Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the level of spiritual intelligence of students before and after the given group counseling and guidance to know how much influence the group to increase spiritual intelligence of students in class X SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru school year 2014/2015. Question in this study is: How much influence the group guidance to increase students' spiritual intelligence? Method in this study is a quasi experimental study with pretest-posttest design. Population of this study amounted to 76 students. Sampling technique is purposive sampling. Samples were taken from 25% of the population, so that elected 30 students who have low spiritual intelligence in class X SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru. Results of this research study shows that there are significant positive effect of group counseling to increasing the spiritual intelligence class X SMA Negeri 2 Pekanbaru by 25%. To further research in order to conduct research on spiritual intelligence with different variables, such as Effect of Group Counseling Service Improvement Spiritual Intelligence Students Against IsolatedKeywords: Guidance Group, Spiritual Intelligence

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi dewasa ini berkembang pesat seiring dengan perkembangan teknologiinformasi.  Hal  ini  turut  berpengaruh terhadap  perkembangan manajemen rekayasa,konstruksi dimana banyak program aplikasi komputer yang ditawarkan untuk membantu para manajemen rekayasa, konstruksi dalam mengolah data perencanaan maupun pelaksanaan kegiatan proyek konstruksi. Penjadwalan Proyek. Membuat uraian  dan  urutan setiap  kegiatan dalam aktivitas proyek..Menentukan durasi  waktu  untuk  setiap  aktivitas.Membuat penjadwalan  menggunakan network planning AOA (Activity On Arrow), kurva S, barchart dan Microsoft Project. Dalam menggunakan program Microsoft Project 2016 untuk pengelolaan proyek tidaklah cukup hanya berbekal pengetahuan untuk mengoperasikannya saja, namun perlu dibekali dengan pemahaman dalam proses pengolahan data manajemen konstruksi. Analisa manajemen konstruksi pada proyek Pembuatan Atap  Walkway Dahai  menggunakan metode Activity On  Arrow (AOA),  Kurva  S, Barchart diperoleh durasi pekerjaan 74 hari dengan hubungan ketergantungan antar pekerjaan SS (Start to Start)– FS (Finish to Start). Analisa Perhitungan waktu menggunakan Microsoft Project2016 didapat waktu 74 hari.Penggunaan Microsoft Office Project 2016 sebaiknya digunakan untuk proyek besar dan kompleks sehingga manfaatnya lebih terasa. Penggunaan program Microsoft Project 2016 dalam skripsi ini masih sangat sederhana, untuk itu masih perlu mempelajari lebih jauh lagi.Kata kunci : Manajemen Konstruksi, Network planning,Microsoft Project.

Abstract

Ergonomics is a science that studies the interaction between humans and other elements in the form of a system, as well as a profession that practices theories, principles, data and methods in design to optimize suitability for human needs. High school students spend a lot of time at school in daily activities covering ± 6 hours with teaching and learning activities that dominate in the classroom. In the learning process students are more in a sitting position, as well as those experienced by SMA N 4 Takengon students. In this activity, the increase in knowledge in students increased by 74%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of third-party funds (TPF) and profit-sharing financing on the assets of Bank Jambi Syariah. Assets are a key indicator in assessing the financial capacity and performance of Bank Jambi Syariah. The research uses monthly time series data over a three-year period and applies multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that both TPF and profit-sharing financing have a significant positive effect on UUS assets. The positive influence of TPF indicates that increased public fund collection can strengthen the financial structure of Islamic business units. Likewise, profit-sharing financing significantly contributes to asset growth, reflecting the effectiveness of fund distribution through productive partnerships. Classical assumption tests confirm that the regression model satisfies the criteria of normality, homoscedasticity, no autocorrelation, and no multicollinearity. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.7356 indicates that 73.56% of the variation in assets can be explained by TPF and profit-sharing financing. These findings highlight the importance of optimal fund management and financing in supporting the asset growth of Islamic Business Units.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to analyze the relevance of Qur'anic learning materials in schools to digital literacy needs, identify challenges and opportunities for technology integration, and provide recommendations for learning strategies that are in accordance with technological developments. Theoretical framework: The theoretical framework of this research refers to digital literacy and technology integration in education. Digital literacy is defined as the ability to utilize technology to support learning, while technology integration aims to improve the quality of education without ignoring the values of religious education. Literature review: This study refers to two main journals. First, Fahmi & Layyinnati discuss the optimization of the digital Qur'an in learning. Second, Lisyawati examine digital literacy in Islamic Religious Education in madrasas. These two studies show the importance of digital literacy to support more effective and relevant religious learning. Methods: The method used was a literature review by analyzing two journals related to the digital Qur'an and digital literacy in Islamic religious education. This analysis aims to explore the relevance and challenges of technology integration in Qur'an learning. Results: The results of the study show that the digital Qur'an can increase learning motivation, expand access to interpretation, and support learning flexibility. However, key challenges include limited infrastructure, teacher readiness, and the risk of exposure to invalid religious information. Implications: The implications of this study show the importance of strengthening digital literacy in learning the Qur'an in schools, as well as the need to improve infrastructure and training for teachers in order to effectively integrate technology in Islamic religious education. Novelty: This research offers a new approach to integrating digital literacy in Qur'an learning, with a focus on the challenges and opportunities of technology integration in the digital age as well as recommendations for relevant learning strategies.
