Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana penerapan program pembelajaran individual dengan pendekatan tutor sebaya untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa, serta untuk mengetahui aktivitas guru, aktivitas siswa, dan respon siswa pada kompetensi dasar menerapkan lipatan daun dan alas hidangan. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa lamban belajar kelas X Jasa Boga 2 di SMK Negeri 8 Surabaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan quasi experimental design dengan menggunakan desain pre-test dan post-test group. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode observasi, tes (pre-test dan post-test), angket, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis data statistik non parametrik, yaitu mann whitney test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada penerapan program pembelajaran individual dengan pendekatan tutor sebaya dibagi menjadi tiga tahap, yaitu tahap persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan tahap analisis. Tahap persiapan meliputi penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran dan telah melewati uji validasi dengan skor rata-rata 84% untuk rencana perangkat pembelajaran, sebesar 80% untuk silabus, sebesar 79% untuk handout, sebesar 77% untuk lembar kerja siswa, dan soal pre-test dan post-test. Skor rata-rata dari setiap perangkat pembelajaran menunjukkan kategori yang baik dan sangat baik. Pada tahap pelaksanaan dan analisis menunjukkan hasil bahwa pada hasil belajar dalam penerapan program pembelajaran individual dengan pendekatan tutor sebaya mendapat nilai rata-rata 77 yang telah melewati batas ketuntasan. Aktivitas guru selama pembelajaran mendapat persentase sebesar 89% yang masuk dalam kategori sangat baik, aktivitas siswa mendapat persentase sebesar 95,8% yang juga masuk dalam kategori sangat baik, serta respon siswa mendapat persentase sebesar 83% yang masuk dalam kategori baik. Kata Kunci : program pembelajaran individu, pendekatan tutor sebaya, hasil belajar, siswa lamban belajar. Abstract This study aims to describe how the application of individual learning programs with peer tutoring approaches to improve student learning outcomes, and to find out teacher activities, student activities, and student responses to the basic competencies of applying leaf folds and dishes. The subjects of the study were slow learner students of grade cullinary service 2 at SMK Negeri 8 Surabaya. This research uses quasi experimental design using a pre-test and post-test group design. Data collection techniques use the method of observation, tests (pre-test and post-test), questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used non parametric statistical data analysis, namely Mann Whitney test. The results of the study show that the application of individual learning programs with peer tutoring approaches is divided into three stages, namely the stages of preparation, implementation, and analysis. The preparation phase includes the preparation of learning devices and has passed the validation test with an average score of 84% for the learning device plan , 80% for syllabus, 79% for handouts, 77% for student worksheets and pre-test and post-test questions. The average score of each learning device shows good and very good categories. At implementation and analysis shows the results that the learning outcomes in the application of individual learning programs with peer tutors approach gets an average value of 77 which has exceeded the completeness limit. Teacher activity during learning gets a percentage of 89% which falls into the very good category, student activities get a percentage of 95.8% which also falls into the very good category, and student responses get a percentage of 83% which falls into the good category. Abstract

