Abstract

Penelitian kualitatif ini berfokus pada sistem kepercayaan di kalangan ibu hamil di masyarakatMelayu. Riset ini bertujuan mengetahui apresiasi kaum ibu hamil dalam memaknai mitos dan tabuhamil yang masih ada dan dipraktekkan dalam masyarakat Melayu. Tujuan berikutnya adalah mengidentifikasiperan relasi jender dan intervensi keluarga dalam prakteknya. Kajian dilaksanakan diKecamatan Singingi Hilir, Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi. Data diperoleh melalui teknik wawancarakepada responden para ibu hamil melalui pendekatan dialogical interpretation yang menghasilkannegotiate meaning untuk kemudian dituangkan dalam bentuk laporan. Data dianalisis denganmenggunakan teknik analisa mengalir (flow model of analysis). Melalui kajian mendalam dan pelaksanaandiskusi terfokus ditemukan bahwa mitos di kalangan ibu hamil pada hakekatnya mengandungunsur-unsur pendidikan karena ada makna yang dapat diintepretasikan sebagai pesansangat luas. Sanksi-sanksi yang diterapkan oleh para orang tua dan pasangan responden, umumnyabersifat umum dan mudah dicerna masyarakat. Pantang larang ini hakekatnya menyangkut nilai-nilaimoral dimana sikap dan perilaku buruk harus dijauhi oleh orang Melayu dan masyarakatnya. Itulahsebabnya orang-orang tua dalam masyarakat Melayu selalu mengingatkan masyarakatnya agarmeninggalkan dan menjauhi sikap dan perilaku yang dipantangkan.Kata Kunci: ibu hamil, mitos, sistem kepercayaan, masyarakat Malayu

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to identify and analyze the level of customersatisfaction from service dimensions and to figure out attributes needed to be improvedto increase customers satisfaction. This research was conducted at BudimanSupermarkets Padang. The population is all customers of Budiman Supermarkets. Thesamples is 100 customers determined byaccendential sampling technique. Data analysistechnique is used by Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer SatisfactionIndex (CSI). The results of Customer Satisfaction Index shows that customers aresatisfied with the services provided by Budiman Supermarket; and the results ofImportance Performance Analysis indicates some attributes need to be improved:Quadrant A consisted of K1, K2, K3, DT, DT2, DT3, BL3; and Quadrant B consisted ofK4, K5, J1.Keywords:Service, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Abstrak: The background of this study is that the students 'interest in learning IPS relatively low which is characterized by a sense of interest in the students' social studies, less the member's attention, a sense of curiosity of students. Besides, teachers using conventional methods, ie lectures and without the use of media so that students feel bored and berinplikasi on student interest. Of the necessary problem Action Research (PTK) by applying the learning method Kooperative Non Example Example Learning mode. This study aims to increase interest in social studies class VIII MTs At Thohiriyah Srikayangan districts Tanjung Medan. The population number of students as many as 30 students. This research was conducted in two cycles each cycle consisting of two meetings. Instrument of data collection in this study is the observation sheet teacher, student observation sheet and observation sheet student interest. The results of the analysis of the activity of teachers in the first cycle of 45% in the category enough, the second cycle increased to 83.3% lam very good category. While the results of the analysis of the activity of students in the first cycle of 58.3% in the category enough, the second cycle increased to 87.2% in the excellent category, activities of student interest cycle I 48.27% in the medium category and the second cycle has reached the level of success ie 87.45% in the high category. With concluded that if the implementation of cooperative learning methods Learning mode Non Example Example can be and improve the interest in social studies class VIII MTs At Thohiriyah Srikayangan district of Tanjung Medan.Keywords : Learning Method, Learning Kooperative, Non Example Example mode, IPS learned Interests

Abstract

Abstract: The number of students who do not achieve the minimum standard score on the learning outcomes is an obstacle for the Economics teachers of XI class at SMA YLPI Pekanbaru. The student’s low achievement are influenced by several factors like the teaching styles and discipline by the teacher in intructional process. Teachers are required to choose attractive teaching style, high discipline attitude and have an enthusiasm to study in order to get a better learning achievement. The purpose of this study determine the effect of teachers teaching style and teachers disciplin in teaching on the student’s learning achievement with the subject of Economics students of XI class SMA YLPI Pekanbaru. This research used quantitative descriptive method and population research is all economic students of XI class wich consist of 41 students. Saturated sampling is conducted in the sampling technique wich all the members of the population are used the samples. Morever, questionnaires are used for data collection techniques. Data analysis techniques used descriptive statistics, linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination (R2) with the help of SPSS 16.0 version. The results of study indicate the teaching style and teachers discipline in teaching influenced the student learning achievement on the determination R2 of 64.6%. after this research, the teacher expected create a pleasing atmosphere in teaching learning process and improvement of discipline and enthusiasm in teaching as an support for the students success in learning.Keywords: Teacher teaching style, disciplin of teachers teaching, student learning achievement

