Abstract

Unit of Area Genetics (SGW) as one of the methods in considering geological aspects for geologicarea-based development. The geological condition as part of the natural movement in a particularcondition makes it possible to predict its effect on the movement of an area in particular with regard tonatural disasters. Pangalengan who has a million beautiful natural charm, especially from the point ofpan-dang geology need it to be studied based on geological data. The charm is the presence of activevolcanoes in the region such as Mount Malabar, Mount Wayang, Mount Windu and others. In addition,the morphology of Pangalengan is relatively well represented in the highlands, hills and mountainareas as part of Java's tectonic activity. Another evidence of such activity is the existence of fault linesin the Pan-galengan mountains of Southeast-Northwest. Pangalengan who has a million beautifulnatural charm, especially from the point of pan-dang geology need it to be studied based on geologicaldata. The charm is the presence of active volcanoes in the region such as Mount Malabar, MountWayang, Mount Windu and others. Anotherevidence of such activity is the existence of fault lines in the Pan-galengan mountains of Southeast-Northwest.

Abstract

Characteristics of sediment Tras Nagreg as part of the volcanic process in the region provides anopportunity and potential to be utilized through mining activities. Mining activities, as a capitalintensive,labor-intensive and risk-filled industry, do not always have a negative impact on thesurrounding community, there is something to do with the economic aspects in which all types ofmineral deposits have economic value including tras. Nagreg Kendan Village, Nagreg Subdistrict aspart of Bandung Regency which has tras sediment potential, where in quality and quantity, trassediment in the area has big enough potency to be utilized especially to improve prosperity of localcommunity. Currently, the number of people with productive age is quite a lot, which becomes thecapital for the management of tras going forward, another thing to consider is the existence of thelocation not far from the access road that connects Bandung - Garut, Bandung - Cianjur and Bandung- Jakarta.

Abstract

Competency enhancement in trass utilization was given to local communities of Nagreg Kendan,Bandung, West Java. This activity was intended to explore the potential of local cummunity indeveloping trass deposit utilization for local economy. This activity is expected to providerecommendation and encouragement for local community to develop entrepreneurship in utilizing andmanaging mineral resources potential. This activity was divided into several parts, they are pre-test,counseling and discussion about trass utilization, and also post-test to evaluate local community’sbasic knowledge. Local community shows good knowledge and enthusiasm of local community indeveloping local economy through trass utilization.

Abstract

Abstract. Mining activities are closely related to environmental changes. Mining activities can also have an impact on the social and economic sphere of the local area. So mining companies are expected to be able to restore the impactful environment into a productive environment for the community. In tackling the impact of environmental changes, what has been prepared in detail is carried out. Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 07 of 2020 as the holder of a Mining Business Permit (IUP) ensures reclamation guarantees and is based on post-mining guarantees in accordance with the determination of the Minister or Governor. The criteria for successful reclamation include land use, topsoil distribution, erosion control, and revegetation. In carrying out ex-mining land reclamation activities, it is carried out to find out the annual mine area plan, concepts and plans for land use and revegetation. Then the tools used in carrying out mine reclamation activities and estimates of the reclamation costs that will be found by the company. The area of land that will be reclaimed at PT X in the first period is 1.33 Ha. The area each year is in the 2nd year to the 4th year which is 0.26 Ha, while the 5th year is 0.53 Ha. The division of this area is based on the progress achieved. The estimated reclamation costs that will be incurred during the reclamation activities are Rp. 216,724,645.55. Abstrak. Kegiatan pertambangan erat kaitannya dengan merubah lingkungan. Kegiatan pertambangan juga dapat memberikan dampak pada lingkup sosial dan ekonomi daerah setempat. Maka perusahaan tambang diharapkan dapat mengembalikan lingkungan yang berdampak menjadi lingkungan yang produktif bagi masyarakat. Dalam menanggulangi dampak perubahan lingkungan tersebut dilakukan kegiatan reklamasi yang telah tersusun secara terperinci. Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri ESDM No. 07 tahun 2020 sebagai pemegang Izin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) diwajibkan menempatkan jaminan reklamasi dan jaminan pascatambang yang sesuai dengan penetapan Menteri atau Gubernur. Adapun kriteria dari keberhasilan reklamasi yang meliputi tata guna lahan, penebaran tanah pucuk, pengendalian erosi, revegetasi. Dalam melakukan kegiatan reklamasi lahan bekas tambang dilakukan untuk mengetahui rencana luasan tambang secara pertahun, konsep dan rencana pada penatagunaan lahan dan revegetasi. Lalu alat-alat yang digunakan dalam melakukan kegiatan reklamasi tambang dan estimasi pada biaya reklamasi yang akan dibayarkan oleh perusahaan. Luas lahan yang akan direklamasi di PT X pada periode pertama yaitu 1,33 Ha. Adapun luasan setiap tahunnya yaitu pada tahun ke 2 sampai dengan tahun ke 4 yaitu 0,26 Ha, sedangkan tahun ke 5 yaitu 0, 53 Ha. Pembagian luasan ini didasarkan pada kemajuan tambang. Estimasi biaya reklamasi yang akan dikeluarkan selama kegiatan reklamasi yaitu sebesar Rp. 216.724.645,55.

