Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has been going on for ± 1 year. This has an impact on all areas, including the education sector. The impact in the field of education itself forces learning to be carried out with an online system, both in Indonesia and even the world. Over time, the Indonesian government issued Joint Decrees (SKB) from the Minister of Education and Culture, the Minister of Religion (Menag), the Minister of Health (Menkes), and the Minister of Home Affairs (Mendagri) regarding the granting of face-to-face study permits to local governments by implementing protocols strict health. The face-to-face teaching and learning process itself is carried out in stages. In Kota Depok itself, the local government plans to carry out the teaching and learning process in stages by implementing health protocols in the 2021/2022 academic year. In line with that, schools need to prepare facilities that are in accordance with existing health protocols so that the teaching and learning process runs in an orderly, safe and comfortable manner. fluent. One of the most important facilities is a study table in accordance with health protocols. Taufiqurahman Junior High School is one of the schools located on Jl. Baiturrahim No. 12, Beji Timur, Kec. Beji, Kota Depok, Jawa Barat. This school is located not far from the Politeknik Negeri Jakarta (PNJ) campus. This is certainly a concern of the academic community, especially the academic community of mechanical engineering study programs, because one of the main tasks of the academic community is to carry out the Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi, one of which is Community Service. Community service itself in the previous year has also been carried out at this school. For the sustainability of cooperation in the field of self-service, the community conducts observations of schools where the results of observations are that schools do not yet have study tables in accordance with health protocols. Therefore, this year the academic community of the mechanical engineering study program has the idea and idea to provide a grant in the form of a study table in accordance with health protocols as one of the preparations for the face-to-face teaching and learning process during the covid period. -19 pandemic. Abstract

Website Info Loker Karawang, yang dikelola oleh Dinas Tenaga KerjaKabupaten Karawang, memilikikendalasepertinavigasitidakintuitif, filter pencariankurangspesifik, sertadesain yang kurangresponsif. Penelitianinimerancangulang UI/UX menggunakanmetode Design Thinking untukmeningkatkanpengalamanpenggunamelalui lima tahap: empathize, define, ideate, prototype, dan test. Hasil pengujiandengan System Usability Scale (SUS) menunjukkanskor 84 (Sangat Baik), dan Single Ease Question (SEQ) memperoleh rata-rata 6,32/7, yang menandakankemudahantinggidalampenggunaan. Hasil inimembuktikanbahwa Design Thinking dapatmenghasilkandesain yang lebihintuitif, efisien, dan meningkatkankepuasanpengguna.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize the machining parameters of bipolar plates using a CNC 3-axis milling machine based on the Taguchi method. Bipolar plates play a crucial role in proton exchange membrane fuel cells (PEMFCs), where dimensional accuracy and surface quality directly affect cell performance. The machining parameters considered in this research include spindle speed, feed rate, and depth of cut. An L9 orthogonal array was selected to design the experiments, and surface roughness as well as material removal rate (MRR) were evaluated as performance characteristics. Signal-to-noise (S/N) ratio analysis was applied to determine the optimal parameter combination. The results show that spindle speed and feed rate have the most significant influence on surface roughness, while depth of cut mainly affects the MRR. The optimal setting obtained was 3500 rpm spindle speed, 300 mm/min feed rate, and 0.2 mm depth of cut, which produced the lowest surface roughness and acceptable MRR. The confirmation experiment validated the Taguchi model prediction with an error of less than 5%. These findings demonstrate that the Taguchi method is an effective tool for optimizing CNC machining parameters of bipolar plates, improving both quality and manufacturing efficiency.

Abstract

Abstract Productivity improvement of the company can be reach with many effort, which are minimizing waste, improving the utility of operator, and also redesigning layout facilities. Based on the observation, idle time of operator for the injection process is 30 minutes. If the delay will be compare with the company losses, it is equal to IDR. 1.001.700/operator/month. Based on this problem, redesign of the facilities layout is a solution to improve utilities and workload of operator. The result of this research, alternative layout has design based on simulation and the analysis of Activity Relationship Chart (ARC). It could be minimized the material handling 49.4 meters and 42.9 seconds. For the financial analysis, it can be minimized the labour cost IDR 14.684.670/month and also the material handling cost at least IDR 54.262/month.
