Abstract

Actually, Muhammadiyah is not anti-spirituality and sufism. However, its founder, KH Ahmad Dahlan like to use the term akhlaq despite sufism. It is caused that for him, sufism did not originate from the Quran and the Prophetic Tradition. Beside that, sufism is also identical with the implementation of religious teaching based on the guides of sufis and mursyids that are nearer to the superstitions, heresies and myths. Essencially, according to Mukti Ali, Muhammadiyah has implemented what is called sufism in the form of high social akhlaq. Theoritically, the spirituality of Muhammadiyah is nearer to modern sufism of Buya Hamka.

Abstract

Negara Qatar pada era modern ini merupakan salah satu negara yang kaya karena adanya minyak dan gas bumi sebagai andalan pendapatan negara oleh karena itu salah satunya adalah membebaskan pajak terhadap warganya sebagaimana diketahui di zaman modern sebagaian bessar negara didunia sulit sekali terlepas dalam penarikan pajak kepada warganya. Berbagai macam organisasi untuk negara diikuti sebagai salah satu bukti bahwa Qatar ikut serta ruler of the game nya dunia kemudian penduduknya lebih dari 70% adalah kaum pekerja / imigran dari berbagai negara yang menunjukan bahwa Qatar itu ramah terhadap pendatang. Perkembangan ekonomi baik konvensional yang melesat dengan ekonomi syariah / islam terutama dunia keuangannya menjadi kapitalisasi terbesar di dunia ekonomi islam, diantaranya dengan mengekspor permodalan keluar negeri. Adanya panduan yang jelas dari negara dalam pengembangan negara menggunakan 4 pilar yaitu perkembangan manusia, perkembangan sosial, Pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pengembangan lingkungan sebagai acuan yang jelas dan terstruktur selain itu juga hukum syariat islam dibelakukan di negara ini.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the need to understand the strategies for improving the competence and professionalism of teachers at SMK Putra Pelita Tenjolaya. Teaching is a profession characterized by a certain level of professionalism. The purpose of this study is to identify strategies for enhancing teacher competence. The research employs a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection is conducted through semi-structured interviews. The results of this study indicate that there are several ways to enhance the professionalism and competence of teachers. These include organizing continuous training and self-development programs. Additionally, teachers can collaborate with peers to enrich insights and understanding. The role of the school principal in enhancing teacher professionalism is also crucial as a form of support for the progress of teachers at SMK Putra Pelita Tenjolaya. Abstract

This study aims to present the position, forms, factors of change, fundamental principles of establishment, and application of fatwas as references for positive law in the context of contemporary Islamic finance and economics in Indonesia. Using a literature review method, the researcher collects and analyzes literature from various primary and secondary sources, including the Qur'an, Hadith, and contemporary scholars' fatwas. The results show that fatwas, which essentially provide answers to questions of Sharia law, come in various forms and can change in response to changes in place, time, situation, tradition, knowledge, human needs, human competence, social conditions, economy, politics, and disasters. This study also highlights the importance of fundamental principles in fatwa establishment and the role of fatwas in the development of Islamic finance and economics in Indonesia, where fatwas from the DSN-MUI are often used as references in Sharia banking regulations. The contribution of this research is to provide a deep understanding of the dynamics of fatwas in contemporary Islamic economics and their role in the legal system in Indonesia

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the development of vocational learning and training methods at the Bandung Vocational and Productivity Training Center, Ministry of Manpower of the Republic of Indonesia. The research method used is a descriptive analysis approach. Where data and information collection were carried out using observation techniques, interviews and Focus Group Discussion (FGD) which lasted for two hours structural and functional officials (Instructors) at the Bandung Vocational and Productivity Training Center. The results of the research show that the development of learning and training methods went well and was very satisfactory through several stages, namely, carried out by using training needs analysis through TNA (Training Need Analysis) which was obtained from industry needs, then carried out Vocational Training Program Development Planning, Implementation of the Training Program, and finally, Training Evaluation is carried out both through Written Tests and Practical Tests. From the results of this research, it is hoped that in the future facilities and infrastructure can be improved to support the implementation of vocational training that produces superior and competitive human resources.
