Abstract

Studi ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan peranan pendidikan jasmani dalam membentuk karakter peserta didik. Fungsi pendidikan berbasis karakter yang memadukan pengembangan karakter dengan pendidikan jasmani yang dapat memaksimalkan perkembangan seluruh aspek anak sangat dibutuhkan saat ini (kognitif, fisik, sosial-emosional, kreatif, dan spiritual). Paradigma pendidikan ini difokuskan untuk mengembangkan anak menjadi manusia seutuhnya melalui pendidikan jasmani. Kualitas siswa meningkat tidak hanya dari segi kognisi tetapi juga dari segi karakter. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif yang menghasilkan data deskriptif dengan studi literatur. Kesimpulan dari studi ini yaitu pendekatan-pendekatan dalam pendidikan jasmani dapat mendorong dalam pengembangan psikologis dan karakter peserta didik Kata kunci: Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, Karakter

Abstract

Makassar handball athletes who took part in the Porprov Exhibition Championship held in Makassar always had difficulty getting the ball into the opponent's goal. In this case, their shooting ability was still very weak, so the ball that was shot could be easily driven away or held by the opposing goalkeeper. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of push-up training on the shooting ability of the Makassar City athlete's handball branch. The population of this study used a total sampling technique with a total of 14 athletes. This type of research uses a one-group pretest-posttest design. at the beginning (pretest) and end (posttest) of the treatment. This type of research has applications. Based on inferential statistical analysis using the t-test and a t-count value of 17.793 > ttable 2.160 (sig. value 0.000  0.05), it means that there is a significant effect after being given push-up training. To prove the increase in shooting ability, an average value of 4.333 is evidenced, or, in other words, the results of the t test obtained show that the t-count is greater than the t-table at a significant level of  0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between push-up exercises (X) and the shooting ability (Y) of Makassar City handball athletes.

Abstract

Archery is a sport that requires special skills and high concentration to achieve target accuracy. The emphasis of this sport lies in the balance of the body which is also influenced by emotions. If we are in a depressed condition, we can guarantee that the oncoming arrow will not hit the target. Therefore, before releasing arrows, we should first regulate our emotions and calm down to reduce carelessness. For the material presented to students through outreach and Clinic Coaching by explaining the basic techniques in doing archery starting when standing with the body and hands, then how to hold the bow and arrow then explaining how to draw and aim at the target and release the arrow so that it fits with the targeted target. This Community Service Activity was created to carry out outreach and clinic coaching to students of SMPIT Al Fityan Gowa School. By providing a good basic archery technique starting in a standing position until releasing the arrow on the bow so that it hits the right target. But in archery what is needed is a very high concentration of course in balance with continuous and consistent practice.

Abstract

Makassar Raya High School is one of the private schools in the city of Makassar where when learning one of the basic techniques in playing futsal, namely the basic technique of sooting, the learning outcomes are still below average. So that at the time of shooting there were still those who did not meet the desired target so that student learning outcomes were unsatisfactory. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the TGT type of cooperative learning model on the shooting ability of SMA Makassar Raya Futsal sport. The population of this study used a total sampling technique with a total of 20 students. This type of research uses a One-group pretest-posttest design. At the beginning (pretest) and end (posttest) treatment. This type of research uses. Based on inferential statistical analysis using the t-test yielded or obtained with a t-count value of 20.453 > ttable 1.725 (sig. value 0.000 <α 0.05), it means that there is a significant effect after being given push-up training. To prove the increase in shooting ability is evidenced by an average value of 2.03 or in other words the results of the t test obtained t-count is greater than t-table at a significant level of α 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between the TGT(X) cooperative learning model on the shooting ability (Y) of Makassar Raya High School students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada Kontribusi kekuatan otot tungkai terhadap kemampuan bantingan pinggang mahasiswa STKIP YPUP Makassar, untuk mengetahui apakah ada kontribusi kelincahan terhadap kemampuan bantingan pinggang mahasiswa STKIP YPUP Makassar dan untuk mengetahui apakah ada kontribusi antara kekuatan otot tungkai dan kelincahan terhadap kemampuan bantingan pinggang mahasiswa STKIP YPUP Makassar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif secara random purposive dengan populasi semua mahasiswa STKIP YPUP yang telah memprogramkan mata kuliah gulat yang jumlahnya sebanyak 20 mahasiswa kemudian mengabil data dengan malakukan kekuatan otot tungkai, kelincahan dan kemampuan bantingan pinggang. Analisis data dengan menggunakan uji regresi dengan taraf signifikan 0.05. Hasil penelitian ini menujukkan bahwa ada kontribusi yang signifikan kekuatan otot tungaki dengan kemampuan bantingan pinggang dengan nilai r 0,688 pada taraf signifikan 0,05. Ada kontribusi yang signifikan kelincahan dengan kemampuan bantingan pinggang dengan nilai r 0,755 pada taraf signifikan 0,05. Ada kontribusi yang signifikan kekuatan otot tungaki dan kelincahan dengan kemampuan bantingan pinggang dengan nilai R 0,797 pada taraf signifikan 0,05.

