Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of return, risk and stock prices on the investment interests of members of the UIN Mataram Islamic Investment Gallery (GIS). Population GIS UIN Mataram members as many as 44 members, while the samples taken were as many as 24 GIS members. Data collection techniques using a closed questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer hypotheses is multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the return variable significantly influences the investment interest of GIS UIN Mataram members with a tcount greater than the ttable (tcount> ttable) of 2,459> 2,086 with a significance value of 0.023 which is below 0.05, with the regression coefficient having a value of positive of 0.282. The risk variable has no influence on the investment interest of GIS UIN Mataram members with a tcount smaller than the ttable value (tcount <ttable) which is 1,510 <2,086 with a significance value of 0.147 which is above 0.05. The stock price variable significantly influences the value of tcount greater than the value of ttable (tcount> ttable) which is 4,625> 2,086 with a significance value of 0,000 which is below 0.05, with the regression coefficient having a positive value of 0.902. jointly the return, risk and stock price variables significantly influence the investment interests of GIS UIN Mataram members with R2 (Determination) of 83.3%, the remaining 16.7% is influenced by other factors. Keywords: Return, Risk, Share Price, Interest in Investing, Investment Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh return, risiko dan harga saham terhadap minat berinvestasi anggota Galeri Investasi Syariah (GIS) UIN Mataram. Populasi Anggota GIS UIN Mataram sebanyak 44 Anggota, adapun sampel yang diambil adalah sebanyak 24 orang anggota GIS. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner tertuttup yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel return berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat berinvestasi anggota GIS UIN Mataram dengan nilai thitung lebih besar dibandingkan dengan nilai ttable (thitung > ttable) yaitu 2.459 > 2.086 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.023 yang berada di bawah 0.05, dengan koefisien regresi mempunya nilai positif sebesar 0.282. Variabel risiko tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap minat berinvestasi anggota GIS UIN Mataram dengan nilai thitung lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan nilai ttable (thitung < ttable) yaitu 1.510 < 2.086 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.147 yang berada diatas 0.05. Variabel harga saham berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan nilai thitung lebih besar dibandingkan dengan nilai ttable (thitung > ttable) yaitu 4.625 > 2.086 dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 yang berada di bawah 0.05, dengan koefisoen regresi memiliki nilai positif 0.902. secara bersama-sama variabel return, risiko dan harga saham berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap minat berinvestasi anggota GIS UIN Mataram dengan R2 (Determinasi) sebesar 83,3%, sisanya sebanyak 16,7% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain. Abstract

Banks and non-bank financial institutions must adapt to the rapid advancement of technology. This is owing to shifts in people's consumption behaviors around the world, who formerly used traditional methods and are now transitioning to digital ones. The development of numerous forms of financial services that make it easier for customers to transact is aided by technological sophistication. Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) is a non-bank financial institution that serves the lower middle class with financial services. As a result, it is critical to take several strategic initiatives to expand the organization's position in community assistance. This research intends to propose an alternate strategy for BMTs in expanding their institutions in the contemporary digital era, particularly in West Nusa Tenggara. The authors used a snowball sampling methodology to collect data using a descriptive qualitative method and a literature review. BMT must take various steps, according to this study, including website marketing, search engine marketing, social media marketing, online advertising, email marketing, and video marketing. However, in West Nusa Tenggara, BMT has not taken a step forward in digital marketing. Only a few organizations have begun to see the value of digital marketing.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effects of customer relationship marketing, service quality, and product excellence on customer value, and its effects on the satisfaction and loyalty of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri customers in West Nusa Tenggara (NTB). The research method used survey method involving 250 people as the samples taken in sensus manner. The data collection used questionnaire and the data analysis used Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). Results of the research indicate that each factor and construct affect recursively, namely customer relationship marketing, service quality, and product excellence affecting on the customer value; the customer value affects on the customer satisfaction, and the customer satisfaction affects on the customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial technology and digital service quality at BankSyariah Indonesia KCP Masbagik on customer satisfaction either partially or simultaneously. Andwhat is used in this study is primary data obtained directly from the answers of 100 respondentswho are customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Masbagik who use digital service facilitiessuch as BSI Mobile, BSI Internet Banking, BSI SMS Banking, and ATM. The analytical methodused is multiple linear regression analysis method. The results show that (1) the significance levelof the financial technology variable (X1) is 0.097, which is smaller than = 0.1. So it can beconcluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the financial technologyvariable (X1) has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. (2) the level of significance of thedigital service quality variable (X2) is 0.006 which is smaller than = 0.1. So it can be concludedthat Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the digital service quality variable (X2)has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. (3) the acquisition of the Fcount value of 8.789with a Sig value of 0.000. Which hereby indicates that the value of Fcount is greater than thevalue of Ftable and the value of Sig is less than 0.1. It can be concluded that Ho is rejected andHa is accepted. This shows that financial technology and digital service quality together have asignificant influence on customer satisfaction. (4) the value of R2 (R Square) is 0.625 or 62.5%.These results show that the influence of financial technology and digital service quality oncustomer satisfaction is 62.5%. So it can be concluded that the independent variable used in thismodel is able to explain the dependent variable of 62.5%. While the remaining 37.5% isinfluenced by other variables that are not included in this research model