Abstract

Abstract. Acid mine water is water that has a low pH (pH<5) which contains various dissolved metals such as iron (Fe), manganese (Mn), and other sulfate compounds. Acid mine water has an impact in the form of environmental pollution, so it is necessary to handle Acid Mine Drainage using activated carbon so that it does not affect the surrounding environment. The research method used in this study is the active method by mixing activated carbon into 6 settling ponds, it aims to be able to determine the effect of activated carbon on settling ponds in the form of pH and Fe and Mn levels based on standard water quality standards.The rate of decrease in Fe metal content and Mn metal content after mixing using activated charcoal was 76,0% for Fe metal content and 18,60% for Mn metal content. The need for activated carbon for 31 days for the purpose of neutralizing acid mine water is 154790,8 kg/liter. Abstrak. Air asam tambang merupakan air yang memiliki pH rendah (pH<5) yang mengandung berbagai logam terlarut seperti besi (Fe), mangan (Mn), serta senyawa sulfat lainnya. Air asam tambang menimbulkan dampak berupa terjadinya pencemaran lingkungan sehingga perlu dilakukannya penanganan air asam tambang dengan menggunakan Karbon aktif sehingga tidak mempengaruhi lingkungan sekitar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode aktif dengan cara mencampurkan Karbon aktif kedalam 6 kolam pengendapan, hal tersebut bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui pengaruh karbon aktif pada kolam pengendapan berupa pH serta kadar Fe dan Mn dengan berdasarkan standar nilai baku mutu air. Laju penurunan kadar logam Fe dan kadar logam Mn setelah pencampuran dengan menggunakan Karbon aktif yaitu sebesar 76,0% untuk kadar logam Fe dan 18,60 % untuk kadar logam Mn. Kebutuhan karbon aktif selama 31 hari untuk keperluan penetralan air asam tambang sebesar 154790,8 kg/liter.

Abstract

Abstract. Environmental impacts that can occur such as decreased soil productivity, soil compaction, the possibility of erosion, unstable soil movement, disruption of flora and fauna, disruption of population health and so on. To overcome these various kinds of problems, it is necessary to carry out a countermeasures plan in this case in the form of reclamation. The reclamation activities are aimed at managing and improving the condition of the former mining land area into productive land. In carrying out reclamation activities on ex-mining land, it is carried out to find out technical plans for land use and revegetation as well as plant maintenance and care. Reclamation activities are carried out with land use stewardship and revegetation activities. Land use management is carried out by backfilling ex-mining land, then spreading top soil. Revegetation activities are carried out by determining plant spacing, selecting plant species, procuring seeds and planting as well as maintaining and caring for them. The area of land to be reclaimed at PT TMS is in accordance with the planned mining area of 19,196 hectares. The estimated reclamation costs to be incurred with a total area of 19.196 Ha is Rp. 6,909,020,471, -, consisting of direct costs for land management of Rp. 5,823,036,665, - and a revegetation fee of Rp. 226,886,651, - and indirect costs for reclamation planning costs Rp. 497,940,639, - and a supervision fee of Rp. 354,618,870,-. Abstrak. Dampak lingkungan yang dapat terjadi seperti penurunan produktivitas tanah, pemadatan tanah, kemungkinan terjadinya erosi, gerakan tanah yang tidak stabil, terganggunya flora dan fauna, terganggunya kesehatan penduduk dan sebagainya. Untuk mengatasi berbagai macam masalah tersebut, maka perlu dilakukan suatu rencana penanggulangan dalam hal ini berupa reklamasi. Kegiatan reklamasi tersebut ditujukan guna menata dan memperbaiki kondisi daerah lahan bekas tambang menjadi lahan yang produktif. Dalam melakukan kegiatan reklamasi lahan bekas tambang dilakukan untuk mengetahui rencana teknis pada penatagunaan lahan dan revegetasi serta pemeliharaan dan perawatan tanaman. Kegiatan reklamasi dilakukan dengan kegiatan penatagunaan lahan dan revegetasi. Penatagunaan lahan dilakukan dengan penimbunan kembali lahan bekas tambang, lalu dilakukan penebaran tanah pucuk. Kegiatan revegetasi dilakukan dengan penentuan jarak tanam, pemilihan jenis tanaman, pengadaan bibit dan penanaman serta pemeliharaan dan perawatan. Luas lahan yang akan direklamasi di PT TMS sesuai dengan luas rencana penambangan yaitu 19,196 Hektar. Estimasi biaya reklamasi yang akan dikeluarkan dengan total luas area 19,196 Ha yaitu sebesar Rp. 6.909.020.471,-, yang terdiri dari biaya langsung untuk penataan lahan sebesar Rp. 5.823.036.665,- dan biaya revegetasi sebesar Rp. 226.886.651,- serta biaya tidak langsung untuk biaya perencanaan reklamasi sebesar Rp. 497.940.639,- dan biaya supervisi sebesar Rp. 354.618.870,-.
