Abstract

Penerapan metode Oreste pada Penentuan Pegawai Terbaik ini merupakan program penentuan pegawai terbaik di rumah sakit jasa kartini untuk mempermudah pekerjaan SDM Kepegawaian dalam perhitungan menentukan pegawai terbaiknya pengolahan data dan perhitungan nya masih dilakukan secara manual, yaitu dengan cara setiap kepala unit merekomendasikan pegawait unit nya dan melaporkan ke bagian kepegawaian untuk nanti di tentukan kandidat terbaiknya lalu setelah mendapatkan beberapa kandidatnya dilakukan wawancara dan test wawasan di depan Kepegawaian serta Direktur rumah sakit setelah semua rangkaian selesai dilakukan perhitungan manual oleh bagian kepegawaian.Tujuan dari Skripsi ini penulis menerapkan sebuah metode untuk mempermudah dan menjadikan perhitungan nilai lebih baik dan akurat dengan sebuah metode perankingan. Metode yang digunakan dalam Skripsi ini adalah metode oreste, metode ini salah satu cara efektif untuk merangking dan mengurutkan data agar mendapatkan data yang akurat. Hasil dan manfaat dari penentuan pegawai terbaik menggunakan metode oreste ini adalah memudahkan Kepegawaian dalam menghitung nilai pegawai terbaik sehingga perhitungan pegawai terbaik dapat dilakukan dengan sebuah metode. Selain itu juga dengan adanya penerapan metode ini dapat memudahkan kepegawaian dalam pekerjaan nya dan mengurangi resiko kesalahan perhitungan poin data pegawai terbaik sehingga dapat menghasilkan laporan yang akurat.The application of the Oreste Method to the Maintenance of the Best Employees is the best employee expenditure program at Jasa Kartini Hospital to facilitate HR HR work in determining the best employee. the staffing section to later determine the best candidate and then get some of the candidates to conduct interviews and insight tests in front of the Staff and Director of the hospital after all the series have been completed, manual calculations are carried out by the staffing department. and accurate with a ranking method. The method used in this research is the Oreste method, this method is an effective way to rank and sort data in order to obtain accurate data. The results and benefits of spending on the best employees using this method make it easier for Staffing to calculate the best employee values so that the calculation of the best employees can be done with a method. In addition, the application of this method can facilitate staffing in their work and reduce the risk of errors in calculating the best employee data points so that they can produce accurate reports.

Abstract

With the passage of time and the development of human resources, SD Pusdai Sumedang now uses an Android-based attendance application to facilitate attendance. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the success of the SD Pusdai Sumedang teacher attendance information system using the Delone & Mclean model, which includes the variables of system quality, information quality, service quality, usage, user satisfaction and system benefits. The number of respondents was 24 teachers and SD Pusdai Sumedang staff. Data analysis methods used in the instrument test are convergent validity test, discriminant validity test, R Square test, F Square test, and t-test. The test was carried out by calculating the PLS-SEM with the smartpls 4 tool. Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions can be drawn: (1) System quality has a significant effect on the use of the attendance application; (2) There is a significant influence between the use of the present-request system; (3) There is no significant influence between information quality, service quality, use, then system quality, information quality, service quality, usage on user satisfaction and user satisfaction with system usability.

Abstract

The recommendation system has been implemented in digital marketing used in marketing products and services. The recommendation system is used to provide offers of goods and services in accordance with customer habits and interests in the proposed products and services, but in practice the right product offering for customers leads to the idea of developing a product recommendation system. Purchase data obtained from customers can be used to analyze customer needs and product preferences. In the recommendation system, Collaborative Filtering is one of the most commonly used algorithms. The purpose of this study is to find out how accurate the recommendation system is based on the purchase of similar goods between consumers using User-based Collaborative Filtering. Based on the results of the study, User-based Collaborative Filtering using Cosine Similarity calculations can be applied and produce 10 product recommendations with an RMSE value of 0.9.

Abstract

Software defects are one of the main causes of information technology waste, posing a major challenge in software development as they can degrade the quality of the software itself. To reduce costs and efforts in software development and maintenance, predicting software defects is the best approach. Multi-Layer Perceptron (MLP) is a type of artificial neural network that can be used to learn complex and non-linear patterns in input data. It excels in modeling complex and non-linear relationships in data, as well as automatically extracting features and handling problems that cannot be solved by linear models. One of the preprocessing steps to optimize MLP is data discretization, which involves dividing the range of attributes into intervals to reduce the number of numerical attributes to categorical data. Testing results with five types of data from NASA MDP (CM1, JM1, KC1, KC2, and PC1) showed significant accuracy improvements. In the CM1 dataset, accuracy increased to 96.1% compared to using MLP alone, which achieved 91.1%. In the JM1 dataset, accuracy increased to 79.1% compared to MLP alone, which achieved 78.3%. In the KC1 data, accuracy increased to 88.5% compared to MLP alone, which achieved 85.9%. In the KC2 dataset, MLP with discretization achieved an accuracy of 89.8%, better than MLP alone at 84.8%. In the PC1 data, the highest accuracy obtained was 95.5% compared to MLP alone, which achieved 94.3%.

Abstract

This Research is motivated by the importance of understanding students' interest in mathematics, especially in State Junior High School 193 East Jakarta, considering that mathematics is often considered a difficult and frightening subject for some students. Learning interest, which is defined as the tendency of students to pay attention with a feeling of pleasure, has a significant influence on the process and results of student learning. This study aims to identify the level of student interest in mathematics using the K-Means algorithm. This method is used to group students into several clusters based on their level of interest. The results showed that students were divided into three clusters, namely the first cluster with very high interest totaling 193 students with an average Final Semester Exam score of 91.920, the second cluster with low interest totaling 18 students with an average score of 52.333, and the third cluster with high interest totaling 66 students with an average score of 87.606.

Abstract

Koperasi simpan pinjam telah mengalami perkembangan signifikan seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi. Dalam era digital, koperasi yang sebelumnya mengandalkan sistem manual kini beralih ke sistem komputerisasi berbasis mobile. Sistem manual seringkali memakan waktu dan rentan terhadap kesalahan manusia. Dengan adopsi sistem komputerisasi, koperasi dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pencatatan dan pelaporan transaksi. Prinsip akuntabilitas dan transparansi juga menjadi fokus utama. Koperasi harus memastikan bahwa setiap transaksi tercatat dengan baik dan dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Salah satu bentuk perwujudan dari sistem komputerisasi, audit internal dan eksternal dapat dilakukan lebih mudah dan akurat. Hibah dan Pelatihan penerapan Aplikasi Koperasi ini perlu dilakukan agar pengurus dan anggota bisa memaksimalkan peran Teknologi Informasi. Peran aplikasi dalam memenuhi jaring pengaman kesejahteraan juga relevan. Aplikasi dapat digunakan untuk memfasilitasi akses anggota terhadap layanan koperasi, seperti pinjaman, simpanan, dan informasi keuangan. Dengan demikian, koperasi dapat lebih efektif dalam memberikan manfaat sosial dan ekonomiterutaman sebagai jaring pengaman kepada anggotanya, serta bisa menjadi role model untuk kampus lain
