Abstract

Membrane reactor is an alternative technology is used to produce of biodiesel, one of the advantages of the reaction and separation process takes place in a single stage simultaneous. This research aims to study the effect of the variation of the catalyst and mole ratio feed catfish oil - methanol in biodiesel production, transesterification process in a membrane reactor with a variation of the mole ratio of catfish oil - methanol 1:10, 1:14, and 1:18, the concentration of the base catalyst 0,5% -wt, 1% -wt and 1,5% -wt, pressure transmembrane 1 and 2 bar and a temperature of 60 oC process. The results showed biodiesel production using membrane reactor reached 93,89 % yield on the condition of the mole ratio of 1:14 with a concentration of 1,5 %-wt, characteristics of biodiesel produced meets the quality standards of biodiesel in Indonesia including biodiesel, density 857,3 kg/m3, kinematic viscosity of biodiesel is 5.6 mm2/s, Flash Point 145 °C, Acid Number 0.549 mg-KOH/g, Cetane Number 53,72.Keywords : biodiesel, catfish oil, transesterification

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on work discipline in FKIP Riau University employees. The population used in this study were all employees of FKIP University of Riau, amounting to 49 employees. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. The population used in this study were all employees of FKIP University of Riau. Includes academic, general and equipment sub-sections, personnel and finance, and student affairs sub-section totaling 49 employees. The sample of this study was taken by total sampling, namely all employees of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Riau. The data collected was then tabulated and analyzed using a simple linear regression analysis method. The results of this study indicate that the condition of work motivation of employees of FKIP Riau University Pekanbaru is good based on the results of the categorization of work motivation variables in the high category, namely 51% and the condition of work discipline of employees of FKIP Riau University Pekanbaru is quite good based on the results of the categorization of work discipline variables in the medium is 75.5%. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the work discipline of FKIP employees, Riau University, Pekanbaru. t count for work motivation variable is 4.859 and t table is 2,013, thus t count > t table. That is, work motivation has a significant effect on work discipline. The regression coefficient value is 0.649. The regression coefficient value is positive (+), so it can be said that work motivation (X) has a positive effect on work discipline (Y).Key Words: Work Motivation, Work Discipline

Abstract

Pelatihan pengenalan Artificial Intelligence (AI) bagi guru di SMA Negeri 11 Banda Aceh dilatarbelakangi oleh masih terbatasnya pemanfaatan teknologi cerdas dalam pengembangan media pembelajaran interaktif di sekolah. Sebagian besar guru telah menggunakan teknologi digital, namun belum optimal dalam memanfaatkan AI sebagai alat bantu kreatif, adaptif, dan efisien dalam proses pembelajaran. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman guru mengenai konsep dasar AI serta keterampilan dalam mengaplikasikan berbagai tools berbasis AI untuk merancang media pembelajaran yang lebih menarik, interaktif, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pemaparan materi, demonstrasi penggunaan platform AI, praktik langsung, serta pendampingan dalam pembuatan produk media pembelajaran. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa guru mengalami peningkatan pemahaman terhadap konsep AI dan mampu menghasilkan contoh media pembelajaran interaktif seperti kuis digital, bahan ajar visual, dan konten presentasi berbasis AI. Selain itu, pelatihan ini juga meningkatkan kreativitas dan kepercayaan diri guru dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi AI ke dalam pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, pelatihan ini berkontribusi dalam mendukung transformasi pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif, efektif, dan relevan dengan perkembangan teknologi di era digital.
