Abstract: Based on the background, the research formulating the problem is hoe good the attitude of parents towards the posyandu program in Maredan Barat Village, Tualng District, Siak Regency.The purpose of this study was to find out hoe positive the attitudes of parents towards the Posyandu Programin Maredan Barat Village, Tualang District, Siak Regency were. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is the simple random sampling techniquen. The results and findings of the research on the attitude of parents towrds the Posyandu Program in Maredan Barat Village, Tualang District, Siak regency, Congnitive, Affective and conative indicators.Key Words: Attitude, Parents, Posyandu

The problem of budget abuse in Lhokseumawe City leads to a tendency for accounting fraud where the Inspectorate as the regional financial supervisor has shown an attitude of lack of accounting compliance in the presentation of regional financial statements, this is shown due to negligence made by employees, especially in the audit section. Employee behavior also shows unethical behavior within the organization, where the impression is that the Inspectorate's employees let the regional financial cash into the company's personal account in Lhokseumawe City. If cash can be deposited into a personal account of the company or SKPD, this has proven that the performance of the Lhokseumawe City Inspectorate still needs internal control within the organization, with the aim of making improvements, enhancements, and strengthening the role of being supervisors, examiners and early warning providers to the system. reliable internal control and financial governance of the Regional Government (Pemda). Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of accounting compliance and unethical behavior on the tendency of accounting fraud with internal control as a moderating variable at the lhokseumawe city inspectorate office.

This study aims to determine the effect of motivation and entrepreneurial mentality on interest in entrepreneurship (a case study of street vendors in the Lubuk Pakam Triangle Field). This research method uses quantitative descriptive data. The sample of this research is 49 street vendors. The results of this study indicate that motivation and entrepreneurial mentality affect the interest in entrepreneurship (a case study of street vendors in the Lubuk Pakam Triangle Field). The data were processed using SPSS 25 and tested with validity, reliability, classical assumption, multiple regression, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests. The results showed that motivation had a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial mentality had a positive and significant effect on interest in entrepreneurship, and simultaneously motivation and entrepreneurial mentality had a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurship interest of street vendors in the Lubuk Pakam Triangle Field).

Based on the analysis of student needs and interviews with teachers, it shows that mathematics learning, especially in fraction material, has not used innovative media and the minimal use of technology-based learning media has caused students to feel bored and less interested. The purpose of this study was to determine the feasibility and readability of KOCAH Multimedia products for learning Mathematics for fraction material. This type of development research is RnD which has been developed by Sugiono with 7 stages. This study used a questionnaire sheet instrument and interview and observation techniques. Based on the results of the validation test by 9 validators, it is known that KOCAH multimedia can conclude the feasibility of the media by obtaining results from material experts of 87.28%, 91.11%, from media experts and 88.33% from linguists. The results of the student readability questionnaire on KOCAH Multimedia obtained a percentage of 96.15% and the results from the teacher readability questionnaire obtained a percentage of 93.41%.

Latar Belakang: Stres merupakan gangguan mental emosional yang terjadi akibat adanya perubahan dan tekanan baik secara fisik maupun psikologis. Salah satu kelompok usia yang rentan mengalami stres adalah mahasiswa dengan rentang usia 18-25 tahun. Stres merupakan salah satu pemicu terjadinya emotional eating dan perubahan tingkat asupan gula. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat stres dan emotional eating dengan asupan gula dari minuman manis kemasan pada mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Surabaya (kampus ketintang). Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat korelasional dengan desain cross-sectional. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 103 mahasiswa yang diambil menggunakan metode purpossive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (KPDS), Dutch Eating Behaviour Questionnaire (DEBQ), dan form Semi Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SQ-FFQ). Data yang telah diperoleh diolah dengan uji korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil: Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 39,92% mahasiswa mengalami stres ringan, 62,13% mahasiswa mengalami emotional eating ringan, dan 58,25% mahasiswa memiliki asupan gula dari minuman manis kemasan dalam kategori cukup. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara tingkat stres dengan asupan gula dari minuman manis kemasan (p>0.05; r=-0.057), sedangkan emotional eating memiliki hubungan dengan asupan gula dari minuman manis kemasan (p<0.05; r=0.205). Mahasiswa yang memiliki tingkat stres tinggi cenderung mengonsumsi minuman manis kemasan dalam jumlah rendah, sebaliknya mahasiswa yang mengalami emotional eating kategori berat mengonsumsi lebih banyak minuman manis kemasan. Berdasarkan temuan pada penelitian ini, diharapkan adanya edukasi kepada mahasiswa tentang bahaya mengonsumsi minuman manis kemasan secara berlebihan sebagai bentuk coping ketika sedang mengalami emotional eating, karena kandungan gula yang tinggi dalam minuman manis kemasan berisiko menimbulkan masalah kesehatan dimasa depan. Kata Kunci: Mahasiswa, tingkat stres, emotional eating, asupan gula, minuman manis kemasan.

Abstract : The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of tax factors on simultaneous and partial tax management in manufacturing companies in the Food and Beverage Sub-Sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021-2022. This study uses quantitative descriptive research design. The method used to obtain the company's financial statements is to use the company's website. The focus of this research is all financial reports of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage subsector, consisting of 47 companies. A total of 18 companies were taken. The results obtained are a significant value of size of 0.039 which indicates that company size affects tax management in companies listed on the IDX in the food and beverage subsector. The significant value of leverage of 0.345 indicates that power has no effect on tax management in companies listed on the IDX in this subsector. The significant value of profitability of 0.308 indicates that profitability has no effect on tax management in companies listed on the IDX in this subsector. Abstrak : Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisa pengaruh faktor pajak terhadap manajemen pajak simultan dan parsial pada perusahaan manufaktur Sub Sektor Makanan dan Minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2021-2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode yang digunakan untuk mendapatkan laporan keuangan perusahaan adalah dengan menggunakan situs web perusahaan. Fokus penelitian ini adalah semua laporan keuangan perusahaan manufaktur dalam subsektor makanan minuman, yang terdiri dari 47 perusahaan. Sebanyak 18 perusahaan diambil. Didapatkan hasil yaitu nilai signifikan size sebesar 0.039 yang menunjukkan bahwa size perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap manajemen pajak pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI dalam subsektor makanan dan minuman. Nilai signifikan leverage 0.345 menunjukkan bahwa kekuatan tidak berpengaruh terhadap manajemen pajak pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI dalam subsektor ini. Nilai signifikan profitabilitas 0.308 menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh terhadap manajemen pajak pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI dalam subsektor ini.

This study aims to explain the implementation of the Principles of Good Governance in Public Services at the Paccinongang Village Office, Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency. This is a qualitative study. The research design is field research. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Principles of Good Governance at the Paccinongang Village Office includes: Community Participation, the Supremacy of Law, Transparency, Concern for Stakeholders/the Business World, Consensus Orientation, Equality, Effectiveness and Efficiency, Accountability, and Strategic Vision. There are public service features at the Paccinongang Village Office in Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency, that align with the 9 principles of the Indonesian Transparency Society (MTI) as an actualization of the principles of Good Governance.
