Pakcoy (Brassica rapa L) is member of Brassicaceae family. With hight nutritional content pakcoy consumptions in Indonesian society increase every year, but it is still far from the recommended level of the consumption. This research aims to determine the effect of the interaction and single concentration of Herbafarm, growing media, and to obtain the dosage of Herbafarm fertilizer and the best growing medium for the production of pakcoy with NFT hydroponic system. This research has been conducted in Green House Hydroponic at Jl. Tulip Sukajadi, Pekanbaru. This research used split plot design. The first factor was Herbafam fertilizer (H) as a subplot with concentration of Herbafarm 0, 15, 20, and 25 ml.l-1 of water. The second factor are various growing media (M) as the main plot as the growth medium, they arerockwool, cocopeat, and charcoal husk. The result of the variance analysis was continued with further test of honestly significance diffirence (HSD) at 5% level. The observed parameters were plant height (cm), leaf width (cm), number of leaves (strands), wet economic weight (g) and root volume (cm3). The results show that the dosage of Herbafarm fertilizer in pakcoy did not increase the growth and production of pakcoy. The growing medium rockwoolis better to increase the number of leaves, leaf width, economical wet weight and root volume of pakcoy than the cocopeat and charcoal husk as thegrowing media. The combination of organic fertilizers and some growing mediums does not increase the growth and production of pakcoy. Keywords: Pakcoy, Hidroponik, Herbafarm, Rockwool, Cocopeat,Charcoal Husk

Religion plays an important role in social life to regulate human life and direct it to goodness in the world. This study aims to gain anunderstanding and description of religious moderation and religious harmony in the Baru Village. The research method used in this research is the field observation research method and also direct interviews through the Public Discussion forum in the Desa Baru and also the Webinar Seminar organized by the KKN 127 Group Deli Serdang Regency. The results of research tthat have known that religious moderation in the Desa Baru area is still very low. This can be seen from the people who still do not understand the concept of religious moderation itself and the local community still lives by following the dynamics of the flow of life as in general. When viewed from the harmony between religious communities, the people of Desa Baru highly uphold the harmony where mutual respect and respect for differences. Moreover, the community in the area can be said to be plural because it consists of various ethnic groups, cultures, and religions. There are Javanese, Malay, and Batak tribes who occupy the area of the Desa Baru.

The purpose of this study was to reveal the role of students as agents of change in improving the quality of education in the Batang Kuis sub-district. This study used qualitative methods, observations and interviews as techniques in data collection in this study. The results of this study are that students are agents who have more thoughts to lead to changes that are beneficial to the surrounding community in many ways. As stated in the Tri Dharma of Higher Education which explains about education and teaching which is something that students do, namely studying on campus and off campus and being able to implement the knowledge they have acquired to many people. Second, regarding research and development, subordinate students have an obligation to be able to research any problems that occur in the community, especially in the field of education, so that when students understand the problems that occur in society, students must develop community resources and the potential of the students themselves to implemented for the general public. Finally, community service is that students must be able to provide a positive side such as providing socialization to the community about something new and students can be a mouthpiece for community aspirations.