Camilan bergizi ini merupakan camilan ringan yang terbuat dari ikan sunduk yang digoreng dengan minyak banyak (deep frying) yang diberi berbagai bumbu untuk meningkatkan kualitas cita rasa ikan sunduk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: kandungan proksimat dan kandungan asam lemak camilan ikan sunduk (Hemiramphidae) Produksi UKM ?Sugiyono? Di Brondong-Lamongan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Brondong, Lamongan pada bulan Juni sampai bulan Agustus 2018. Teknik yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data adalah wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi dan uji laboratorium. Analisis data kualitatif yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, kemudian dilanjut dengan proses penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil kandungan proksimat menunjukkan bahwa karbohidrat sebesar 49.17%, protein sebesar 42.90%, lemak sebesar 4.48%, air sebesar 1.02%, dan abu sebesar 2.41%. Hasil kandungan asam lemak menunjukkan bahwa asam lemak omega 3 sebesar 0,27%, asam lemak omega 6 sebesar 1,45%, dan asam lemak omega 9 sebesar 11,96%. Kata kunci : Camilan ikan sunduk, analisis kandungan proksimat, asam lemak.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari dan menentukan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi minat konsumen dalam menggunakan produk perawatan tubuh, terdapat empat faktor yang meliputi faktor kebudayaan, faktor sosial, faktor pribadi dan faktor psikologis. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan perhitungan persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor budaya terdiri dari kebudayaan, sub budaya, kelas sosial, yang berpengaruh sebesar 16% artinya berkategori sangat rendah. Faktor sosial terdiri dari unsur kelompok referensi, keluarga serta peran dan status, berpengaruh sebesar 26% yang artinya berkategori rendah. Faktor pribadi terdiri dari unsur usia dan tahapan siklus hidup, pekerjaan, keadaan ekonomi, gaya hidup serta kepribadian dan konsep diri, berpengaruh sebesar 52%, yang artinya berkategori sedang. Faktor psikologi terdiri dari usur motivasi serta presepsi yang berpengaruh sebesar 70% yang artinya berkategori kuat. Faktor psikologi berpengaruh yang paling tinggi terhadap minat konsumen pada produk perawatan tubuh yang digunakan, diikuti oleh faktor pribadi, faktor sosial dan yang paling rendah adalah faktor kebudayaan. Kata Kunci: produk perawatan tubuh, minat konsumen Abstract This study is aimed at finding and determining factors that influence the consumers? interest in using body care products. There are four factors which are cultural factor, social factor, private factor, and psychological factor. The research method used in this study is descriptive qualitative. The data analysis technique using statistic descriptive by the percentage calculation. The result showed that cultural factor consists of culture, sub culture, social class which had impact at 16% and can be categorized as low. Social factor consists element of reference group, family, also the role and status which had impact at 26% and can be categorized as low. Private factor includes element of age and stage of life cycle, job, economic situation, lifestyle, also characteristic and self-concept, impacted at 52% which means in medium. The psychological factor consists element of motivation and perception which had impact at 70%, means in the high category. Indeed, psychological factor had highest impact in consumer interest of body care products used followed by private factor, social factor, and the lowest is cultural factor. Abstract

Minimum service standards are about the quality of basic services which are an obligatory matter for the region that every citizen has the right to obtain at a minimum. So each hospital can implement and fulfill services in accordance with the minimum service standards that have been set. Nutrition services in hospitals can be said to be of quality if they have met 3 indicators related to minimum standards of service in nutrition services, where these are accuracy of food distribution (≥ 90%), accuracy of diet (100%), food waste (≤ 20%) (Ministry of Health , 2008). This study aims to determine the timeliness of food distribution to patients, determine the accuracy of the type of diet to patients and food waste to patients in the Asoka ward of Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebu Regional Hospital. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative with a cross sectional research design. This research was conducted in November at Syarifah Ambami Rato Ebu Bangkalan Regional Hospital. The subjects in this study were 169 inpatients in the Asoka room for 10 days. The data collection technique was carried out using the observation method. Observations consist of data on the timeliness of food distribution, data on the accuracy of the diet and data on patient food waste. The data analysis technique used is univariate. The results of the research stated that the average results for the timeliness of food distribution were 74%, the accuracy of the type of diet was 100% and the food waste was 27%. Thus, it can be interpreted that the indicator of timeliness of distribution of food and food waste has not yet reached the SPM success indicator, while the accuracy of the type of diet has reached the SPM success indicator.

