Abstract

Banyak persoalan yang dihadapi kawasan-kawasan perbatasan antar negaradengan Indonesia, seperti Maluku dan Timor Leste. Perlu dilakukanpembangunan dengan lebih mengutamakan pendekatan kesejahteraan,lingkungan serta pendekatan keamanan. Paper ini bertujuan menganalisismasalah-masalah di kawasan perbatasan Provinsi Maluku dengan Negara TimorLeste. Kajian dilakukan dengan metodologi kualitatif dengan melakukan focusgroup discussion (FGD). Masalah yang signifikan dari perbatasan antarnegaraIndonesia di Provinsi Maluku dan Negara Timor Leste, yaitu keterisolasianwilayah, rentannya pertahanan dan keamanan di perbatasan, pengelolaansumber daya alam masih kurang optimal, dan rendahnya ketersediaan kualitasdan kuantitas sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

Sosialisasi Pengabdian Pada Masyarakat (PPM) bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahamandan pengetahuan masyarakat sekaligus sebagai evaluasi dan simulasi pemberian vaksinasi COVID-19di Indonesia. Pendistribusian vaksin sedang dilakukan secara masif oleh pemerintah. Tujuannya untukmenghentikan pandemi COVID-19. Universitas Kristen Indonesia sebagai bagian dari bangsaIndonesia bertanggung jawab untuk menyukseskan vaksinasi ini. Oleh karena itu Universitas KristenIndonesia turut dalam pelaksanaan vaksinasi COVID-19 dengan cara memberikan pemahaman kepadamasyarakat akan pentingnya vaksinasi COVID-19.Pada kegiatan in dengan mengadakan webinar kepada masyarakat. Webinar ini adalahkerjasama Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis UKI, Fakultas Kedokteran UKI, dan Lembaga Penelitian danPengabdian Pada Maryarakat UKI, Jakarta, serta didukung oleh Lions Club, Indonesia. Webinartersebut dibawakan oleh seorang dokter yang bekerja di RS UKI sekaligus dosen di FK UKI. Padawebinar disajikan berbagai informasi tentang COVID-19 dan vaksinasi secara jelas disertai dengandata terkini dan akurat. Jumlah peserta webinar 178 orang. Masyarakat yang mendengar webinarmemberikan pertanyaan kepada pembicara. Universitas Kristen Indonesia berharap agar kegiatan PPMini bermanfaat bagi institusi, mahasiswa, dosen dan karyawan, juga masyarakat.

Abstract

Study was compiled by FETRANDO SAKTI KASIH HARAHAP with the title "WORK ENVIRONMENT AND WORK MOTIVATION ON THE PERFORMANCE OF EMPLOYEES KOPERASI MAKMUR MANDIRI" This research study was completed after carrying out a 2-month study at the selected location. The purpose of the researchers conducting this study is to facilitate problem solving in the Makmur Mandiri Cooperative related to employees. This research study was conducted to find information related to the state of the work environment and work motivation to produce employee performance at the Makmur Mandiri Cooperative. The data in this research study were collected using a questionnaire. The deductive method and the inductive method are the methods used to write this study. The Makmur Mandiri Cooperative is the location for the researchers to carry out this study. The findings of this research study are that there is a significant relationship between work environment and work motivation on employee performance in the Makmur Mandiri Cooperative. Employee performance at the Makmur Mandiri Cooperative can increase the quality and profits of its business.
