Abstract

This research objective is to determine the relationship between interest in learning, emotional intelligence, and intellectual intelligence and the PJOK learning achievement of class IX students at Public Middle School 1 Keera. The sample consisted of 54 students selected through random sampling. The research's dependent variable is the PJOK learning achievement. The independent variables include interest in learning, emotional intelligence, and intellectual intelligence. The study employed a descriptive research method. We analyzed the research data using correlational techniques, maintaining a significance level of 95%. The results of the research show that: 1) There is a relationship between interest in learning and PJOK learning achievement with a correlation value (r) of 0.838, which is in the quite strong category with a contribution of 72.2%. 2) There is a relationship between emotional intelligence and PJOK learning achievement with a correlation value (r) of 0.788, which is in the quite strong category with a contribution of 62.1%. 3) For class IX students at Public Middle School 1 Keera, there is a correlation between intellectual intelligence and PJOK learning achievement. The correlation value (r) is 0.800, which is pretty strong and works out to 64.0%. 4) The PJOK learning achievement of class IX students at Public Middle School 1 Keera reveals a significant relationship between interest in learning, emotional intelligence, and intellectual intelligence, with a correlation value (r) of 0.893, indicating a strong contribution of 79.7%.

Abstract

Abstrak – Lempar lembing masuk ke dalam cabang olahraga atletik yang sudah lama resmi dipertandingkan dalam berbagai kejuaraan internasional. Cabang olahraga atletik ini sendiri merupakan olahraga yang terdiri atas awalan, kecepatan, dan sekumpulan tenaga saat melempar. Implementasi pembelajaran lempar lembing dengan metode campuran bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada peserta agar memahami tahapan-tahapan lempar lembing pembelajaran mixed atau campuran merupakan bentuk mengajar yang digabungan antara metode pembelajaran keseluruhan dan metode pembelajaran bagian. Populasi dan sampel pengabdian ini mahasiswa penjaskesrek STKIP YPUP Makassar. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan yaitu dengan metode ceramah memberikan penjelasan teori dan praktik lempar lembing, hasil yang dicapai memberikan pengetahuan dasar tentang olahraga lempar lembing, teknik-teknik lempar lembing, faktor kunci lempar lembing, pemahaman tentang keamanan dalam melakukan lempar lembing serta pemahaman tentang perlatan yang digunakan dalam lempar lembing.Kata kunci: Atletik, Lempar Lembing,

Abstract

This study is a Research and Development project using the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The sample consists of 20 ninth-grade students. Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The results indicate that the developed media is considered valid, with a validation score of 1 from material and media experts using the Gregory test (very high validity). It is also categorized as highly practical based on teacher and student responses, with a practicality score of 94 (very practical). The Moodle Edukati-based e-learning media proved effective in enhancing students' learning independence and digital literacy, as evidenced by an N-gain score of 0.8 for learning independence and 0.74 for digital literacy, both in the high category. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Moodle Edukati-based e-learning media is suitable for use as a source and medium for independent learning and for training students' digital literacy skills.

Abstract

Analisis Keterampilan Menembak Three Point siswa ekstrakulikuler SMA Negeri 18 Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengenalisis Keterampilan Menembak Three Point Pada siswa ekstrakulikuler SMA Negeri 18 Makassar . Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pemain basket SMA Negeri 18 Makasssar Yang berjumlah 15 Orang. Pengambilan data menggunakan tes keterampilan menembak three point. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dengan persentase. Hasil penelitian ini  hasil data dengan sampel sebanyak 15 siswa (100%), yang memiliki klasifikasi baik sekali 2  orang (13,3%), klasifikasi baik sebanyak 2 orang  (13,3%), klasifikasi sedang sebanyak 8 orang (53,3%), klasifikasi kurang sebanyak 3 orang (20%), klasifikasi kurang sekali sebanyak 0 orang  (0%). Kesimpulan Secara umum, mayoritas siswa cenderung memiliki keterampilan Three Point klasifikasi sedang sehingga dapat memberikan dasar untuk pengembangan strategi atau intervensi latihan  lebih lanjut dalam meningkatkan keterampilan Three Point siswa. Kata Kunci: keterampilan menembak, Three Point.

Abstract

This research is a descriptive study, which aims to determine jab and straight punch techniques in Sasana Lipang Bajeng boxing athletes. Data retrieval is the skill level of jab and straight punches. Populasi is a boxing athlete from Sasana Lipang Bajeng while the determination of samples using the total sampling method is the number of samples in the study equal to the existing population of 15 athletes. The results showed that the straight hitting technique of 15 athletes, was categorized as good as 1 athlete or (6.67%), the good category as many as 10 athletes or (66.67%), the medium category as many as 4 athletes or (26.67%), and for the less and less categories there was nothing. Thus, it can be concluded that the straight punch technique of Sasana Lipang Bajeng boxing athletes is in the Good category.

