Abstract

Advertising is one of the promotion media that is used to sell a product or service, usually advertisements in the form of images, messages, sounds, and also videos that use multimedia facilities in the form of television. One application is an online shop called OLX that uses television advertising as a promotional tool. But advertising in this time, often ignored by the audience, especially on television advertising that not everyone can see the ad because the time being broadcast is not effective and those who watch television have diminished and also the interest of the ad itself. This makes the appeal of advertisements decline especially on television advertisements and conducted research by interviewing 5 respondents to find out the response to the attraction of television advertising today. The results of the analysis of the interview prove that the advertisements that are launched do not necessarily produce the appropriate response.

Abstract

Oyster mushroom production, always has a high demand from year to year, but oyster mushrooms are less highlighted by the community, it is proven in the span of 2024, training on the empowerment of oyster mushrooms to become innovative MSMEs in Cilapar Village, does not yet exist, while training on the empowerment of oyster mushrooms as an idea for UMKM, needs to be done, as a solution to the problem of suppressing the unemployment rate. Therefore, the purpose of this research and activity is to elaborate the training of oyster mushroom resources into nuggets and satay in an effort to strengthen UMKM in Cilapar Village as well as a way to handle stunting. The problem that arises is what form of activities are held to realize the idea of nuggets and mushroom satay to the community? The method of implementing this activity is carried out using a qualitative approach. The research data was in the form of oral speech obtained from interview, survey, and observation collection techniques. The results of the activity showed that oyster mushrooms could be processed into nuggets and satay with extraordinary taste, and the level of community activity towards empowering oyster mushrooms into nuggets and satay became high after training, it became a positive encouragement to build a stable economy of the Cilapar Village community

Abstract

This study aims to apply the job order costing method in calculating the cost of the "Sharing Takjil and Breaking Fast Together" activity organized by the UBSI Management Student Association in March 2025. This activity is the object of study because it has project-based cost characteristics with elements of membership fees and donations. With a quantitative descriptive approach, data was obtained from the committee's official financial report and calculated based on the classification of direct and indirect costs. The results show that most of the costs are allocated for consumption (±86%) and the rest for equipment (±14%). With a total expenditure of IDR1,075,950 and an estimated number of 34 participants, the cost per participant is IDR31,645. The application of this method not only increases financial transparency, but also provides a rational basis for planning future organizational activities, and provides an understanding that the job order costing method is not only useful for the manufacturing sector, but also for non-profit entities in making activity-based financial decisions.
