Abstract

Abstract: This research was carried out because of the lowlearning outcomes of social studies of grade V-D in SD Negeri 163 Pekanbaru, KKM that is 72. The class consist of 30 students, who reached the KKM is just 14 students (46.67%), whereas students who have not yet reached the KKM is 16 students (53.33%) with average rating of class 59.83. To solve these problems then the researchers implement co-op co-op cooperative learning model. The purpose of this research is to improve the learning achievement of social studies with the implementation of the co-op co-op cooperative learning model. The result of this research shows that the average value of basic score is 59.83 and increased in cycle I from 22.59% become 73.52. In cycle II, the average value of the students also increase 33.47% become 79.86. On a basic score of students classical success criteria of social studies is 46.67%. After implementation of scramble cooperative learning model on cycle 1, number of success criteria of students classical learning increased become 66.67%. And on cycle II, success criteria of students classical learning increased by 90%. Then, the activity of the teacher on the first meeting of the cycle 1 got was 70.83% by category is enough. The second meeting was increased become 79.16% with category of good. on the first meeting of the cycle II teacher activity increased become 837.5% by category of very good. At the second meeting increased become 95.83% with the very good category. The activity of the students at the first meeting of the cycle I got was 66.66% by category of enough. The second meeting was increased become 75% with category of enough. At the first meeting of the cycle II activity of students increased become 83.33% with category of good. At the second meeting increased become 91.66% by very good category. From this research it can be concluded that by implementation of the co-op co-op cooperative learning model can improve students learning outcomes of social studies of grade V-D in SD Negeri 163 Pekanbaru.Keywords: Co-op co-op Cooperative Type, Social Studies Outcomes

Abstract

AbstrakTerapi infus adalah tindakan yang dilakukan pada klien yang menjalani rawat inap sebagai jalur terapi intravena (IV) dengan pemberian obat, cairan dan pemberian produk darah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan perawat dalam pemantauan  cairan infus sesuai dengan Standar prosedur operasional  di Ruang Medikal Bedah. Metode  yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan design deskriptif korelasi, dan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi pada penelitian adalah 66 perawat di Ruang Medikal Bedah. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tehnik observasi dan kuesioner sebagai instrument penelitian. Data dianalisa menggunakan metode Kendals Tau B dan Kendals Tau C. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa 1; Ada hubungan antara Usia dengan nilai p Value= 0.000, 2; pendidikan dengan nilai p Value= 0.007, 3; level jenjang karier dengan nilai p Value= 0.014, 4; pengetahuan dengan p Value= 0.011, 5; tidak ada hubungan antara lama kerja dengan nilai p Value= 0.259 dengan kepatuhan perawat dalam pemantauan  cairan infus sesuai dengan SOP di Rumah Sakit swasta ini. Diharapkan perawat dapat meningkatkan kualitas asuhan yang diberikan dan memberikan pelatihan tentang pemantauan cairan infus yang diberikan oleh tim Nursing Education di RS, sehingga dapat menurunkan terjadinya komplain terhadap cairan infus yang tidak sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasien.Kata kunci: Pemantauan, terapi infus, kepatuhan perawat, Standar prosedur operasional

Abstract

Abstrak: Permasalahan utama di Desa Kerumut adalah produksi sampah yang tinggi dan mencemari lingkungan. Limbah-limbah organik rumah tangga dibuang keselokan air atau dibakar sehingga menimbulkan pencemaran lingkungan seperti bau tak sedap, asap dan polusi sehingga berbahaya bagi kesehatan masyarakat. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut maka diperlukan solusi yaitu mengolah limbah rumah tangga menjadi pupuk organik. Pupuk organik ini dapat dijual atau dimanfaatkan oleh petani untuk mendukung pertanian karena masyarakat di Desa Kerumut sebagian besar merupakan petani. Oleh karena itu, telah dilakukan program pengabdian pada masyarakat di Desa Kerumut, Kecamatan Pringgabaya, Lombok Timur. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah untuk melakukan penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan pengelolaan limbah rumah tangga menjadi pupuk organik, sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil pertanian, ekonomi dan kesehatan masyarakat. Mahasiswa berperan dalam mengembangkan pola pemberdayaan kolaboratif melalui pendampingan dalam transfer ilmu dan keterampilannya ke masyarakat. Metode dilakukan dengan cara penyuluhan, pelatihan dan pendampingan secara langsung kemasyarakat Desa Kerumut. Hasil kegiatan ini adalah berupa pupuk kompos dari sampah organik dengan nilai tambah ekonomi yang tinggi dan fungsi pemanfaatan potensi setempat. Dari kegiatan tersebut sekitar 95% masyarakat mengerti mengenai pupuk organik selama penyuluhan, untuk kegiatan pelatihan sekitar 90% mengerti dalam cara pengolahan pupuk organik dan untuk kegitan pendampingan sekitar 30% yang benar tertarik untuk meminta mahasiswa mendampingi dalam proses pembuatannya. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Penyuluhan, Pendampingan, Pemanfaatan Limbah, Pupuk Organik

