Abstract

Tarekat Dalailul Khairat is a congregation that is run by fasting for three years without stopping (except intime of fasting is forbidden according to Islamic law), and everyday reading the book of Dalailul Khairat (not boundby a specifc time), how to run it is not bound by place (ribat), and are not guided directly by the Sheikh (teacher). Al-Qur’an sees that religion and culture are different and must be clearly distinguished, butnot separated. Thus, Islam (The Qur’an) became into dialogue with space and time. Universal religion it will always fnd its relevance to specifc and concrete demands of its adherents, according to space and time, along with the dynamics and vitality. In doing Dalailul Khairat with good Behavior for three years, it becomes a habit of good behavior, that are somewhat forced, then the habith as become a kind of law, means the Congregation Dalailul Khairat positively infuences positive social behavior. Social behaviors are manifested by Dalailul Khairat followers such as diligent, patient, qana’a, tasamuh, constancy, obey the rules, honest, and hard work

Abstract

This study examines the influence of issuers’ fundamental factors on Islamic stock returns in Indonesia. It is documentary research with data from company financial reports in the food and beverage industry. The companies were listed on the Indonesia Sharia Stock Index during 2015-2019. The sample selection was based on purposive sampling. The selected companies continuously published financial statements and had no negative earning per share. Based on the inclusion criteria, nine consistent firms were entered in data processing by Eviews software through several stages. The first stage involved determining the panel data regression model with common, fixed, and random effect models. The second stage was the selection of the fit model using 3 tests, including Chow, Lagrangian Multiplier, and Classic Assumption. The common effect was the fit panel data regression model. The results show that Return on Assets positively influences Islamic stock returns. However, Debt to Equity Ratio and Earning per Share do not affect Islamic Stock returns. Therefore, investors should pay attention to ROA before investing in Islamic capital market.

Abstract

Abstract: The role of women  seems still  to be a discourse that becomes a debate among the  feminist theoreticians. Something that becomes the crucial problem is how to position the role of women in contemporary Islamic societies. Through a thematic interpretation approach, this paper tried to describe the role of women in Islamic societies in the post-modern era. Discourse and gender movement had a great influence on Muslim society. The demands on the role of women were not only related to the role of freedom of their activities in the domestic realm but also related to the public domain. The Qur'an was present not in the empty time and but rather to respond to a variety of community activities in place in which it was revealed. He - the Qu’ran - had an idealistic normative values that should be believed, held and executed. The text data of the Qu’ran could be illustrated by a triadic system depicting the role of women and their relationships with the Lord, the roles and relationships of women in the family; and the roles and relationships in the community, including the Islamic community. Islam, as a religion, on the one hand was not only as a pure idea that was absolute and universal, but on the other hand, it was also as a product of the ideas that are not only relative but also limited. However, with its relativity and limitation as the product of the thought, it was still able to show the distinction of its egalitarian with the concept built by modern-secular feminism movement through the principle of parity.الملخص :أصبحت المرأة موضوع نقاش بين مفكّرات النسوية إلى الآن. القضية المهمّة هي كيف يكون دور المرأة في المجتمع المسلم المعاصر. حاولت هذه الدراسة – بمدخل التفسير الموضوعي – تصوير دور المرأة في المجتمع المسلم في العصر بعد الحداثة. الحركة والأفكار  عن الجنس لها أثرها في المجتمع المسلم. اقتضاءات المرأة ليس فقط عن حريّة العمل في الأسرة لكن كذلك في المجتمع. وإن القرآن لاينزل في ثقافة مجتمع فارغة، لكنّه يستجيب شتى الأنشطة والأعمال قام بها المجتمع الذي نزل فيه. والقرآن فيه تعاليم وقيم أدبية شاملة كاملة التي يجب الاعتقاد بها والتمسك بها والعمل بها. والنصوص القرآنية تمثّل ترياديك التي تصوّر دور المرأة وعلاقتها بالله، دورها وعلاقتها بالأسرة، ودورها في المجتمع وخاصة المجتمع المسلم. والإسلام ككونه آراء أصيلة وهو عام ومطلق، لكن لكونه نتائج أفكار فهو غير مطلق ومحدّد. ولكن بكونه مثل هذا، استطاع أن يكون فارقا واضحا بينه وبين المفهومات التي أتت بها الحركة النسوية  المعاصرة العلمانية عن طريق الأساس بارتاس.Abstrak: Peran perempuan merupakan diskursus yang masih jadi perbincangan teoritisi feminis. Hal yang menjadi problem krusial adalah bagaimana memposisikan peran perempuan dalam masyarakat Islam kekinian. Melalui pendekatan tafsir tematik, tulisan ini mencoba untuk mendiskripsikan peran perempuan dalam masyarakat Islam di era post-modern. Wacana dan gerakan gender memiliki pengaruh besar bagi masyarakat Islam. Tuntutan peran tidak saja terkait kebebasan beraktifitas di ranah domestik tetapi juga terkait dengan ranah publik. Al-Qur’an hadir tidak dalam ruang dan waktu yang hampa, melainkan merespon beragam aktifitas masyarakat di tempat ia diturunkan. Ia – al-Qur’an – memiliki tata nilai normatif-idealitik yang harus diyakini, dipegang teguh dan dijalankan. Data-data teks al-Qur’an, dapat diilustrasikan dengan sebuah triadik yang menggambarkan peran perempuan dan relasinya dengan Tuhan; peran dan relasi perempuan dalam keluarga; dan peran dan relasinya dalam masyarakat termasuk masyarakat Islam. Islam, sebagai sebuah agama, di satu sisi merupakan ide murni karenanya absolut dan universal, namun di sisi yang lain, ia merupakan hasil pemikiran yang tidak saja relatif tetapi juga terbatas. Namun dengan kerelatifan dan keterbatasan hasil pemikiran itu, ia tetap mampu menunjukkan distingsi egaliteriannya dengan konsepsi yang dibangun gerakan feminism modern-sekuler melalui prinsip paritas.                            Keywords: tafsir, domestik, publik, absolut, sub-ordinat, paritas.

