Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of behavior therapy counseling to overcome isolated behavior of junior high school students. In this study, researchers used qualitative research methods with a qualitative descriptive model. Subjects taken in this study amounted to 7 students who came from class VIII. Data collection methods in this study using observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data used was data triangulation technique, in research the data used was source triangulation. The data analysis that the researchers used was inductive analysis with steps consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and the last, in the form of drawing conclusions. The results showed that behavior therapy counseling to overcome students' isolated behavior can be applied in junior high schools. This is evidenced by the results of research which show the isolated behavior of students before being given behavior therapy counseling services is in the low category. Meanwhile, after being provided with behavior therapy counseling services, it shows that 5 people are in the high category and the other 2 people are in the category that is in several indicators

Abstract

Pandemi covid 19 yang menciptakan kebijakan baru dari pemerintah yang berupa pembelajaran dari rumah. Pendidik dan peserta didik sebagai sasaran dari kebijakan tersebut harus mampu beradaptasi sehingga proses belajar mengajar berjalan dengan lancar. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada peserta kegiatan yaitu guru-guru di SMK Negeri 1 Jejawi mengenai penerapan prinsip pendidikan dalam pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konseling di era kenormalan baru. Metode pelaksanaannya adalah ceramah atau seminar berupa sosialisasi, diskusi dan tanya jawab. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian didapatkan bahwa secara keseluruhan kegiatan yang telah dilaksana berjalan dengan lancar, dan kegiatan ini juga memberikan pemahaman kepada Guru-Guru mengenai pelaksanaan layanan BK yang dapat membantu peserta didik dan pendidik dalam proses belajar mengajar secara daring di era kenormalan baru.

Abstract

Tema Kegiatan PKM ini adalah sosialisasi kesehatan masyarakat dimasa pandemi covid-19 di Kecamatan Talang Ubi Kabupaten PALI. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Talang Ubi Kapupaten PALI. Waktu pelaksanaan dilaksanakan dari Bulan November s.d Desember 2020. pelaksana kegiatan yaitu Dosen bersama mahasiswa KKN universitas PGRI Palembang. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu melalui daring dan praktek langsung oleh mahasiswa. Hasil sosialisasi ini masyrakat mampu memahami pandemi covid-19 seperti pemakaian masker, tata cara mencuci tangan, penerapan social distancing. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan masyarakat di Kecamatan Talang Ubi Kabupaten PALI selalu menjaga protokol kesehatan, demi menghindari penularan covid-19.

Abstract

The research aims to create the greatest project based learning session in developing the student's creativity in designing the media information via social media. Research methods the research using the actions taken to the student practice field, creativity is reflected upon response followers social media designed by subject. Research conducted in seven cycle that includes a brainstroming, designing, executiing, and final reflection. The results showed 1) brainstroming is most important session in project based learning to develop creativity, 2) After the implementation of project based learning, students ' creativity in designing the media information by social media is on transformation level.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari penerapan teknik relaksasi  terhadap kepercayaan diri mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada mahsiswa PGSD semester 4 di Universitas PGRI Palembang tahun ajaran 2018/ 2019. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah pratest-postest kelompok tunggal (the one group pratest posttest). Subyek pada penelitian ini seluruh mahasiswa semster 4 Prodi PGSD berjumlah 35 mahasiswa. Teknik relaksasi adalah salah satu bentuk terapi berupa pemberian instruksi kepada seseorang untuk menutup mata dan berkonsentrasi pada pernafasan sehingga akan tercipta keadaan yang nyaman dan tenang, serta memberikan instruksi berupa gerakan-gerakan mulai dari kepala sampai kaki yang tersusun secara sistematis untuk melatih otot menjadi rileks. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan mahasiswa mengalami peningkatan dan mengasilkan kepercayaan diri tinggi. Hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan perubahan  tingkat kepercayaan diri mahasiswa dalam  pembelajaran matematika sebelum dan sesudah diberikan perlakuan dengan menggunakan teknik relaksasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan pada hasil pratest rerata sebesar 46,00 sedangkan hasil postest rerata sebesar 90,16. Sehingga dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulan bahwa adanya peningkatan kepercayaan diri mahasiswa setelah diberi perlakuan menggunakan teknik relaksasi.

Abstract

Self-concept is an individual's perception of the physical, social, and psychological mind. A positive self-concept will motivate individuals to always think positively and act positively. Interpersonal communication is determined by personal self-concept, because someone with a positive self-concept will be open and confident with the surrounding environment. Based on this description, the researcher wants to find out that (1) what is the description of self-concept in the eighthgrade students of SMP Seri Tanjung in the academic year 2020/2021? (2) what is the description of interpersonal communication in the eighth grade students of SMP Seri Tanjung in the academic year 2020/2021? and (3) what is the correlation between self-concept and interpersonal communication in the eighth grade students. The population of this study was all students of Eighth Gradeat SMP Seri Tanjung for the Academic Year 2020/2021 as many as 86 students divided into 3 classes. There are two variables, namely self-concept as the independent variable and students' interpersonal communication as the dependent variable. Data is taken with a psychological scale. The data obtained were analyzed using correlation analysis. The results of the percentage descriptive analysis showed that the self-concept the students of SMP Seri Tanjung was included in the medium criteria with a percentage of 70%, while students' interpersonal communication was also in the medium category with a percentage of 80%. The two variables have a positive correlation of 0.747 which explains that the relationship between self-concept and interpersonal communication has a positive value, which means there is a relationship between self-concept and interpersonal communication of eighth grade students at SMP Seri Tanjung.
