Research the act of this class aims to improve performance studied history.Learning method applied is learning cooperative type group investigations. The results showed that success indicator learning method Group Investigation on cycle I have not succeeded because of the many students who get average value of 56,35 while the new students achieve learning exhaustiveness 32,43% (minimum requirement is said to be successful) (75%). in cycle II has not been successful because of the many students who get average grades 65,13 while new students achieve learning ketuntasan 59,46% (minimum requirement is said to be successful) (75%). in cycle III succeeds because of the many students who get average value of 67,43 while the exhaustiveness student learning has reached 75,67% already eligible students can study a minimum exhaustiveness (75%).Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi masalah rendahnya hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Asyfa Krueng Mane Pharmacy is a business entity engaged in the sale of drugs. The drug supply data processing system that was carried out at the Asyfa Krueng Mane Pharmacy still uses ordinary stationery to process drug supply data so that it is deemed less effective and efficient. Therefore, there is a need for an information system that can be used to assist and support the efficiency of the drug data processing process at the Asyfa Krueng Mane Pharmacy using the FEFO (First First Out) method, which is a method that dispenses drugs with shorter expiry dates than drugs with a later expiry date. long. With the application of the FEFO method in the Asyfa Krueng Mane Pharmacy information system, it is hoped that there will be no more accumulation of drugs and drugs with shorter expiration than drugs with longer expiration can be issued in order. As for the research results, you can see the Asyfa Pharmacy and type of Obt001 and type of Paracetamol and drug stock and date of entry and exit.

Abstract

Humans and the environment are two things that are interconnected and cannot be separated from each other. Educating people who are aware of the importance of the environment certainly requires effort. One of them is through educational institutions. This study uses a qualitative approach by presenting data from research results. Processed and presented qualitatively. This study used observation data collection techniques, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the research data used interactive model analysis techniques (interactive model of analysis) from Miles and Huberman. In this interactive analysis model, the researcher moves on three components, namely data reduction, data display and verification. The results of this research found that the Adiwiyata Middle School curriculum always prioritizes the active involvement of all school members in environmental conservation. The organization at the Adiwiyata school in Banjarmasin City has one of its missions, namely environmental preservation. The existence of an environmentally based curriculum will create a new culture, namely an environmental culture where school residents will be more aware of the importance of protecting the environment.

Abstract

This study develops a web-based employee performance evaluation system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to overcome the problem of inaccuracy and unfairness in reward giving at PT Transcosmos Commerce. The system is designed using an Agile approach with the Django framework and SQLite database. The AHP method is applied to calculate the weight of the assessment criteria (discipline, responsibility, productivity, work quality, and cooperation) through pairwise comparisons, resulting in a consistency ratio (CR) value of 0.08 less than 0.1, which indicates acceptable consistency. The results of the AHP calculation show that the highest criterion weight is Productivity (0.32), followed by Work Quality (0.25), Responsibility (0.18), Cooperation (0.15), and Discipline (0.10). The final employee score is obtained by combining the criteria weight and alternative values, with the highest scores obtained by employees A1 (Dani) of 0.42, A2 (Farhan) of 0.35, and A3 (Freya) of 0.23. System testing has proven an increase in evaluation time efficiency of 60 percent compared to manual methods, as well as reducing the subjectivity of assessments. The system also provides visualization of results in the form of graphs and automatic reports, facilitating managerial decision-making.Keywords: AHP, criteria weighting, evaluation of performence, employee reward, Web Based System.