Abstract

The Baseball Food Court is one of the facilities provided by Surabaya State University to meet the food needs of campus residents at Surabaya Ketintang State University. Food contamination can occur in the Food Court environment if food is not processed properly and in accordance with food sanitation hygiene guidelines and can threaten public health. This research aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes and the sanitation hygiene behavior of food handlers at the UNESA Ketintang Baseball Food Court. This research is a quantitative study with a cross sectional design with a sample size of 20 people. The respondents in this study were food handlers at the UNESA Ketintang Baseball Food Court. The data analysis used in this research was the Chi Square Test. The results of this study show that there is a relationship between knowledge and behavior of food handlers with a p-value of 0.001 and there is a relationship between attitudes and behavior of food handlers with a p-value of 0.007. The conclusion of this research is that food handlers at the UNESA Ketintang Baseball Food Court already have good sanitation knowledge, attitudes and hygiene behavior. So it is recommended that food handlers at the UNESA Ketintang Baseball Food Court continue to maintain and be able to improve their knowledge, attitudes and food sanitation hygiene behavior so that they remain in a good category.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Stres merupakan gangguan mental emosional yang terjadi akibat adanya perubahan dan tekanan baik secara fisik maupun psikologis. Salah satu kelompok usia yang rentan mengalami stres adalah mahasiswa dengan rentang usia 18-25 tahun. Stres merupakan salah satu pemicu terjadinya emotional eating dan perubahan tingkat asupan gula. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat stres dan emotional eating dengan asupan gula dari minuman manis kemasan pada mahasiswa Universitas Negeri Surabaya (kampus ketintang). Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang bersifat korelasional dengan desain cross-sectional. Responden penelitian terdiri dari 103 mahasiswa yang diambil menggunakan metode purpossive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (KPDS), Dutch Eating Behaviour Questionnaire (DEBQ), dan form Semi Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SQ-FFQ). Data yang telah diperoleh diolah dengan uji korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil: Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 39,92% mahasiswa mengalami stres ringan, 62,13% mahasiswa mengalami emotional eating ringan, dan 58,25% mahasiswa memiliki asupan gula dari minuman manis kemasan dalam kategori cukup. Tidak terdapat hubungan antara tingkat stres dengan asupan gula dari minuman manis kemasan (p>0.05; r=-0.057), sedangkan emotional eating memiliki hubungan dengan asupan gula dari minuman manis kemasan (p<0.05; r=0.205). Mahasiswa yang memiliki tingkat stres tinggi cenderung mengonsumsi minuman manis kemasan dalam jumlah rendah, sebaliknya mahasiswa yang mengalami emotional eating kategori berat mengonsumsi lebih banyak minuman manis kemasan. Berdasarkan temuan pada penelitian ini, diharapkan adanya edukasi kepada mahasiswa tentang bahaya mengonsumsi minuman manis kemasan secara berlebihan sebagai bentuk coping ketika sedang mengalami emotional eating, karena kandungan gula yang tinggi dalam minuman manis kemasan berisiko menimbulkan masalah kesehatan dimasa depan. Abstract

Adolescent development sooner or later will experience changes, especially in their lifestyle. Especially people's lifestyles on fast food consumption patterns (fast food). The purpose of this research is to determine teenagers' interests, opinions and activities regarding purchasing fast food in Lamongan District, Lamongan Regency. The sample used was a total of teenagers aged 16-18 years in Lamongan District, Lamongan Regency. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling until 125 respondents were obtained. This research uses quantitative descriptive research with a survey and design research approach cross sectional. This research instrument uses a questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses descriptive percentage analysis. The results of this research show that teenagers' interest tends to lead to information seeking and repeat purchases fast food. Teenagers' opinions tend to focus on the safety of long-term consumption and the impact of consumption fast food. Teenagers' activities tend to lead to purchases fast food ≥ 3 times a week and time of purchase. And purchasing decisions tend to be driven by teenagers' opinions and activities. Adolescents' opinions that are in line with their beliefs will rarely involve consuming activities fast food, while opinions that do not match beliefs will influence excessive consumption fast food.