Abstract

The purpose of this aims to examine whether those four types of financing respectively impact ROA, revenue, and ROA through revenue at Islamic Commercial Banks in 2017-2020. This quantitative associative study analyzes data using the SPSS version 25 program. Also, SOBEL, a macro developed by Andrew F. Hayes which is integrated with SPSS, is used for testing the mediation effect. The population includes all Islamic Commercial Banks with samples of Islamic banks performing the transaction of the four financings are Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Mandiri Syariah, BNI Syariah, BRI Syariah, Bank Jabar Banten Syariah, BCA Syariah, and Bukopin Syariah. The study shows that those financings simultaneously have a positive effect on ROA and revenue. In addition, revenue is able to mediate the influence of murabahah, mudharabah, and ijarah financing on ROA, but it fails to mediate musyarakah. This study concludes that the four financings are the factors that can affect the rise and fall of the ROA value and revenue of Islamic banks from the distribution of financing. Keywords: murabahah; mudharabah; musyarakah; ijarah; roa; revenue ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji apakah keempat jenis pembiayaan tersebut masing-masing mempengaruhi ROA, pendapatan, dan ROA melalui pendapatan pada Bank Umum Syariah tahun 2017-2020. Studi kuantitatif asosiatif ini menganalisis data dengan menggunakan program SPSS versi 25. Juga, SOBEL, makro yang dikembangkan oleh Andrew F. Hayes yang terintegrasi dengan SPSS, digunakan untuk menguji efek mediasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh Bank Umum Syariah dengan sampel Bank Syariah yang melakukan transaksi keempat pembiayaan tersebut adalah Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Bank Mandiri Syariah, BNI Syariah, BRI Syariah, Bank Jabar Banten Syariah, BCA Syariah, dan Bukopin Syariah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembiayaan tersebut secara simultan berpengaruh positif terhadap ROA dan pendapatan. Selain itu, pendapatan mampu memediasi pengaruh pembiayaan murabahah, mudharabah, dan ijarah terhadap ROA, namun gagal memediasi musyarakah. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keempat pembiayaan tersebut merupakan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi naik turunnya nilai ROA dan pendapatan bank syariah dari penyaluran pembiayaan.

Abstract

Climate is one of several elements that can impact tourist decisions when deciding where to go on vacation. The climate of a country can influences the desirability of a trip in either a favorable or bad way. However, few studies look at the impact of temperature on tourist decisions, particularly in Indonesia. The purpose of this research is to demonstrate the impact of temperature on the arrival of foreign tourists in Indonesia. In the period 2017-2019, the authors used panel data from 168 countries of origin of tourists. To ensure that the research findings were consistent, all models were used, including the Ordinary Least Square, Fixed Effect Model, and Random Effect Model. The findings reveal that the temperature of a tourist's home country has a detrimental impact on their arrival in Indonesia. GDP per capita and the population of the nation of origin have a beneficial effect on foreign tourist arrivals as control factors. Distance, on the other hand, has a detrimental impact.

Abstract

Abstract: Countries must be able to compete due to the high global intensity of trade and agreements. As a first step in dealing with this, many countries employ economic concepts that are tailored to their specific circumstances. The goal of this research is to look at the role of Islamic economics in dealing with the onslaught of economic globalization, such as China's Belt Road Initiative (BRI), and multi-sectoral institutions like the IMF and the World Bank. The literature research approach used in this paper is qualitative using literature review method. The results of this study found that the Indonesian government was in the midst of a powerful wave that required strong captains and ships. In other words, the existence of BRI, IMF and World Bank will be a threat if they are not controlled properly. As a result, the government has to divert this funding to productive areas such as agriculture. Furthermore, given China's concentration on Islamic banking, Indonesia may be able to persuade China to involve the Indonesian people in developing its products. Furthermore, the Indonesian government must be able to read every step taken by BRI, IMF, and World Bank so as not to be trapped in debt investment. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari strategi alternatif dalam mengatasi permasalahan dalam pembiayaan musyarakah di Bank NTB Syariah, khususnya pada era gempa Nusa Tenggara Barat dan pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa penyebab terjadinya masalah pembiayaan Musyarakah adalah lemahnya pengawasan terhadap nasabah yang mendapatkan dana. Dari sudut pandang eksternal, nasabah yang tidak amanah, nasabah terjerat hukum, penurunan pendapatan usaha, pensiunan dini, nasabah meninggal dunia, serta bencana alam dan non alam dalam hal ini gempa bumi 2018 dan Covid 2019. Upaya atau strategi untuk mengendalikan risiko kerugian yang terjadi dari nasabah pembiayaan musyarakah bermasalah Bank NTB Syariah adalah dengan restrukturisasi pembiayaan untuk berbagai jenis nasabah dan kondisi.

Abstract

Tourism travel now has been a lifestyle of most community. Recently, halal tourism has received a lot of attention from various parties. The Indonesian government has determined several provinces as Halal tourism destination areas (Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB), Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD), Sumatera Barat, DKI Jakarta, and Jawa Barat). This study attempts to examine the factors that influence the intention to visit that city. Data was collected using a questionnaire distributed using google form. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. A total of 396 data are eligible for further analysis using SEM-AMOS. The results of the study found that the variables that influence attitudes and intentions to visit halal tourism vary between halal tourism areas. Variables that have a consistent effect are found in subjective norms where the results are positive and significant on attitudes and intentions. On the other hand, none of the halal tourism areas found a significant effect of PBC on intentions.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate and make decisions in determining features, innovation values and business strategies in the renewable energy industry from Sanspower (PT. Java Surya Teknik) which is focused on PV Water Pump products in order to create competitive products for the Indonesian market. Determining the right renewable energy technologies (RET's), as well as a strategy to accelerate commercialization that has different values from competitors, and avoids the red ocean market. This study uses a qualitative methodology using the Blue Ocean Strategy (BOS), testing the data using the triangulation method. This research was started from September 2021 to February 2022 to produce products in the renewable energy industry that are right for the developing country.