Abstract

Upaya pemenuhan hak anak di Indonesia senantiasa menarik untuk dibahas bukan semata karena aspek ketergantungan anak pada orang dewasa melainkan karena anak adalah manusia bukan orang dewasa dalam ukuran kecil sehingga ada hak anak yang melekat pada dirinya. Sejumlah aturan perundangundangan telah diterbitkan untuk menjamin terwujudnya pemenuhan hak anak namun aturan tersebut tidak cukup ampuh dalam implementasinya.permasalahan makro ini dapat diatasi dengan memulainya dalam skala kecil, yakni peran "orang tua/keluarga" dalam pemenuhan hak anak. Tulisan ini bertujuan mengajak pembaca mengenal tentang hak anak, instrumen dan rekomendasi bagi orang tua dalam pemenuhan hak anak. Kajian hak anak ini dilakukan studi kepustakaan, termasuk dokumentasi tentang kebijakan-kebijakan terkait. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan yang merujuk pada hukum/instrumen hak anak, hasil tulisan ini adalah identifikasi tentang instrumen hak anak; dan rekomendasi bagi orang tua dalam implementasi hak anak, meliputi (1)Katakan bahwa 'setiap anak adalah istimewa' (every child is special); (2)Perawatan (Caring) dan (3)Pengasuhan (Nurturing)

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to find out the effect of student' creativity and parents' attention to learning achievement. The research subjects were class XI IPS SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kerinci with a total sample of 70 students. The research method uses purposive sampling. Data collection is done through technique questionnaires and documentation. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression supported by SPSS version 17.0 and calculations using manual formulas.The results of the study based on multiple linear regression showed that students' creativity and parents' attention had an effect on learning achievement on Economic subjects in class XI IPS in SMA Negeri 1 Pangkalan Kerinci, that can be seen from: (1) constanta value of 5,219, regression coefficient value of 0.241, and regresion coefficient of 0.351 with regression equation 5.219 + 0.241KS + 0.351PO, (2) calculation of R2 obtained value of 0.549. This means that the percentage contribution of student' creativity and parental attention to learning achievement is 54.9%. Based on these percentages in create for students it is recommended to further enhance students' creativity and to receive more their parents' attention, in order to improve more learning achievement.Key Words: Student' Creativity, Parents' Attention, Learning Achievement

Abstract

Abstract: This research aims: (1) to analyze and determine differences in income levels personnel Save Loans for Women (SPP) before and after to exploit credit ; and (2) to determine the effectiveness of Save Loans for Women (SPP) member more level of SPP. The Population is 78 members of SPP at Kamang Hilir which is taken all respondent of the research. This research uses a quantitative descriptive design. Data is collected by questionnaire technique. The analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential statistical analysis is paired sample t-test. The results showed that : (1) there are differences in the level personnel SPP before an after to exploit credit Rp.1.137.179, means that there are differences in income t-count 18.718 > t-table 1.991. (2) effectiveness SPP to the level of income entry criteria are not effective (54,20%). Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to determine the effect of student discipline and learning motivation to the achievement in economic learning of student in public high school 10 Pekanbaru. This study uses quantitative appoach method and the population in this study is students grade X MIA which amounted to 108 people and the sample obtained 85 respondens using proportional random sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used are Descriptive Analysis and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS version 16.0. The result of this research is the discipline learning have an effect on significantly to student achievement which obtained tcount 4,726> ttabel 1,663 and significant value 0,000 <0,05. Motivation learning significantly effected to student in learning achievement which obtained tcount 2,459> ttabel 1,663 and significant value 0,000 <0,05. Simultaneously there is a significant influence between learning discipline and student learning motivation with learning achievement where obtained value fhitung 30,266> ftabel 3,11 and significant value 0,000 <0,05. Multiple linear regression equation obtained in this research is Y = 41,466 + 0,351X1 + 0,220X2. The results of this study showed that the discipline and learning motivationbe affected to learning achievement on economic subjects student class X mia SMA Negeri 10 Pekanbaru. It’s means that the higher of discipline and motivation to learn will improve student in achievement learning. For increasing the learning achievement of studentis need a support from teachers and themselves in the form of discipline and motivation.Keywords: Learning Discipline, Learning Motivation, Learning Achievement

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of parents education level and motivation on student achievement. on Economic in MAN 2 Model Pekanbaru. Population in this study are students of class XI IPS in MAN 2 Model Pekanbaru with a total of 52 students. Research takes the entire population as a sample or is called a cencus study. Data collection is done through documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate (1) The level of parents education has a significant effect on learning achievement. With the tcount (4,139> t_tabel (2,010) or sig. And Sig. (0,000) <0,05. (2) Motivation to learn has a significant effect on the learning preset by value. Based on the results of regression analysis t count test (5,306)> t table ( 2,010) and Sig. (0,000) <0,05, with an R value of 0.599, this proves that the percentage of parents' level of education and learning motivation contribute 59.9% to learning achievement (Y) while the remaining 40.1 % is influenced by other variables not included in this regression model. from research results can be recommended, Students are expected to improve learning motivation, especially in terms of tenacity in carrying out tasks by frequently discussing or learning from the success of their friends.Keywords: Parents education level , Learning motivation, Learning achievement

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to know: 1) description of the learning styles of students. 2) effect of student learning styles on student achievement. The population in this study were students of class XI IPS in Economics subjects at SMAN 1 Bangkinang Kota, amount to 128 students, and the sample in this study was 97 students. Data collecting techniques used questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis method used is chi square test analysis. The results of this study showed that dominant learning styles in class XI IPS are visual learning styles as much 39 people (40.2%), and the tendency of student learning styles included in the medium category 40 people (41.23). The results of the chi square test analysis show that chi square counts 18.215 <21.03 chi square table and Asymp sig. (2- tailed) value. 0.109> 0.05. This means that the Ho hypothesis is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is no significant influence between learning styles and learning achievement of students of class XI IPS in SMAN 1 Bangkinang Kota.Key Words: Learning style, Learning achievement
