Abstract

The purpose of the study was to test and analyze the effect of workload and work stress on employee performance. The object of the research was conducted at PT Bank BCA Multifinance with the number of samples taken as many as 90 people. The data collection method used a questionnaire which was then analyzed using the SEM-PLS model which was processed with the SmartPLS application. Based on the results of statistical tests, it is known that there is no effect of workload on employee performance. There is a significant effect of work stress on employee performance. This study found that work stress can affect employee performance, so good management of work stress is needed from management so that employees can still improve their performance even though they are under pressure.

Abstract

Provinsi Banten tepatnya di wilayah Kota Serang mempunyai beberapa makanan ciri khas, yaitu Nasi Bakar Sumsum dan Pecak Oncom. Untuk terus melestarikan makanan khas daerah khususnya di Kota Serang, tim PPM membuat suatu program yang bertujuan untuk menginovasikan makanan khas Serang yaitu nasi bakar sumsum dan pecak oncom menjadi berbagai jenis varian yang disukai oleh masyarakat. Sebelum dilaksanakan program PPM, Nasi Bakar Sumsum merupakan makanan tradisional khas Banten berbahan dasar dari nasi yang dipadukan dengan sumsum tulang sapi dan dibalut menggunakan daun pisang yang kemudian dibakar di atas bara api. Setelah dilaksanakan program PPM, kami melakukan inovasi untuk memberikan penambahan varian rasa didalamnya seperti daging ayam suwir mercon,ikan bandeng suwir mercon, selimut telur serta sambal mangga. Sedangkan, sebelum dilaksanakannya program PPM, Pecak Oncom merupakan makanan tradisional khas Betawi berbahan dasar oncom yang di siram dengan kuah sambal. Setelah dilakukannya program PPM, Pecak Oncom telah dipadukan dengan petai dan tauge sebagai pelengkap yang menambah kenikmatan rasa dari Pecak Oncom tersebut. Bentuk pemasaran yang kami lakukan yaitu pemanfaatan digital marketing kreatif dengan menggunakan media elektronik berupa Instagram @nasisumsum.ppm.serang1 @pecakoncom.ppm.kotaserang1 dan facebook Nasi Sumsum Serang PPM dan Pecak Oncom Serang. Metode yang digunakan yaitu adanya peran partisipasi masyarakat untuk meningkatkan keterampilannya, kegiatan yang akan di lakukan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan hingga evaluasi baik secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, misalnya seminar, temu lapangan dan pelatihan pemanfaatan Digital Marketing kreatif bersama pemilik Home Industry guna meningkatkan pendapatan penjualan serta kesejahteraan masyarakat khususnya Kota Serang. Kata Kunci: Nasi Bakar Sumsum, Pecak Oncom, Digital Marketing Kreatif, Pelestarian Kuliner.

Abstract

One of the determining factors for the success of a company in achieving all planned and determined targets is the quality of the human resources who work and are active in it, in this case employees. But it is also possible that there are many factors that can cause employee performance and company goals to not be achieved, which include issues regarding compensation and the physical work environment which are closely related to employee job satisfaction. These three factors are very important for the company to pay attention to, because employees need to be encouraged to perform well, it is necessary to have support, one of which is appropriate compensation and a proper and harmonious physical work environment.
