Abstract

Diabetes which is assigned to be in the top 10 list of diseases that cause death in the last 10 years has increased. What was observed was that this increase occurred in developing countries with middle to lower social status. In Indonesia, diabetes is included in the top 10 diseases with a large number of sufferers. And more than that, diabetes becomes comorbid that causes complications in Covid 19 patients. Then to detect diabetes more quickly and accurately, it is necessary to make research that can produce a better level of accuracy to detect diabetes. By using a public dataset taken from the UCI repository consisting of 520 records, obtained from Diabetes Sylhet Hospital, Bangladesh. In this research, classification will be carried out using the Decision Tree algorithm with optimization of Linear Sampling and Information Gain. After calculating using these methods and calculating the accuracy, the results obtained are 99.04% accuracy with a comparison with previous research which only used a Random Forest of 97.04%.

Abstract

Peranan teknologi menempati posisi yang sangat penting terhadap munculnya inovasi yang positif bagi kemajuan suatu institusi terutama lembaga pendidikan. DTA Almuta'alim merupakan suatu lembaga pendidikan yang memiliki program tabungan sekolah, dimana program ini berkaitan dengan pendidikan dan ekonomi yang dilakukan sebagai upaya untuk melatih dan mendidik para siswa agar mampu mengontrol diri dalam menggunakan uang secara bijak. Dalam prosesnya, pengolahan data tabungan pada DTA ini masih dilakukan secara konvensional sehingga semakin banyaknya data yang tersimpan menyebabkan sulitnya pencarian data dan tingkat resiko kesalahan pencatatan/perhitungan menjadi lebih tinggi. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, maka diperlukan pemanfaatan teknologi dengan membangun sebuah sistem yang dapat menunjang kegiatan program ini. Pada penelitian ini, sistem yang akan dibangun dibuat berbasis web dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP MySQLi dan diterapkan melalui pendekatan model Extreme Programming yang terdiri dari 4 tahapan meliputi planning, design, coding dan testing. Selain itu, implementasi API WhatsApss pada sistem juga dilakukan dalam memunculkan fitur notifikasi otomatis untuk informasi transparasi saldo tabungan bagi orangtua/wali. Dengan dibuatnya sistem ini, diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi terhadap keberlangsungan program tabungan sekolah melalui kemudahan pengolahan data sehingga proses pengelolaannya menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology has made information dissemination not only through offline media, but also online media contribute to the provision of information. One of the areas that use information technology in the service process is Rukun Warga (RW). RW 13 is one of 22 RW’s in Cipinang Melayu Village, which currently uses a manual system in the service process. In addition, the problem faced by the administrators of RW 13 is the lack of knowledge in managing and maintaining the website. As a form of service to the surrounding community, a group of lecturers from Universitas Nusa Mandiri conducted a community service activity in the environment of RW 13 in the form of training activities on website maintenance of the Neighborhood Information System. This activity aims to make the participants understand how important it is to maintain the website so that the website will continue to run optimally. Participants in this community service activity are RT administrators, RW administrators, and youth from RW 13 youth organizations. The method used in this community service activity is interactive theoretical training, while the practical method uses simulation and question and answer methods. The evaluation results of the community service activities conducted based on the completion of questionnaires by 20 participants can be concluded that the participants are satisfied with the implementation of this training activity so that it can increase the knowledge, understanding and skills of the participants on the importance of website maintenance. In addition, the participants argue that this community service activity in the form of training has met the expectations of the participants, can increase the knowledge and skills of the participants, and can help solve existing problems.

Abstract

Payment of loans that experience difficulties in repayment or often called bad credit is a very detrimental thing for the bank, with the occurrence of bad credit the bank does not have the maximum ability to make money for investment. Choosing the right customer must go through the right analysis because the decision to approve or disagree with the loan is the main point that determines the possibility of bad credit. This study aims to classify eligible customers to obtain loans by taking into account existing parameters such as age, total income, number of families, monthly expenditure average, education level and others. This study uses a data mining classification method with a neural network model, to assess the accuracy of data processing using rapid miners then proceed with measurements using confusion matrix, ROC curve. The results of the neural network algorithm after going through confusion matrix testing, the ROC curve shows a very high accuracy value, and the dominant value of AUC and algorithm. The accuracy value is 98.24% with AUC of 0.979

Abstract

Digital marketing is a marketing strategy using digital media and the internet through branding. In the current digital era, information dissemination is easy to reach widely, but for the world of education which has a level of competitive competition, digital marketing has not been fully utilized, although several private schools in the city of Bandung have generally carried out publications and promotions on social media accounts, but still in the form of updating information not yet to marketing, especially during the new student admissions period, it was seen that the empowerment of digital platforms was still weak. The purpose of this research is to find out to what extent digital marketing is utilized during the admission period for new students at private schools in Bandung, the method used in this study uses a qualitative data analysis model through the Case Study approach where the data obtained will be processed into a solution in implementing digital marketing in private school.

