Abstract

The goal of this study is to demonstrate the impact of the work environment on teacher performance, to demonstrate the impact of work motivation on teacher performance, and to demonstrate the impact of the work environment and work motivation on teacher performance together. At Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1, Palembang, this study was carried out. The problems that exist include the frequent occurrence of confusion between teachers in performing their duties, resulting in the less favorable working atmosphere of the teacher, unsatisfactory student output could be attributable to the standard of teacher work that has not been maximized because the motivation of teachers to work is still poor, In implementing policies, there are often differences of opinion between teachers and the principal of madrasah, lack of guidance for teachers that leads to low teacher morale, the absence of teacher imagination in creating independent material still depends on the books used, teachers often arrive late or come home not yet that can harm learning students. Observations, questionnaires, and documentation were used to collect data. The study carried out was an analysis of the association between the t – test and the F – test. The findings of the analysis of the data collected were that the working environment had an effect on the performance of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Palembang. There is an influence on the success of teachers in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Palembang by Job Motivation. The work climate and work motivation together have an effect on the teacher performance in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Palembang.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative method with a correlational approach, namely using numerical analysis. This research will be carried out in all elementary schools in Muara Dua Kisam District, South Oku Regency. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of research and discussion is that there is a positive and significant influence between training on the performance of elementary school teachers in Muara Dua Kisam District with an rX1Y value of 0.434> r table, namely 0.278, so there is a positive influence between training on school teacher performance. based in Muara Dua Kisam District. The R square value is 0.188, which means that 18.8% of teacher performance is affected by training. with a significant t of 0.002 <0.05. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of research and discussion is that there is a positive and significant influence

Abstract

Study aims to determine managerial influence of principals and work motivation toward teacher performance. Type of research was quantitative study using t-test and F-test. Sample was hundred of teachers. Data collection technique used questionnaire. Data analysis technique used SPSS program. Results of study (1) Principal managerial had significant influence toward teacher performance. This was evidenced by the t-count 13.998 and t-table 1.660; (2) Work motivation had significant influence toward teacher performance according to t-count 2.206 and t-table 1.660; (3) Principal managerial and work motivation had a significant influence toward teacher performance, based on the test results obtained F-count value 4.653 and F-table 3.09. There was a significant influence between principal managerial and work motivation towards teacher performance.

Abstract

The purpose of carrying out this research is 1) To determine the effect of competency on teacher performance at State High School, Sembawa District, Banyuasin Regency; 2) To determine the effect of intrinsic motivation on teacher performance at State High School, Sembawa District, Banyuasin Regency; 3) To determine the influence of competency and intrinsic motivation on teacher performance at State High School, Sembawa District, Banyuasin Regency. This research was carried out at Sembawa District Public High School with a research sample of 97 teachers. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation, documentation studies and distributing questionnaires. The validity test uses construct validity, while the reliability test uses Cronbach's Alpha. Linearity Test and Normality Test. The results of this research are that: 1) There is a partially significant influence between teacher competency on teacher performance in Sembawa District Public High School, Banyuasin Regency, where t = 3.284 > from t table 1.671; 2) There is a partially significant influence between intrinsic motivation on teacher performance at SMA Negeri Sembawa District, Banyuasin Regency, where t = 3.151 > from t table 1.671; 3) There is a simultaneous influence between teacher competence and intrinsic motivation on teacher performance in Sembawa District Public High School, Banyuasin Regency where the calculated f value = 6.112 > more than f Table 2.74

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengaruh perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kepuasan kerja secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode korelasional. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri Martapura dengan responden 104 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Uji instrument menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas. Uji Prasyarat analisis menggunakan uji normalitas, uji linieritas, dan uji multikolinieritas, serta data di analisis menggunakan teknik analisis parsial dan simultan dengan menggunakan uji korelasi, signifikansi, uji koefisian determinan, dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan dari perilaku kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dan kepuasan kerja guru secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 29,6% sedangkan 70,4% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak termasuk di dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This qualitative study examines how new students' learning is managed in the new normal era at UPT SMK Negeri 3 Muara Enim using a network infrastructure and few face-to-face encounters. According to the study's findings, the implementation of learning management for new students in the new normal era includes planning, organizing, implementing, and evaluating, but it is difficult to implement if not supported by all school members, because there are many limitations that come from schools, teachers, and students. student.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to be able to describe the internalization of strengthening honest character education, describe the internalization of strengthening disciplined character education, and explain the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the internalization of strengthening honest and disciplined character education in improving the quality of SD 115 Palembang. This research was conducted at SD 115 Palembang. This research uses descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the research results above, it can be concluded that Internal analysis of educational and disciplinary character is essential for effective teaching, ensuring students understand and comply with all teaching methods, including disciplinary approaches. This study aims to analyze the role of teacher personality and discipline in enhancing student performance in SD Negeri 115 Palembang. It focuses on three main aspects: transformation of teacher personality and discipline to students, interaction between teachers and students, and transformation of teacher personality and discipline in learning and school environment. The research uses a four-step process model: inquiry, question, repeat, and action. The inquiry involves teachers guiding students in their school environment, the question consists of understanding students to develop teacher personality and discipline, the repetition in the research suggests the effectiveness of teaching character through teacher personality and discipline, and the action is learning from school to school. The results of internalizing the honest and disciplined character values of students in learning and the school environment have a positive impact where students develop honest and disciplined characters starting from morals, character, and attitudes within the students so that students always obey Allah SWT and His Messenger.

Abstract

The school culture of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah is full of character development, and the role of the Principal as an educator with Pedagogical Competence is predicted to be able to develop students' character significantly. This study aims to prove the influence of the Principal's pedagogical competence and school culture on students' character development in Madrasah. The research was conducted through quantitative methods. The population and sample of the study were 60 people, taken from the entire madrasa academic community in Plaju District. Analysis of the data used is the Multiple Regression Test. The results showed that the Principal's pedagogical competence and school culture simultaneously significantly affected character development. However, based on the partial analysis, the Principal's pedagogical competence is less influential than the teacher's performance in character development.Â