Abstract

Abstrak. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada mahasiswa tentang pentingnya permainan tradisional sebagai media pembelajaran gerak dan mengenalkan pada mahasiswa pentingnya melestarikan permainan tradisional yang memiliki nilai budaya tinggi. Metode yang di gunakan praktik langsung yang berfokus pada unsur gerak.  Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman dan keterampilan praktik mahasiswa. Mahasiswa mampu mengidentifikasi dan merancang model pembelajaran yang secara efektif mengintegrasikan gerak dasar (lokomotor, non-lokomotor, dan manipulatif) dengan nilai-nilai budaya dan karakter (kerja sama, sportivitas). Pelatihan ini membekali mahasiswa dengan keterampilan modifikasi permainan yang adaptif, menjadikan mereka lebih percaya diri dalam menciptakan pembelajaran PJOK yang menyenangkan dan permainan tradisional merupakan media pembelajaran yang sangat efektif dan berperan aktif dalam melestarikan budaya bangsa.Kata kunci: Permainan tradisional, pembelajaran gerak.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 3 Makassar merupakan salah satu sekolah yang ada di kota makassar dimana pada saat belajar salahsatu teknik dasar dalam bermain futsal yaitu teknik dasar passing dengan hasil belajarnya masih tergolong dibawah rata-rata. Sehingga pada saat melakukan passing masih ada yang tidak menemui sasaran yang di inginkan sehingga hasil belajar siswa kurang memuaskan. tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe jigsaw terhadap kemampuan passing cabang olahraga Futsal SMK Negeri 3 Makassar. Populasi dari penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling yang berjumlah 25 orang Siswa. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan design One-group Pretest- posttest Design. Di Awal (pretest) dan akhir (posttest) perlakuan. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan. Berdasarkan analisis statistik inferensial dengan menggunakan uji-t menghasilkan atau diperoleh dengan nilai t-hitung 11,817 > ttabel 1,725 (nilai sig. 0,000 < ? 0,05), berarti ada pengaruh yang signifikan setelah di beri latihan push up. Untuk membuktikan peningkatan kemampuan shooting dibuktikan dengan nilai rata-rata 2,560 atau dengan kata lain hasil uji t diperoleh t-hitung lebih besar dari t-tabel pada taraf signifikan ? 0,05. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Jigsaw (X) terhadap Kemampuan Passing (Y) Siswa SMK Negeri 3 Makassar.

Abstract

Physical education plays a crucial role in shaping human beings holistically, yet in formal educational practice it is often narrowly understood as merely physical activity without the integration of Islamic values. This study aims to examine the concept of physical education from the perspective of the Qur'an, its relationship to physical health and the quality of worship, and its contribution to shaping healthy, strong, and noble individuals. This study uses a qualitative approach of the literature study type with the tafsir mawḍū‘ī method. Data were analyzed from Qur'anic verses, classical and contemporary tafsir literature, hadith, and the views of scholars. The research findings show that the Qur'an views the physical (jasad) and spiritual (rūḥ) dimensions as an inseparable whole. The term "quwwah" is redefined to encompass not only muscular strength but also the aspects of capability (qudrah), moral integrity (wara‘), consistency (wuṣūl), and submission (tawakkul). The Qur'anic narrative about the Prophet Moses (peace be upon him) and Thalut emphasizes that the ideal human quality is a combination of physical strength (al-qawiyy) and moral integrity (al-amīn). Quranic-based physical education plays a vital role in shaping individuals capable of optimally fulfilling the role of khalīfah through maintaining health in line with the principles of maqāṣid al-syarī‘ah, particularly hifẓ al-nafs (protecting the soul) for the perfection of worship. Thus, physical education is an integral component in realizing the ideals of insān kāmil.

Abstract

Physical education plays a strategic role in developing students holistically by integrating physical, mental, social, moral, and spiritual dimensions. However, in educational practice, physical education is often narrowly focused on physical activities and sport skills, with limited integration of religious and moral values. This study aims to analyze the physical education values contained in the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) and examine their relevance to modern physical education concepts. This research employed a qualitative approach using library research with a thematic Hadith analysis design. Data were collected from primary sources in the form of Hadiths and supported by secondary sources, including books and scientific journals related to physical education, health, and Islamic education. The findings indicate that the Hadith contains comprehensive physical education values, such as the importance of physical health and fitness, development of motor skills, discipline and consistency in physical activity, sportsmanship and moral character, and balance between physical and spiritual well-being. These values highlight that physical activity in Islam is not merely physical training but also a means of character formation and spiritual awareness. Furthermore, the study reveals a strong alignment between Hadith-based physical education values and modern physical education concepts that emphasize holistic development, health-oriented learning, character education, and lifelong active lifestyles. The study concludes that integrating Hadith-based values into physical education can strengthen its philosophical foundation and support the development of physically healthy, mentally resilient, and morally grounded individuals.
