Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the characteristics, (2) the validity of (3) practicality, (4) the effectiveness iqra SEMAR media. This research is a Research and Development, the research design developed by Borg and Gall ie step preliminary study, development, and testing results. Assessed the validity of the instrument and its learning mediasupporting the learning medias such as: lesson plans, Teaching Material, LKS, THB, and Iqra Books Java. Practicality assessed from teacher observation sheet to manage learning, student responses and teacher responses. Assessed the effectiveness of the activities of students, THB and reading skills. Analysis using descriptive, descriptive percentages and THB using n-gain techniques were then tested one sample test and the test sample pair. Iqra SEMAR media on reading skills in elementary students letters Java class IV characteristics  from the syntagmatic, social systems, reaction principle, the principle and the impact of instructional support or accompaniment. Research results that cooperative learning mediato learning reading skills Herroiq Java letter declared  valid. expert validation score of 89.9 for the learning media (very valid); learning device at 66 (very valid); RPP of 221 (very valid); teaching materials for 143.6 (valid); LKS equal to 151 (very valid); THB at 169.8 (very valid); book iqra at 156.6 (very valid). Iqra SEMAR media to learning the skills to read  Java skill. Score observations ability of teachers to manage learning has a score of 3.43 (very good); responses of  the students had an average score of 3.23 (very good); responses teacher of the learning activities obtained an average score was 3.41 or teacher response to the criteria (excellent). Results of analysis of student activity 81.25; median student learning outcomes by 87, with a value of t is greater than t table (9.493> 2.04523), reflecting the significant differences of learning to iqra SEMAR media.

Abstract

This study aimed to track the evolution of the among system implementation in Ki Hajar Dewantara’s Kindergarten students’ educational idea. A qualitative method approach was employed in this study, which was carried out in the villages of Kindergarten (TK) Pembina Kayuagung and Kindergarten (TK) Pertiwi Kayuagung. Interviews, observation, and documentation were used in the research. The Miles and Huberman technique was used to examine the data through the steps of data reduction, data visualization, and researcher data verification. The data analysis results demonstrate that: (1) the Ki Hajar Dewantara educational concept is always applicable; (2) the form of educational activities for Kindergarten children is to develop the senses, such as playing, singing, dancing, and telling stories; (3) the educational process is carried out with a cultural approach, such as traditional games, singing traditional songs, telling stories, and using natural materials as learning media is the uniqueness of the education; and (4) the educational process is carried out with a cultural approach. (4) Internal and external barriers to and enablers of the adoption of the educational idea Ki Hajar Dewantara in the classroom.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Effect of the Independent Learning Curriculum and Teacher Performance on the Learning Outcomes of State High School Students in Kayuagung District. This type of research is quantitative research with research design using expost facto research design. The sample in this study is the total of all public high school teachers in Kayuagung sub-district. consisting of 121 teachers. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use quantitative descriptive analysis techniques, and multiple regression. The results of this study stated that 1) there was a significant influence of the Independent Curriculum on the learning achievement of State High School students in Kayuagung District; 2) there is a significant influence on teacher performance on the learning achievement of public high school students in Kayuagung sub-district; 3) there is a significant influence together with the Independent Curriculum and teacher performance on the learning achievement of State High School students in Kayuagung District.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada partisipasi orang tua dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Kalongan. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keterlibatan orang tua berperan penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan anak, termasuk dalam aspek dukungan finansial, pengembangan kurikulum, dan pembangunan fasilitas. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam dengan orang tua dan kepala sekolah, penelitian ini mengidentifikasi berbagai bentuk partisipasi orang tua serta tantangan yang mereka hadapi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa meskipun orang tua memiliki niat baik untuk terlibat, pihak sekolah belum memanfaatkan potensi ini secara optimal. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan komunikasi antara sekolah dan orang tua serta menciptakan program yang mendorong keterlibatan lebih aktif dari orang tua dalam pendidikan anak-anak mereka.

Abstract

Generasi Z, yang mencakup individu yang lahir antara tahun 1995 hingga 2010, merupakan kelompok yang memiliki karakteristik unik yang membedakannya dari generasi sebelumnya. Generasi Z dikenal sebagai "digital natives" karena tumbuh dan berkembang di era teknologi informasi yang pesat, di mana akses terhadap internet dan perangkat digital menjadi hal yang umum. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk memaparkan tentang  pentingnya peran Generasi Z dalam membangun harmoni di tengah keberagaman. Rumusan Masalah apa saja peran Generasi Z dalam membangun harmoni di tengah keberagaman ? metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pustaka. ada beberapa hal yang bisa di lakukan oleh Generasi Z dalam membangun harmoni yaitu sebagai berikut: pertama, Meningkatkan Solidaritas Nasional, kedua Menggunakan Media Sosial untuk Edukasi dan Kampanye. Ketiga, Dialog antar Agama. Penelitian ini menegaskan peran penting Generasi Z dalam harmoni masyarakat Indonesia yang beragam. Sebagai "digital natives," mereka menyebarkan toleransi dan inklusivitas melalui media sosial, gerakan sosial, dialog antarbudaya, serta pendidikan politik. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan, Generasi Z berpotensi besar menjadi agen perubahan dalam membangun solidaritas dan kepercayaan lintas budaya.

Abstract

Negative workplace gossip drains employees’ resources, diverts energy from the task, and induces emotional exhaustion, which impairs performance. This study investigated the impact of negative workplace gossip on task performance and emotional exhaustion among employees at Soto Bang Amat, a traditional restaurant in Banjarmasin, Indonesia. The study also examined emotional exhaustion as a mediator and perceived organizational support (POS) as a moderator in this relationship. Data were collected from 50 employees using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire, analyzed through Smart PLS 3.0. The study findings revealed that negative workplace gossip significantly reduced task performance and increased emotional exhaustion. Emotional exhaustion partially mediated the gossip-performance relationship, while POS attenuated the negative impact of gossip on performance. These results are in line with the Conservation of Resources theory, which highlights gossip as a stressor in the workplace. Practically, managers should foster a supportive environment through open communication and recognition programs to mitigate the impact of gossip. The small sample size and focus on a single site limit generalizability, thus future research with larger samples and multiple sites is recommended.