Abstract

Mental disorders are a growing global health issue, affecting millions of people and significantly impacting quality of life, productivity, and healthcare costs. The WHO reports that over 970 million people worldwide suffer from mental disorders, with rising cases of depression and anxiety during the COVID-19 pandemic. Early detection and accurate classification are crucial for appropriate interventions, yet challenges arise from the complexity and heterogeneity of data. The Random Forest algorithm offers a potential solution through a machine learning approach to classify mental disorders. It excels in handling large, complex datasets and addresses issues of data imbalance. This study aims to develop a mental disorder classification model using Random Forest, which demonstrated superior performance with an accuracy of 88.89%, precision of 90%, recall of 89%, and F1-score of 89%, outperforming five other models. The model is expected to accelerate diagnosis and enhance clinical decision-making in mental disorder management.

Abstract

One of the most serious complications of ARI is pneumonia, where this disease causes sufferers to experience pain when breathing and limited oxygen intake. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), pneumonia is classified as a life-threatening disease due to the high mortality rate caused. To be able to diagnose this disease, patients usually undergo various medical examination methods, one of which is through chest radiography. However, the challenge in diagnosing pneumonia generally lies in the complexity and uncertainty in interpreting the results of these methods. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of building an image classification model based on the Chest radiography dataset from toddler patients using the ResNet-50 architecture, which is a variant of the Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) algorithm. The combination of the two methods is applied to analyze and process images and obtain pattern recognition with high accuracy. The research methods used include the application of data augmentation, CNN architecture design, model training, and performance evaluation. The evaluation results show that the model has quite good performance with an accuracy of 85%, which indicates the model's ability to classify images with a fairly high level of accuracy, and has the potential to help the pneumonia diagnosis process more efficiently and accurately.

Abstract

Abstrak - Lembah Permai Resor terus berupaya meningkatkan layanan dan standar kualitas untuk penyewaan camping ground dari berbagai sudut, termasuk melalui penggunaan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi. Hingga saat ini, sistem persewaan camping ground di Lembah Permai Resor masih mengandalkan sistem manual untuk pendataan transaksi dan menyelesaikan transaksi. Hal ini menimbulkan masalah karena informasi yang berada di Lembah Permai Resor belum terdistribusi secara merata kepada customer. Maka dari itu sangat diperlukan prosedur dan sistem untuk meningkatkan pemasaran melalui website dan mempermudah parawisatawan dalam melakukan penyewaan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu perlu adanya sistem informasi berbasis website yang dapat membantu proses persewaan guna meningkatkan daya saing bisnis dalam menawarkan jasa kepada customer. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan data kualitatif denganmetode pengumpulan data (observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka). Sedangkan model pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah model waterfall, UML sebagai toolnya, untuk penggunaan diagramnya yaitu use case diagram, component diagram, class diagaram, activity diagram, sequence diagram. PHP, HTML, dan MySQL dipakai sebagai bahasa pemograman dan database. Metode pengujian black box digunakan untuk menguji rancangan aplikasi sistem informasi penyewaan dan hasilnya sesuai yang diharapkan. Hasil yang dicapai dalam penelitian mengarah pada pembuatan aplikasi sistem informasi persewaan yang seharusnya memudahkan Lembah Permai Resor dalam menjalankan bisnis terkait persewaan.

Abstract

Pengelolaan inventaris barang merupakan faktor kunci dalam menjaga kelancaran operasional perusahaan. Banyak organisasi yang masih mengandalkan sistem inventaris manual dan berakibat pada ketidakakuratan dalam pencatatan, kehilangan stok, dan keterlambatan pengisian persediaan. Dewi Restoran & Karaoke Purwakarta, sebagai salah satu entitas bisnis yang berperan aktif dalam sektor jasa kuliner dan hiburan tentunya juga menghadapi tantangan serupa, khususnya terkait dengan akurasi stok dan pembuatan laporan yang belum optimal, yang berpotensi menghambat kinerja operasional perusahaan. Maka dari itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini salah satunya adalah untuk membangun sistem inventaris berbasis teknologi informasi yang dapat menunjang kegiatan bisnis di tempat tersebut. Adapun proses pengumpulan data yang dilakukan demi tercapainya penelitian ini terdiri dari wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Selain itu, untuk mempercepat pengembangan sistem namun dengan hasil yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan pengguna, maka metode pengembangan sistem yang dipilih menggunakan Rapid Application Development (RAD). Sistem yang dirancang berbasis web yang dapat mempercepat proses pencatatan, mempermudah pengelolaan stok, dan mengurangi ketergantungan pada penggunaan kertas serta dilengkapi dengan fitur akuntansi untuk mendukung pengelolaan keuangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional Dewi Restoran & Karaoke dengan memberikan solusi pengelolaan inventaris yang lebih akurat, cepat, dan ramah lingkungan.
