannya yaitu AAA Logo dan Canva. Pelatihan ini berlangsung selama dua hari pada tanggal 23-24 Desember 2017. Pelaksanaan pelatihan dalam rangka Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakatberjalan dengan sangat baik dan para peserta mampu membuat logo dan brosur produk usahanya secara mandiri.

Abstract

Proses penentuan siswa teladan merupakan proses penilaian siswa dari berbagai aspek yang ditentukan oleh sekolah. Penetapan siswa terbaik di SMK Telkom Purwokerto sangat penting untuk meningkatkan semangat belajar siswa, karena penghargaan akan memotivasi prestasi belajar siswa. Penentuan perhitungan yang cepat dan akurat memerlukan suatu sistem yang dapat menangani manajemen pengambilan keputusan untuk menghasilkan siswa terbaik. Metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) merupakan metode yang dapat digunakan untuk mengetahui prestasi belajar siswa. Studi kasus dilakukan di SMK Telkom Purwokerto. Sistem informasi penentuan siswa berkualitas ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai sarana di SMK Telkom Purwokerto. Dengan sistem ini, sekolah dapat dengan mudah memilih kriteria dan menentukan siswa terbaik di sekolah tersebut.

Abstract

IT Telkom Purwokerto has several facilities, one of which is the IT Telkom Purwokerto library. The library has many free facilities that can be used by visitors but must have a Student Identity Card. Facilities owned such as knowledge books for each department, computers, magazines, and others. The library itself has cooperation with several partners, both within the region and outside the region. This collaboration has several programs that have been made, but have not been implemented properly or optimally. Currently, only a few programs are still running, one of which is borrowing the collection of the program in collaboration with the Regional Library. This research on performance evaluation based on supply chain in IT Telkom Purwokerto library was conducted using the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) approach based on Objective Matrix (OMAX). SCOR divides the supply chain process into 5 processes, namely Plan (planning process), Source (procurement process), Make (production process), Deliver (delivery process), and Return (return process). The results of the analysis of the SCOR model are then calculated using the OMAX method. OMAX was chosen in conducting this research scoring system because it can determine the performance achievement of each indicator. The results of this study are recommendations for improvement for each red traffic light system, there are 13 parameters, the yellow color has 4 parameters, and the green color has 12 parameters

Abstract

Supply chain is an activity to convert raw materials into products that will be marketed to consumers. Besides, Supply Chain Management is a process for efficient integration where goods can be produced and distributed in the right quantity, time, and location between suppliers, factories, distributors, and end customers to minimize costs to provide customer satisfaction. Kampoeng Wisata Nopia Mino is production center for nopia and mino from Banyumas which was established to introducing Banyumas typical snacks and improve economy of local residents. The production of nopia mino has several problems. One is there is competition between fellow makers of nopia mino. Besides, nopia mino production during the pandemic was decreasing. With these problems, it is necessary to measure the production decline that occurred in home industry and develop a production strategy for nopia and mino. Hence, it can maximized in the development of its business. The solution is carried out using the SCOR Model method. The SCOR Model has six processes including plan, source, make, deliver, return, and enable. The results of this study stated that the highest value for large is in the return process of 34 and the lowest value is in the plan process of 11.89, while the highest value for lower is in the make process of -50.5 and the lowest value is in the plan process of -197. Based on the results of these studies, in this study recommendations are given to improve Supply Chain Management in increasing the production of nopia and mino.

Abstract

Oil and natural gas are Indonesia's main sources of income. In terms of natural gas reserves, Indonesia ranks fourteenth in the world. So that to stabilize the country's economy, one of the things that can be done is international trade. However, as time goes by, exports of natural oil and natural gas are decreasing, so that we as exporters of oil and gas (natural oil and gas) must be able to forecast demand correctly so that it is easy to make decisions and not have a bad impact on operating costs. To overcome this, a forecasting comparison is carried out using the Holt' Method and also the Winter;s Method to find which method produces the smallest error value. To assess the accuracy of the results of forecasting using the Mean Absolute Prcentage Error (MAPE). Actual data on oil and gas exports were taken from 2017 to the first quarter of 2021. The results of forecasting using the Winter's Method in 2021 quarters 2, 3, and 4 respectively were 1659.44; 1731.5; and 1813.27 million Dollars with a MAPE error rate of 12.82%. Meanwhile, using the Holt' Method, the results of forecasting in the second quarter of 2021 are 2694.94 million Dollars with a MAPE error rate of 15.78%.

Abstract

Along with the development of computers and technology, the business world is becoming increasingly competitive. One of the most important things that must be anticipated by the company/organization is a reliable and qualified workforce in each position. Currently, the selection process for determining answers in the Lais sub-district is still going on manually and has not used information technology, thus making it difficult for the sub-district government to position staff according to the area of ​​expertise possessed by each sub-district employee. From these problems it is necessary to make a decision support system to facilitate the sub-district in conducting the selection process for determining employee positions. In making this decision support system the author uses the TOPSIS method. The results of this study resulted in a computerized decision support system based on a website and for the application of the Topsis method, it was found that alternative 1 was identified as the best alternative compared to other alternatives with a value of 0.661180544.
