Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan dan konpensasi finansial terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Rumah Sakit UIN Jakarta. Objek penelitian ini terdiri dari dua variabel bebas (indipenden) dan satu variabel terikat (dependen). Adapun variabel indipenden dalam penelitian ini adalah kepemimpinan (X1) dan konpensasi finansial (X2) serta variabel terikat adalah produktivitas kerja (Y). Sedangkan objek penelitiannya adalah karyawan Rumah Sakit UIN Jakarta. Pengumpulan data primer diperoleh dengan melakukan penelitian secara langsung ke lapangan atau peninjauan langsung ke unit pengamatan, yaitu pada Rumah Sakit UIN Jakarta. Penelitian kepustakaan ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan data sekunder, yaitu dengan mencari dan mempelajari berbagai teori yang ada hubungannya dengan masalah yang sedang diteliti. Selain itu juga peneliti mengumpulkan dan mengolah data dari jurnal, tesis, skripsi, dan artikel serta situs internet. Skala yang digunakan dalam penelitian untuk pembobotan item kuisioner adalah skala Likert. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Kepemimpinan dan konpensasi finansial berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Rumah Sakit UIN Syarif HIdayatullah Jakarta, (2) Kepemimpinan lebih berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan Rumah Sakit UIN Syarif HIdayatullah Jakarta jika dibandingkan dengan motivasi kerja, (3) Perubahan produktivitas kerja karyawan Rumah Sakit UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta dalam jangka pendek tidak respon terhadap perubahan kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja. Sedangkan saran dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) Meningkatkan kepemimpinan akan meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan Rumah Sakit UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, (2) Penelitian lanjutan untuk melihat respon produktivitas kerja karyawan Rumah Sakit UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta dalam jangka panjang akibat perubahan kepemimpinan dan konpensasi finansial.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah; 1) Menganalisis kelayakan finansial versi syariah pada pembiayaan perkebunan kelapa sawit yang diajukan oleh PT.X kepada bank syariah, 2) Menganalisis perubahan harga input dan output dalam menilai kelayakan finansial versi syariah pada pembiayaan investasi perkebunan kelapa sawit yang diajukan oleh PT.X, dan 3) Menganalisis persamaan dan perbedaan antara perhitungan kelayakan pembiayaan versi syariah dengan versi konvensional dalam menganalisis kelayakan finansial proposal pembiayaan perkebunan kelapa sawit. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dalam bentuk studi kasus dengan obyek penelitian proposal pembiayaan proyek investasi perkebunan kelapa sawit yang diajukan PT. X. Data penelitian ini mencakup data kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Jenis dan teknik pengumpulan data penelitian mencakup data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara langsung secara intensif dan mendalam dengan berbagai narasumber di kantor Bank Syariah Mandiri yang berkompeten dalam menangani pembiayaan perkebunan kelapa sawit yang diajukan. Sedangkan data sekunder berupa data pendukung diperoleh studi pustaka, hasil penelitian sebelumnya, website Bank Indonesia, website Kementerian Pertanian Indonesia, website Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS), dan instansi terkait lainnya. Hasil analisis kelayakan finansial versi syariah pada proyek investasi perkebunan kelapa sawit PT.X adalah layak untuk dibiayai oleh bank. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan analisa kelayakan finansial baik versi konvensional maupun versi syariah, dapat disimpulkan bahwa proyek investasi perkebunan kelapa sawit PT.X seluas 2.000 Ha adalah layak untuk dibiayai oleh pihak bank. Penelitian ini hanya melakukan analisa yang ditekankan pada kelayakan aspek finansial, sedangkan pada aspek non finansial diasumsikan layak. Sehingga perlu dilakukan analisa lanjutan semua aspek yang tidak dianalisa mendalam.

The successes of development within an agricultural sector in a country should be reflected by the ability of food self-sufficiency, at least in the food security. Currently, the food security is not considerably sufficient to represent the identity of an agricultural country. Yet, the government also have difficulties to reach the target of food self-sufficiencies until they finally make some policies to achieve the aim. One of the policies is a food diversification program reflected in the Presidential Regulation of Indonesia No. 22 in 2009 that regulatesfood consumption diversification acceleration policy based on local resources. It is prepared to reduce the problems that appear recently because most of Indonesian use rice as their staple foods. Meanwhile, the rice production is unbalanced if compared with the level of consumer demands. In fact, if it is considered in terms of fulfillment, in addition to rice, there are still a lot of staple foods that can be developed. The aims of this research are: 1) Identifying the characteristics of respondents in Depok city. 2) Analyzing the influences of the cultural, social, personal, and motivation variables to the perception of non-rice food consumption societies in Depok city. 3). Analyzing the influences of the cultural, social, personal, and motivation variables simultaneously to the perception of non-rice food consumption societies in Depok city.

The purpose of this study are: (1) to identify and to analyze the factors that influence milk production of dairy cattles, and (2) to determine the elasticity of milk production. This research was conducted at the Dairy cattle group KANIA, Bogor. Data were obtained from interviews and questionnaires with cattle ranchers. Multiple linear regression models and elasticity calculations were employed to analyze the data with the Excel 2007 and software for Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 16. Results of the analysis revealed that the factors affecting milk production is labor, forages, and feed concentrates. The result of the calculation of the elasticity indicated that all production variables are elastic variables.

The test results obtained a value of adjusted Rsquare of 90.76%. These results indicate that the formation of rice prices in Indonesia can be explained by the independent variables used in the model is the production of rice, rice consumption, the price of imported rice, and the exchange rate of rupiah against the US dollar by 90.76%. While the remaining 9.24% is explained by other variables outside this research model. The joined test results indicate variables of domestic rice production, domestic rice consumption, the price of imported rice, and the exchange rate against the US dollar affect the formation of prices of rice in Indonesia with a value of F (42.77) is greater than F table (3.18 ) or probability value is 0.000000 <0.05. Partial test results found that the variable domestic rice production, domestic rice consumption, and the rupiah against the US dollar respectively significantly affect the domestic rice price variables at α = 0.05, whereas the variable import prices did not significantly affect variable domestic rice prices.