Abstract

Visi Pendidikan nasional diorientasikan pada terwujudnya sistem pendidikan sebagai pranata sosial yang kuat dan berwibawa guna memberdayakan semua warga negara Indonesia. Diharapkan manusia Indonesia berkembang dan berkualitas sehingga mampu menjawab tantang zaman yang telah semakin maju. Di era globalisasi ini telah menempatkan generasi muda Indonesia pada posisi yang berada di tengah-tengah derasnya arus informasi yang sedemikian bebas. Seiring dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi dan telekomunikasi, peran guru dalam proses pembelajaran sangat dibutuhkan untuk mengantarkan generasi muda yang berkarakter kebangsaan. Agenda terpenting dalam konteks pembinaan karakter bangsa adalah adanya reformasi kolektifterhadap komponen-komponen bangsa untuk sanggup melakukan pergantian atau changes setelah menjalani setiap proses pembelajaran.

Abstract

Students’ creativity is a fundamental goal in education. The school has a strategic role in developing students’ creativity. This study elaborates on classroom activities to develop students’ creativity. The study used a mixed-method sequential explanatory design. Quantitative data were obtained from six hundred and one students from junior and senior high schools in East Java, Indonesia. Qualitative data were obtained from nine teachers. Descriptive and regression analysis techniques are used to analyse quantitative data, while thematic analysis is used to analyse qualitative data. The results show that the hypothesis is accepted. It means that classroom climate affects students’ creativity. The findings also showed three classroom activities for developing students’ creativity: rule, positive teaching and teacher support. Teachers’ ability to manage learning in the classroom affects the high level of students’ creativity.

Abstract

Persoalan teologis berkisar pada issue tentang status dan pelaku dosa besar, perbuatan manusia, dan hakikat sifat Tuhan pada umumnya muncul sebagai akibat dari perbedaan visi politik. Issu teologis ini telah melahirkan golongan Khawarij, Murjiah dan Mu’tazilah. Seiring dengan itu muncul issu mengenai bebas/ tidaknya perbuatan manusia yang kemudian melahirkan golongan Jabariyah dan Qadariyah. Persoalan muncul karena dipengaruhi oleh budaya Helinisme yang rasional seiring dengan proses futuhat (ekspansi Islam). Persentuhan umat Islam dengan budaya Helinisme semakin memperkuat penggunaan akal dalam kajian teologis, khususnya oleh Mu’tazilah. Dengan demikian ada tiga issu besar yang berkembang dalam teologi Islam saat itu yaitu dosa besar, kehendak bebas tidaknya manusia dan penggunaan akal. Mu’tazilah memberikan penekanan yang tinggi kepada akal dengan segala implikasinya karena arus pemikiran rasional yang berkembang pada waktu itu. Al-Maturiddi membahas tentang penciptaan alam yang lebih banyak mengajukan argumen rasional dan perseptual dari pada argumen tradisional. Hal ini tidak lain karena perhatian utamanya untuk mempertahankan ajaran Islam dari serangan Indo-Iranian dan Yahudi-Kristen serta filsafat Yunani.

Abstract

Spiritualitas Islam sebagai respon terhadap persoalan sosial-budaya kontemporer bukan saja menjadi keharusan, namun sekaligus menjadi kebutuhan dan keharusan sejarah, baik masa dulu, kini maupun pada abad mendatang. Modernitas dengan segala dampaknya telah menimbulkan kesadaran kultural berupa kerinduan orang untuk kembali pada nilai-nilai spiritual atau terjadi semacam romantisisme sejarah. Spiritualitas Islam yang dibutuhkan ke depan adalah menggabungkan antara kesalehan simbolik-individual dan kesalehan aktual-struktural. Spiritualitas Islam yang menggabungkan sikap kesalehan simbolik dan aktual tersebut harus berfungsi dalam tiga hal yaitu fungsi emansipasi, liberasi dan transendensi.

Abstract

The power of two learning strategies in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) has been studied to assess its effectiveness in shaping students' character. This research aimed to investigate the implementation of this strategy in PAI material and its impact on character building. A qualitative case study approach was employed, involving school principals, students, and PAI teachers from senior high schools in Kudus City, Central Java, Indonesia, as informants selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, documentation, and focus group discussions. Validity was ensured through extended researcher presence, triangulation, peer discussion, transferability, dependability, and confirmability measures. The research findings revealed that the power of two learning strategies in PAI material could effectively and efficiently shape students' character by creating synergy between teachers and students in the learning process. This research contributes to the theoretical and practical development of PAI learning materials for character education, providing insights for the government in implementing such strategies in the curriculum.
