Abstract

Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah terjadinya peningkatan pendapatan petani melalui penerapan TTG Sistem Legowo dan paket pemupukan pada jagung dan produksi benih jagung sintetik Unhas (Sinhas 1), yang telah dilepas Kementan RI Tahun 2019, serta peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan petani dalam memproduksi biokompos, biopestisida, pupuk cair dan cara aplikasinya. Produk yang dihasilkan akan digunakan sebagai usaha agribisnis melalui bekerjasama dengan lembaga Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Desa Tarowang. Metode dan tahapan pelaksanaan adalah melalui sosialisasi program yang dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan tatap muka tentang teknologi yang akan diterapkan. Hasil dari pelaksanaan pengabdian pada masyarakat adalah terjadinya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan petani dalam pembuatan pupuk organik cair dan kompos dengan memanfaatkan limbah pertanian yang ada di sekitar desa. Selain itu, demplot yang telah dibuat untuk mempraktekkan produksi benih Jagung Sintetik Unhas (Sinhas 1) oleh petani juga mendapat respon yang cukup besar. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari minat dan pertanyaan yang diajukan petani saat penyuluhan dan pelatihan berlangsung. Dengan adanya kegiatan pegabdian ini, maka petani bertambah wawasannya terkait pentingnya pemupukan pada tanaman Jagung untuk mencapai produksi yang maksimal. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa POC dan Kompos selain untuk kebutuhan sendiri, maka dapat dijadikan produk BUMDes Desa Tarowang. Kata kunci: Benih, jagung Sinhas 1, pupuk, agribisnis.   ABSTRACT The purpose of this community service activity is to increase farmers' income through the application of the Legowo System and fertilizer packages on corn and corn seed production from Unhas Synthetic Corn (Sinhas-1), which was released by the Indonesian Ministry of Agriculture in 2019, as well as to increase farmers' knowledge and skills in producing biocompost, biopesticide, liquid fertilizer and how to apply it. The resulting product will be used as an agribusiness business in collaboration with the Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) of Tarowang Village. The method and stages of implementation were through program of socialization followed by face-to-face training on the technology to be applied. The result of the implementation of community service is an increase in the understanding and skills of farmers in making liquid organic fertilizer and compost by utilizing agricultural waste around the village. In addition, the demonstration plots that have been made to practice the production of Synthetic Corn seeds of Unhas (Sinhas 1) by farmers have also received a fairly large response. This is shown by the interest and questions asked by farmers during the extension and training. With this community service activity, farmers gain insight regarding the importance of fertilization on corn plants to achieve maximum production. The products produced in the form of Liquid Organic Fertilizers and Compost other than for their own needs, can be used as BUMDes products in Tarowang Village. Abstract

Teknologi budidaya tanaman pada era 4.0 membutuhkan konsep pertanian cerdas untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas budidaya tanaman. Salah satu teknologi pertanian cerdas dalam bidang pertanian adalah penggunaan pesawat tanpa awak atau drone. Teknologi ini dapat menjawab permasalahan terkait evaluasi budidaya pertanaman, sehingga pengabdian teknologi ini kepada petani menjadi terobosan baru dalam memajukan kesejahtera petani. Metode penelitian ini memggunakan  demonstrasi langsung dilapangan, tepatnya pada kelompok Tani Pattarowangta, Galesong Selatan, Kabupaten Takalar. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Penggunaan teknologi untuk bidang pertanian seperti UAV diyakini bisa memberi banyak keuntungan kepada pelaku industri pertanian, terkhusus kepada petani. Proses pemantauan dan deteksi dini serangan hama, penyakit, kekurangan nutrisi, hingga prediksi waktu dan hasil panen menggunakan pesawat tanpa awak atau drone telah menjadi terobosan baru dibidang pertanian. Oleh sebab itu teknolohgi ini direkomendasikan dalam menentukan keputusan atau kebijakan yang tepat dalam mengelola suatu sumbedaya lahan. ABSTRACT Plant cultivation technology in the 4.0 era requires smart farming concepts to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of plant cultivation. One of the smart farming technologies in agriculture is the use of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV). This technology can answer problems related to the evaluation of crop cultivation so that the service of this technology to farmers is a breakthrough in advancing the welfare of farmers. This research method uses direct demonstration in the field, precisely in the Pattarowangta farmer group, South Galesong, Takalar Regency. The results of this study indicate that the use of technology for agriculture such as UAV is believed to be able to provide many benefits to agricultural industry players, especially to farmers. The process of monitoring and early detection of pests, diseases, nutritional deficiencies, to predict harvest time and yields using unmanned aerial vehicles has become a breakthrough in agriculture. Therefore, this technology is recommended in determining the right decisions or policies in managing a land resource. Keywords: Unmanned aerial vehicles, smart agriculture, monitoring, Zea mays.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Village S. Mallori, Sub District Dua Pitue, Sidrap Regencywhich lasted from May to August 2015. This study aims to determine the growth and production ofrice varieties Mekongga, Inpari 14 and Inpari 30 on some legowo planting system. This researchwas conducted based on Split Plot Design. As the main plot is legowo consisting of four croppingsystems, namely tiles (30 cm x 30 cm), legowo 2: 1 (40 cm x 15 cm x 15 cm), Legowo 3: 1 (40 cmx 15 cm x 15 cm), and Legowo 4: 1 (40 cm x 15 cm x 15 cm) while the subplot is a variety consistingof three varieties namely Mekongga, Inpari 14 and Impari 30. There are 12 treatment combinationswhich are replicated 3 (three) times so that overall there are a total of 36 plot total experiments.The results showed that the use of different planting systems significantly significantly affected thegrowth and production of rice crops with the best results shown by tile planting system (30 cm x30 cm) on the parameters of the number of productive tillers of 16.41 stems, the number of grains46per panicle 178.31 grains, and panicle density of 7.02 grains.cm-1. However, the highest yield ofgrain per hectare was shown by the planting of legowo 2: 1 and legowo 3: 1 systems, ie 6.38 and6.33 tons GKP.ha-1, respectively. Inpari 14 varieties gave the best results on the parameters ofnumber of productive tillers (11.22 stems), panicle length (25.99 cm) and percentage of unhulledgrain (85.65%), and empty grain (14.34%). There is no interaction between the treatment ofplanting systems with varieties on the growth and production of good rice crops