Abstract

This research is descriptive research with a correlational design. This study aims to find out: (1). Is there a contribution of leg explosive power to the ability to run 100 meters in students of SMP Negeri 24 Makassar, (2). Is there a contribution of foot reaction speed to 100-meter running ability, (3). Is there a contribution of leg explosive power and foot reaction speed to the ability to run 100 meters in students of SMP Negeri 24 Makassar? The population is students of SMP Negeri 24 Makassar, the number of samples is 30 people using random sampling techniques. The analysis technique used is regression and correlation analysis through the SPSS application program version 22.00 with a significant level of 0.05 α. The results showed that: (1) There was a significant contribution of leg explosive power to the ability to run 100 meters in students of SMP Negeri 24 Makassar, amounting to 55.7%. (2) There was a significant contribution of foot reaction speed to the ability to run 100 meters in students of SMP Negeri 24 Makassar, amounting to 51.7%. (3) There is a significant contribution of leg explosive power and foot reaction speed to the ability to run 100 meters in students of SMP Negeri 24 Makassar, amounting to 64.5%.

Abstract

Gross motor development is very important for children. The development of children's gross motor skills requires assistance from educators in educational institutions. The ability to carry out movements and physical actions for a child is related to self-confidence and forming a self-concept. One way to maintain body fitness is through rhythmic exercise. Rhythmic gymnastics are gymnastic movements or free movements accompanied by music that matches the rhythm that follows the movements. Rhythmic gymnastics aims to develop movement abilities, such as developing muscle endurance, strength, flexibility, agility and balance through physical activities, namely playing and exercising which are carried out systematically, directed and planned. Children who are directly involved in rhythmic gymnastics activities will develop flexibility and coordination. To improve a child's gross motor skills, training is needed that is appropriate to the child's characteristics. Gross motor development will be optimal if physical activities are carried out to stimulate it. First, perform coordinated body movements to train flexibility, balance and agility. Second, coordinate the movements of the legs, hands and head in imitating dance or gymnastics. Third, play a physical game with rules. Fourth, be skilled in using your right and left hands. Fifth, carry out personal hygiene activities.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain answers to problems regarding the 40-meter running ability level of students at SD Inpres Bontosunggu, Gowa Regency. The population of this research was students at SD Inpres Bontosunggu, Gowa Regency, using a sample of all members of the population of 40 male students (23 students in class V and 17 students in class VI). This type of research is quantitative descriptive research using a survey method by carrying out tests and measurements directly on a predetermined sample. They standardized a 40-meter running ability test instrument from the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI, 2010). Data analysis uses descriptive percentage analysis techniques. From statistical calculations it is known that there are 5 students (12.5%) in the "Very High" category, there are 6 students (15.0%) in the "High" category, there are 12 students (30.0%) in the "Medium" category, There are 14 (35.0%) in the "Low" category and there are 3 students (7.5.0%) in the "Very poor" category. Overall, the research results show that most of the 40-meter running abilities of the students at SD Inpres Bontosunggu, Gowa Regency show abilities in the "Low" category.

Abstract

Increasing jumping ability is one of the key factors in achieving achievements in volleyball. Plyometric training, known to be effective in improving jumping ability and muscle strength, has been the focus of this study to evaluate its effects on volleyball athletes. Through comprehensive literature analysis, this research aims to collect and synthesize data from various existing studies regarding the application of plyometric training in volleyball training, to understand the concrete benefits of this training method on improving athletes' jumping abilities. A literature search was carried out on various databases and scientific journals that publish research related to sport, fitness and exercise physiology, with certain inclusion criteria to ensure the relevance and quality of the data. The results of the analysis show that plyometric training significantly contributes to improving the jumping performance of volleyball athletes. This is reflected in increased vertical jump performance, reaction time, and muscle contraction speed which are vital in volleyball games. The implementation of plyometric training that is structured and adaptive to the needs of individual athletes shows more optimal results, indicating that personalization of training plays an important role. Additionally, the integration of plyometric exercises with the overall training program, including aspects of strength, speed, and endurance, was identified as an effective strategy for achieving maximum results. Based on these findings, it is concluded that plyometric training is an important component in volleyball training to improve athletes' jumping ability. This research recommends the use of plyometric training as part of a volleyball athlete's preparation, while paying attention to individual needs and preventing the risk of injury to maximize the benefits of training.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan: 1) Hubungan koordinasi mata tangan terhadap kemampuan passing bawah bola voli, 2) Hubungan kekuatan otot lengan terhadap kemampuan passing bawah bola voli, 3) Hubungan keseimbangan terhadap kemampuan passing bawah bola voli 4) Hubungan koordinasi mata tangan, kekuatan otot lengan dan keseimbangan terhadap kemampuan passing bawah bola voli. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dan jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasional dengan melibatkan 3 variabel bebas yaitu koordinasi mata tangan, kekuatan otot lengan dan keseimbangan, sedangkan variabel terikat yaitu kemampuan passing bawah bola voli. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMPN 24 Makassar, dengan sampel 30 orang yang diambil secara simple random sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah koefisien korelasi. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukan bahwa: 1) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan koordinasi mata tangan terhadap kemampuan passing bawah bola voli dengan nilai r = 0,778 (p<ɑ0,05). 2) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan kekuatan otot lengan terhadap kemampuan passing bawah bola voli dengan nilai r = 0,709 (p<ɑ0,05). 3) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan keseimbangan terhadap kemampuan passing bawah bola voli dengan nilai r = 0,694 (p<ɑ0,05). 4) Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan koordinasi mata tangan, kekuatan otot lengan dan keseimbangan secara bersama-sama terhadap kemampuan passing bawah bola voli sebesar 84,40 dengan nilai R = 0,844 (p<ɑ0,05).
