Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study aims to analyze the development strategy of micro, small, medium enterprises Sedap Bakat. The subject of this study is Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises Sedap Bakat in Pekanbaru. The instruments of data collection were an open quetionnare and interviews. Data ware analyzed by using SWOT matrix. The result showed that the alternative strategies that can be applied by the company such as increasing the quality of products and services, expanding the market, rinning professional management system, increasing production capacity and increasing manpower by utilizing aid or loans to financial institutions, increasing promotion with social media, efficiency of production costs according to taste and needs of consumers, and open an outlet at public area. The result analysis shows that company has the strength that can be utilized in reaching the existing opportunity, with the main of strategies such as improve the quality of products and services, expanding the market.Keywords: Strategi of development, micro, small, medium enterprises

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the level of knowledge and perception of the taxpayer about the Regulation of Government Number. 46 year 2013, which is related to tariff and tax base and simplification in collecting tax. The population in this study is taxpayer with a turnover under Rp 4.8 billion which have been registered in the KPP Pratama Tampan Pekanbaru. The research data is obtained from questionnaires distributed to taxpayers of UMKM the informants in this study. The data is analyzed by using descriptive data analysis. Base on the results of study, it concluded that: perception of the taxpayer about Regulation of Government Number. 46 year 2013 is generally good enough category. From the four principles of in taxation, the respondents have a good perception in efficiency principle. While in the principle of Equality, Certainty, and Convenience, they have a good enough perception so that it clarified that the respondents consider this regulation does not really deal with the principles. The suggestion is socialization should be given thoroughly until the districts level and KPP should make a best partnership with the third party related to UMKM to provide a knowledge and understanding to the taxpayer.Keywords: Perception, UMKM, Regulation of Government Number. 46 year 2013

Abstract

Abstract : Today’s economic growth is experiencing a very rapid development. This is accompanied by increasing levels of consumption among the community. Consumption seems to lose its function, consumption is no longer to meet the needs, but to fulfill the desire. Attitudes are caused by income and lifestyle factors. Any income earned is no longer used as per its function. The main need as a student is forgotten, the income earned never feels enough and in the end they will do all kinds of ways to fulfill that desire. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of income and lifestyle on consumtive behavior of Social Science Education 2015 Departement Students of Teacher’s Training and Education Faculty of University of Riau. The type of this research is quantitative descrriptive research. The population consists of 220 respondents. By using random sampling technique, a sample of 126 respondents was taken.The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis R2 analysis hypothesis testing is done by pastial significant test and simultaneous significant test. The result of the research shows that the coefficient of determination (R2) is 54,2% which means 54,2% of consumptive behavior influenced by income and lifestyle while 45,8% is influenced by other independent variable not included in this research. Therefore, for further research in order to add other variables besides the two independent variables in this study. Next, be a wise consumer who is able to distinguish between wants and needs.Keywords: Income, Lifestyle, Consumptive

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to determine whether entrepreneurial personality, creative product competencies and entrepreneurship influence the interest in entrepreneurship in class XII business and marketing expertise programs at SMKN 1 Pekanbaru in 2020. This type of research is quantitative research. The population of this research is 61st grade students of business and marketing expertise program at SMKN 1 Pekanbaru, amounting to 61 students. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires/ questionnaires and documentation and data analysis method using descriptive statistical analysis and path analysis. The results of this study are entrepreneurial personality, creative product competence and entrepreneurship have a significant effect simultaneously. Entrepreneurial nature partially influences significantly and the ability of creative and entrepreneurial products partly has a significant effect. The conclusion of this study is the entrepreneurial personality, creative product competencies and entrepreneurship have a significant impact both simultaneously and partially. This research suggests is that the inculcation of entrepreneurial personality values can be improved and the teacher can improve the quality of entrepreneurship education received by students in providing entrepreneurial knowledge and skillsKey Words: Entrepreneurial Personality, Creative Product and Entrepreneurial Competency, and Entrepreneurship Interest

Abstract

Abstract: The study aims to compare the quality of Indomaret, Alfamart and Self-service services to customer satisfaction in the Sub-distric Tampan Pekanbaru. This research was conducted on Indomaret, Alfamart and Self-service on the road Suka Karya Sub-distric Tampan with 90 research samples obtained using accidental sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data with methods of collecting data using questionnaires and observations. The technical analysis of the data used is the analysis of the validity test, reliability test, normality test and partial difference test (independent sample t test). The results of this study indicate that from the results of different tests for level of Indomaret, Alfamart and Self-service in the Sub-distric Tampan Pekanbaru there are significant differences in the quality of service to Indomaret, Alfamart and Self-Sevice in Sub-distric Tampan Pekanbaru. From the results of the study it was found that Indomaret had better service than Alfamart and Self-service in Sub-distric Tampan Pekanbaru.Key Words : Service Quality (tangible, reliability, responsivenes, assurance, empathy),Customer Satisfactio