Abstract

Exclusive breastfeeding in East Java shows that 40.05% of babies receive exclusive breastfeeding of 12.01%, partial breastfeeding and 1.45% predominant.  The picture of exclusive breastfeeding coverage in Ketanireng Village Independent Practice midwives is also still low, at 11%. The purpose of this study was to determine whether family support, maternal motivation, early breastfeeding, economic status, working status, absence of family support are factors that influence the pattern of exclusive breastfeeding. To find out whether the support of health workers is a factor that influences predominant breastfeeding patterns. And to find out whether the support of family and the surrounding environment, the mother's attitude is a factor that influences the pattern of partial breastfeeding for infants in the Independent Midwife Practice of Ketanireng Village, Prigen District, Pasuruan Regency. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. A sample of 10 main informants and 3 key informants were determined using the purposive sampling method using a data collection method in the form of Focus Group Disscussion (FGD). The results showed that there were driving and inhibiting factors in the selection of breastfeeding patterns in the independent practice midwives of Ketanireng Village. Driving factors for exclusive breastfeeding include: 1) Family Support 2). Mother's motivation. While the inhibiting factors of exclusive breastfeeding are: 1). Early MP-ASI 2). Economic Status 3) Working Status 4). The absence of family support. Driving factors in predominant breastfeeding include: 1) Health Worker Support. And the driving factors for partial breastfeeding include: 1) Family and Environmental Support 2) Mother's Attitude.   ABSTRAK Pemberian ASI eksklusif di Jawa Timur menunjukkan 40,05% bayi mendapat ASI Eksklusif sebesar 12,01%, ASI parsial dan 1,45% predominan.  Gambaran cakupan ASI eksklusif pada bidan Praktik Mandiri Desa Ketanireng juga masih rendah, yaitu 11%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya dukungan keluarga, motivasi ibu, MP-ASI dini, status ekonomi, status bekerja, tidak adanya dukungan keluarga merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi pola pemberian ASI eksklusif. Untuk mengetahui apakah dukungan tenaga kesehatan merupakan merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi pola pemberian ASI predominan. Dan untuk mengetahui apakah dukungan keluarga dan lingkungan sekitar, sikap ibu merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi pola pemberian ASI parsial pada bayi di Bidan Praktik Mandiri Desa Ketanireng Kecamatan Prigen Kabupaten Pasuruan Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Sampel sejumlah 10 informan utama dan 3 informan kunci yang ditentukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data berupa Focus Group Disscussion (FGD). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya faktor pendorong dan faktor penghambat. Faktor pendorong pada pemberian ASI eksklusif yaitu : Dukungan Keluarga dan Motivasi Ibu. Sedangkan faktor penghambat pemberian ASI secara eksklusif yaitu : MP-ASI Dini, Status Ekonomi, Status Bekerja, dan Tidak adanya dukungan keluarga. Faktor pendorong pada pemberian ASI predominan yaitu : Dukungan Tenaga Kesehatan. Dan Faktor pendorong pada pemberian ASI parsial yaitu : Dukungan Keluarga dan Lingkungan serta sikap Ibu.

Abstract

Instant noodles are a widely consumed fast food product, and consumer understanding of their nutritional content and potential health risks is thought to influence both attitudes and behaviors related to their consumption. Specifically, this understanding may affect how individuals meet their energy requirements—measured by the Recommended Energy Intake (REI)—through the consumption of instant noodles. This study aims to examine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes and the consumption practices of instant noodles among consumers at Warmindo K17 in Surabaya. A quantitative, cross-sectional research design was employed. Data were collected using a structured questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents selected through simple random sampling. Descriptive statistics, Spearman’s rank correlation, and Fisher’s exact tests were utilized to analyze the relationships between knowledge, attitudes, and consumption practices. The results indicated a statistically significant association between knowledge levels and consumption practices (p = 0.030), as well as between attitudes and consumption practices (p = 0.006), with both p-values falling below the 0.05 threshold. These findings suggest that higher levels of nutritional knowledge and more positive attitudes are associated with healthier instant noodle consumption practices. The study underscores the importance of enhancing public nutrition education to encourage healthier dietary behaviors. Furthermore, the findings may offer valuable insights for Warmindo business operators in developing more effective strategies for communicating product information to consumers.
