Abstract

Absract : This study aims to analyze the influence of the role of parents on students' learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic on ips subjects in MTs Darul Falah Tangga Batu Rokan Hilir Regency. The population in this study was all students of MTs Darul Falah Tangga Batu. Data collection techniques are conducted using questionnaires to obtain data on the role of parents and students' learning motivations. The sample was taken by 94 students from 146 students, using stratified random sampling proportionate technique to determine the number of samples taken. The collected data is then tabulated and analyzed using simple linear regression. The results showed the value of Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) on the parent role variable was 0.486 and the learning motivation was 0.115. It shows that if the sig value > 0.05, then it can be concluded that there is an influence on the role of parents on students' learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic in ips subjects in MTs Darul Falah Tangga Batu Rokan Hilir regency and distribution normally. Based on this description, parents are encouraged to show more role in paying attention and encouraging their children to have optimal motivation in following the learning process in school, especially in Covid-19 conditions.Key words : Parent Role, Learning Motivation

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study aims to analyze the development strategy of micro, small, medium enterprises Sedap Bakat. The subject of this study is Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises Sedap Bakat in Pekanbaru. The instruments of data collection were an open quetionnare and interviews. Data ware analyzed by using SWOT matrix. The result showed that the alternative strategies that can be applied by the company such as increasing the quality of products and services, expanding the market, rinning professional management system, increasing production capacity and increasing manpower by utilizing aid or loans to financial institutions, increasing promotion with social media, efficiency of production costs according to taste and needs of consumers, and open an outlet at public area. The result analysis shows that company has the strength that can be utilized in reaching the existing opportunity, with the main of strategies such as improve the quality of products and services, expanding the market.Keywords: Strategi of development, micro, small, medium enterprises

Abstract

Abstract: This reaearch aims to know the factors that influence students' interest in continuing their education to Higher Education at SMK Nurul Falah Pekanbaru. The population in this study was 103 students. The sample in this study was taken based on Slovin formula as many as 51 students, and using proportional random sampling technique. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data collection techniques use data and documentation. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. Factors that influence interest consist of learning motivation factors, learning achievement, parents' socio-economic, peer environment. The results showed that both partially and simultaneously these factors had a significant effect on the interest in continuing education to Higher Education, meaning that the higher the student's learning motivation, the better the parents 'socio-economic, peer environment and student achievement, the higher the students' interest to continue education to Higher Education with a contribution of 92.9% and the remainder influenced by other factors not examined in this study including parenting, self potential, and information on Higher EducationKey Words: Learning Motivation, Learning Achievement, Parent Socio-Economic, Peer FriendEnvironment, Interest.

Abstract

Abstrak: This research is motivated by the dominant low education of farmers. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of plantation development on the welfare of the community in Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency. The population in this study were farmers in Rambah Hilir District, Rokan Hulu Regency, consisting of 150 farmers who chose samples using the Slovin formula to produce 60 samples. In collecting data, namely by interviewing and distributing questionnaires with research instruments. Furthermore, to analyze the data using the chi-square test. When viewed from the results of statistical analysis with the chi-square test, it can be seen that Asymp. Sig. (2 sides) 0.000. This value is less than 0.05. So it can be concluded that there is an effect of plantation development on the welfare of the community in Rambah Hlir District, Rokan Hulu Regency.Key Words: Education, Price, Farmers' Income, Chi-Square Test

Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to determine the correlation between the teaching style of accounting teachers and the learning outcomes of accounting students at SMK Nurul Falah Pekanbaru. The number of samples used in this study were 50 students. Types of data used in this study are primary data in the form of teacher teaching styles and secondary data from the value of student learning outcomes. The method of collecting data using a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this research is descriptive and correlation test. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the teaching style of accounting teachers and the learning outcomes of accounting students at SMK Nurul Falah Pekanbaru.Key Words: Teaching Style and Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of salary and incentives on employee performance at the Port of Wira Indah Pekanbaru Riau. The population in this study were all employees in Wira Indah Port, amounting to 52 people. Samples were obtained using 37 random sampling methods. The analysis data method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study it is known that employee performance is not good. Bad works is also affected by low salary. Giving salary to employees is categorized as not good, and employee incentives given are considered good. Furthermore, from the results of data analysis, it was found that salary contributions and incentives for employees and workers were 19,3%. This means that to improve the performance of the employees of the company must increase the provision of salaries and incentives that are good or conducive. The higher the salary and incentives, the better the performance. the contrary if the salary and incentives are low then the performance will also be low.Keywords: Salary, Incentives and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to describe the effect of Introduction to Schooling Environment (PLP) and student perceptions of the teaching profession on their interest in becoming a teacher at the. The population are all students of the 2016 Economic Education Study Program FKIP University of Riau, totaling 63 students. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique. The data collection method is to use a questionnaire. This questionnaire was used to obtain research data on the Introduction to Schooling Environment (PLP), student perceptions of the teaching profession, and interest in becoming a teacher. The questionnaire was distributed using media google form and the data collected were tabulated and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS version 22. The results showed that the Introduction to Schooling Environment (PLP) and student perceptions of the teaching profession simultaneously had a significant effect on the interest in becoming a teacher in program students Economic Education Study of FKIP, Riau University with the regression equation Y = 1.180 + 0.247X1 + 0.381X2 and contributed 50.4% to the interest in becoming a teacher, rest is influenced by other factors, namely motivation, needs, talents, mastery of science, family environment, social environment, and information on the world of work. This research is still not perfect, so it is hoped that the next researchers can conduct more thorough research on other factors that affect the interest in becoming a teacher and can increase or expand the population and research sample.Key Words : Introduction to Schooling Environment, Perception on Teacher Profession, Interest in Becoming a Teacher.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of time management and utilization of learning resources on the learning achievements of Economics Education Study Program Students at FKIP Riau University. The population in this study were students of Economic Education Study Program FKIP Riau University generation 2015 and 2016 as many as 164 people, the sample was determined using the Issac Table of 105 people and sample selection was determined by Proportional Random Sampling technique. The results showed that time management and utilization of learning resources had a positive and significant effect on learning achievement both partially and simultaneously with a contribution of 56.9% while the remaining 43.1% was influenced by other factors not examined in this study namely learning motivation, learning independence, and ability critical thinking. Thus, to improve student learning achievement can be done by improving the implementation of time management, and optimizing the use of learning resources both available inside and outside the campus.Key Words: Time Management, Utilization Of Learning Sources , Learning Achievements

Abstract

Abstrack: This research aims to determine the influence of service and member participation to business success. This research was conducted at KUD Karya Sembada Batang Batindih Village Rumbio Jaya District Kampar Regency with 107 research samples obtained by using simple random sampling method. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection methods using questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques used are Descriptive Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis processed through SPSS 20.0 Program. The results of this research refer to that service and members participation have a significant influence on the business success of cooperative. This means that if the service cooperative be better to members and the cooperative have a better members participation, then the level business success of cooperative will be better too. Thus, to achieve a good level of business success required support from members and cooperative management. Keywords : Service, Member Participation, Business Success

Abstract

Abstract : This research aims to determine the influence of moving class and learning motivation on student achievement of class X IIS and XI IIS on economic lessons learning in MAN 1 Pekanbaru. Population in this study were students of class X and XI IIS that is as many as 283 students and sample of 166 students. The data collection of this research is documentation techniques. The data analysis of data used is multiple linear analysis. The results showed that moving class and learning motivation have a significant effect on the learning achievement. Seen from the calculation of R2 (R square change) obtained value of 0.314. This mean that the contribution of the influence of moving class and learning motivation on learning achievement is 31,4%, while the remaining 68,6% influenced by other variable outside this research.Keywods: Moving Class, Learning Motivation, and Learning Achievement