Abstract

This research is background because, limited ability to read writing, and count the. in the bThis can be seen based on the preliminary observations researchers that the learning activities teachers do not use media learning that the kid looks not actively participate in learning, as read writing, and count.This study attempts to find out the uses of the media a calendar and the manner of capitalize on the fact that the media was said were figure brought the calendar in may have developed he can read and , would be willing to write, and arithmetic (calistung) on development for early childhood education of a caliph tasykuri village their folds and pastures and long kec.Semidang Gumay Kabupaten Kaur.The kind of research writer is provided by way of research the act of a class of.Analysis techniques of the data that the funds should be used in this research is a technique descriptive of qualitative and quantitative, That is by establishing a snapshot of the and you do that by exposure to/ cereal offering the data, using formulas simple and the withdrawal of a conclusion. The analysis of the data indicates that: 1. The use of media can develop calendar were ability to read , writing and arithmetic (calistung) in early childhood education successors tasykuri: a) on pre cycle rata-rata namely the score 66.57 with completeness learning klasikal of 14,29% with kriterian very low. b) cycle 1 meeting on 1 increased to value rata-rata score of 71,43 with completeness learn classical of 28,57% on low. c) on cycle 2 meeting 1, increased worth rata-rata score namely 81.14 withcompletenessclassical of 42,86 %, on low. d) cycle 2 meeting on 2 enhanced worth rata-rata score namely 86,29 with completeness learn classical of 85.71% on very high . e) cycle 2 meeting on 2 more up with the score the rata-rata 87,5, with ketuntasan klasikal of 92,85% on very high.2. How to use the in media were developed ability to read, writing, and count (calistung) in early childhood education successors tasykuri:a) teacher media suspend the calendar on board that disesuiakan at the height of students. b) learners match pictures by means of put the same exact in a media calendar, c) learners put a picture conforming to the existing in a media calendar. The results of comparison of utilization of calendar media in developing the ability of reading, writing, and counting between cycle I and cycle II has increased significantly and has reached the target of learning mastery by 80%.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was completed for some purposes : 1) to know the impact of GrossDomestic Product to the stock price, 2) to know how the inflation influences thestock price, 3) to discover what possibly happens to the stock price when theinterest rates rises, 4) to understand the correlation of PPh Tax and the stock, 5)to perceive the influence of Gross Domestic Product, inflation, interest rates, PPhTax, to the stock price.This research involves whole property and real estate companies which arelegally registered in BEI period 2012-2016. The sample selection of this researchwas using purposive sampling. According to aforementioned criteria, the totalsample was about 27 companies. The analysis method used in this research islinier regression analysis method.This research shows that there are some conclusions, those are: 1) the result of Tshows that variable of Gross Domestic Product does not have any impact to thestock price 2) the variable of inflation does not have any influence to the stockprice, 3) the variable of interest rates does not have any effect to the stock price,4) the variable of PPh Tax have correlation to the stock price, and 5) the result ofF shows that those variable of Gross Domestic Product, inflation, interest rastes,and PPh Tax impact gradually to the stock price.Key Words : Gross Domestic Product, Inflation, Interest Rates, PPh Tax, andStock Price

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to improve the knowledge of elderly people regarding hypertension and the use of bay leaf decoction. The method applied was observational analytic with 21 elderly respondents suffering from hypertension at Gadingrejo Public Health Center on August 2, 2025. Data were collected using a questionnaire consisting of 15 questions administered before (pretest) and after (posttest) the health education. The education was delivered through leaflets and practical demonstrations on how to prepare bay leaf decoction. The results showed a significant improvement in participants’ knowledge scores. The average pretest score of 63.9 increased to 85 in the posttest, with a p-value of 0.000 (p<0.05). Almost all respondents experienced an increase in understanding, including those with initially low scores who demonstrated considerable improvement. In conclusion, health education on the use of bay leaf decoction was effective in improving the knowledge of elderly people with hypertension. It is recommended that the elderly utilize this therapy as a complement to medical treatment, with family support and guidance from health workers. Herbal therapy using bay leaves has the potential to be an affordable, easily accessible, and safe alternative for hypertension management in daily life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh keberagaman menu dan lokasi terhadap loyalitas pelanggan pada Puja Sera RTH Padang Aro, Solok Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, dengan kriteria pelanggan yang pernah mengunjungi Puja Sera RTH Padang Aro dalam enam bulan terakhir dan berusia minimal 18 tahun. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberagaman menu memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, sementara lokasi berpengaruh tidak signifikan. Implikasi manajerial dari penelitian ini adalah perlu dilakukan pengelolaan keberagaman menu sebagai faktor utama untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan di Puja Sera RTH Padang Aro.
