Abstract

This study aims to obtain qualified seedlings, and speed up the rooting of some varieties ofchrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum morifolium R.) cuttings use synthetic and naturally plant growthregulator (auxin). Research results are expected to be an alternative method of application effectiveand environmentally friendly plant growth regulator. The research was conducted from March toApril 2013 at the Research Institute of Ornamental Plants (Balai Penelitian Tanaman Hias). Theexperimental design used is completely randomized design (CRD) factorial. The first factor is thetype of auxin which consists of four levels ie control, indole acetic acid (IAA), naphthalene aceticacid (NAA), pregnant cow urine, and not pregnant cow urine. The second factor is the type ofchrysanthemum varieties which consists of four levels ie spray type of Puspita Pelangi, spray typeof Puspita Nusantara, standard type of Sakuntala, and standard type of Pasopati. The resultsshowed that type of chrysanthemum cultivars and type of auxin not affected the percentage of livecuttings, percentage of rooted cuttings and percentage of sprouted cuttings. The cuttings root ofplant that given by pregnant cow urine is better than other treatments. Cuttings root length, andnumber of primary root of Pasopati is better than other cultivars. The interaction influence betweenthe type of auxin and chrysanthemum cultivars found only in the number of secondary roots,diameter of root and length of the shoot cuttings at 12 DAP.Keywords: Chrysanthemum morifolium R., cow urine, NAA, spray type

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of corporate social responsibility and earnings management on company value through company financial performance. This research uses a quantitative-causal type of research. In this study, researchers collected data through the Indonesian Stock Exchange website and the company's official website. This research uses Smart PLS3 to process data and the research was carried out in September – December 2024. The tests carried out in this research were financial analysis, multicollinearity test, R square test, F square test and path analysis hypothesis test. The results of this research show that corporate social responsibility, earnings management and financial performance have an influence on company value and corporate social responsibility has an influence on financial performance but earnings management has a negative effect on financial performance and financial performance is able to mediate between corporate social responsibility and company value but unable to mediate the effect of earnings management on firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the professional development of intern teachers through the Field Experience Practice Program (PPL) with a focus on STAIN Mandailing Natal (Madina) students at SMP Negeri 1 Panyabungan. Specifically, this study explores how practical field experience contributes to pedagogical and professional learner competencies. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through participatory observation of student teaching activities, in-depth interviews with supervising teachers and student interns, and documentation of PPL reports. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the PPL program plays a significant role in improving the professionalism of intern teachers, especially in terms of classroom management skills and learning tool development. The close relationship between intensive guidance from mentor teachers (methods) and adaptation to the school environment has proven to be key factors in transforming students' identities from practitioners to prospective professional teachers. However, challenges arise in synchronizing academic theory with classroom realities, necessitating enhanced clinical supervision throughout the program. This study provides a theoretical contribution to the collaborative clinical mentoring model between state religious universities and public schools in creating an adaptive learning ecosystem in the era of digital disruption

Abstract

Penyiraman tanaman yang tidak teratur menjadikan tanaman tidak terawat dengan baik karena waktu aktifitas yang padat, atau jenis tanaman yang dimiliki memiliki perhatian khusus baik secara tempat yang harus sejuk dan kebutuhan air yang harus tetap terpenuhi.Jika penyiraman tanaman ini bisa dilakukan secara otomatis oleh bantuan alat maka akan sangat bermanfaat dan lebih mempermudah dalam proses perawatan tanaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah alat penyiram tanaman otomatis dengan menggunakan propellerdan sensor moinsture sebagai alat untuk mendeteksi kadar kelembaban tanah. Data diperoleh melalui (1) Penelitian Lapangan (2) Penelitian Pustaka (3) Wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa prototype penyiram tanaman menggunakan propeller berbasis internet of things dapat mempermudah dan menghemat waktu.
