Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the care skills of nurses. In carrying out their profession, care is required to improve skills which is a process that leads to professionalism. The process begins with the perception of nurses in seeing conditions and solving problems, one of which is carrying out the application of nursing care to clients. The application of nursing care provided by nurses cannot be separated from spiritual aspects which are an integral part of the nurse's interaction with clients. Nurses together with special spiritual officers in the hospital try to help meet the spiritual needs of clients as part of the client's overall needs, among others by facilitating the fulfillment of these client needs, even though nurses and clients do not have the same beliefs and religions. In the application of spiritual nursing care is influenced by several factors, namely intellectual skills where the nurse's intellect will be very influential in the application of care. With data collection methods, namely observation, documentation and questionnaires. The population and sample are Samples In this study, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling, namely the sample taken was 50 nurses who served in four rooms of the Inpatient Hospital Labuang Baji Makassar.

Abstract

Non-Communicable Diseases (NCDs) are the leading cause of death globally. The Posbindu PTM program serves as an initiative for early detection and prevention of NCDs through community empowerment. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the utilization of the Posbindu PTM program in the working area of Palibelo Health Center, Bima Regency. This quantitative research used a cross-sectional approach, involving 100 purposively selected respondents. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test. The results showed that education level and knowledge significantly affected the utilization of Posbindu services (p < 0.05). Respondents with higher education and better knowledge were more likely to use Posbindu services actively. However, lack of information and inadequate socialization were identified as major barriers to optimal utilization. Strengthening public health education and promotion is essential to enhance community participation in the Posbindu PTM program.

Abstract

Penggunaan akuntansi syariah dalam bisnis secara signifikan dapat mempengaruhi nilai perusahaan. Beberapa bisnis telah menggunakan akuntansi syariah. Mengenai efek aktual dari penerapannya terhadap nilai perusahaan, masih ada kekhawatiran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memastikan, dengan mempertimbangkan kondisi akuntansi syariah yang ada, pengaruh adopsi akuntansi syariah terhadap nilai bisnis. Metode penelitian yang dipilih adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan studi kepustakaan. Penelitian ini akan membahas pengaruh penerapan akuntansi syariah terhadap nilai perusahaan dalam konteks perkembangan akuntansi syariah saat ini dengan mempertimbangkan elemen-elemen seperti ketaatan pada prinsip-prinsip syariah, akses pasar, pengungkapan informasi syariah, dan ketaatan pada prinsip-prinsip syariah. Seiring dengan prinsip-prinsip syariah, akses pasar. keterbukaan informasi, dan standar akuntansi syariah, standar akuntansi syariah sedang ditetapkan. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memperjelas hubungan antara penggunaan akuntansi syariah dan nilai perusahaan dalam siklus ekonomi saat ini.
