Abstract

Abstract: This study was motivated by the low learning outcomes Civics fourth grade (IV) students SDN 020 Padang Mutung with average value 60.68 (with KKM 70). The purpose of this research was to improve civics learning outcomes of the fourth grade (IV) students of SDN 020 Padang Mutung Kampar districts with the implementation of cooperative STAD type learning model. This research was classroom action with two cycles. The subjects were students of class IV SDN 022 Padang Mutung academic year 2015/2016 whict amounted to 22 people consisting of 10 male students and 12 female students. Based on the result an analysis the observation of teachers and students' activity sheet has increased at every meeting. Teacher’s activity with the implementation of cooperative STAD type learning model at first meeting of the first cycle was 66.66% (good), and the second meeting of the first cycle of 75% (good), At second cycle, Teacher’s activity at first meeting of first cycle was 91.66% (very good ) and the second meeting was 95.83% (very good). Students activities at first meeting of the first cycle was54.16% (enough) and the second meeting was 70.83% (good), At second cycle, student activities at first meeting was 83.33% (very good), and second meeting was 95.85 % (very good). Civics learning outcomes before implementation cooperative STAD type learning model average 60.68, after implementation of cooperative STAD type learning model (UH) I was 68.40 that improve of 12.72% , and the UH II was 82.95 that improve of 36.36%. Based on this it can be concluded that the application of cooperative STAD type learning model can improved civics learning outcomes of the fourth grade (IV) students students SDN 020 Padang Mutung Kampar District.Keywords: Cooperative Learning Model Type stad, Civics studies students achievement

Abstract

Kurangnya pengetahuan ibu terhadap pemberian ASI Pertama (kolostrum) akan mempengaruhi terhadap kesehatan bayi, karena kolostrum sangat penting untuk kekebalan bayi dan kolostrum merupakan imunisasi alami yang banyak mengandung zat anti virus dan anti bakteri. Tujuan mengetahui hubungan tingkat pengetahuan ibu menyusui dengan pemberian kolostrum di Puskesmas Tibawa. Metode Penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan waktu cross sectional, analisa data dengan uji Chisquare. Hasil Penelitian Tingkat pengetahuan ibu baik tentang pemberian kolostrum sebanyak 9 orang (30%), tingkat pengetahuan ibu cukup tentang pemberian kolostrum sebanyak 4 orang (13,3%), tingkat pengetahuan ibu kurang tentang pemberian kolostrum sebanyak 17 orang (56,7%). Nilai p = 0,010 < 0,05, artinya terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan ibu menyusui dengan pemberian kolostrum di Puskesmas Tibawa.

Abstract

AbstrakPandangan Hukum Islam tentang sengketa adalah Konflik dan sengketa yang terjadi di kalangan umat manusia merupakan suatu realitas karena manusia dibekali akal dan wahyu serta mampu menemukan pola penyelesaian sengketa sehingga penegakan keadilan dapat terwujud. Sengketa yang di lakukan di Pengadilan tata usaha Negara Makassar adalah lingkungan peradilan dibawa mahkama agung yang melaksanakan kekuasaan kehakiman bagi rakyat pencari keadilan terhadap sengketa Tata Usaha Negara. Jadi dalam penyelesaian sengketa Tata Usaha negara dapat di lakukan dengan tiga cara yaitu prosedur, subtansi dan kepentingan. adapun pertimbangan hukum hakim ada dua yaitu pertimbangan menurut ketentuan hukum Agrariya dan hukum Peradilan Tata Usaha Negara. Pola penyelesaian sengketa dapat dirumuskan manusia dengan merujuk pada sejumlah ayat al-Quran, hadis Nabi, praktek adat dan berbagai kearifan lokal. Kata Kunci : Hak Guna Bangunan, Hukum Islam, Sengketa, Sertifikat.  AbstractThe view of Islamic law on disputes is that conflicts and disputes that occur among humanity are a reality because humans are equipped with reason and revelation and are able to find patterns of dispute resolution so that justice can be realized. The dispute carried out in the Makassar State Administrative Court is a judicial environment brought by the Supreme Court which exercises judicial power for the people seeking justice for the State Administration dispute. So in the settlement of a state administration dispute can be done in three ways, namely procedures, substance and interests. As for the legal considerations of judges, there are two, namely considerations according to the provisions of Agrarian law and the law of the State Administrative Court. Patterns of dispute resolution can be formulated by humans by referring to a number of verses of the paper, hadith of the prophet, customary practices and various local wisdoms.Keywords: Building Rights, Certificates, Disputes, Islamic Law.

Abstract

The independent curriculum requires students to have a Pancasila spirit. Pancasila is the basic philosophy of the Indonesian nation which has democratic characteristics as a manifestation of Pancasila values which must be applied in educational units. Strengthening the Pancasila profile for students is implemented through a project with a democracy theme. This research aims to describe the implementation of the Project for Strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile (P5) with the theme of the voice of democracy as part of planning the implementation of the Independent Curriculum. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The research involved all class X5 students at SMA Negeri 9 Maros in the 2022/2023 academic year. The data sources for this research come from interviews, observations and documentation studies. The research results showed that students actively participated in the entire series of activities during the 100 lesson hours. The Pancasila Strengthening Project with the theme of democracy provides opportunities for students to practice democratic culture contextually in the community environment.

Abstract

This article aims to explain and describe the Teaching Campus Program which is one form of implementing the IndependentThis article aims to explain and describe the Teaching Campus Program which is one form of implementing the Independent Learning Campus (MBKM) in the form of teaching assistance to empower students in assisting the learning process in elementary schools in various villages/cities, one of which is SDI Bistio which is located in Masebewa, Sikka Regency, NTT. In this program, students involved have the responsibility to assist the school in the teaching process, assist with technology adaptation, and assist school administration. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of students in adapting technology at SDI Bistio, especially in using the Zoom and Google Meet learning applications. This research is a qualitative descriptive research. The data collection techniques used are interview and observation techniques. Data analysis includes (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation as well as drawing conclusions and verification. The result of this program is an increase in the knowledge of SDI Bistio teachers and students in terms of using the Zoom and Google Meet applications. This activity is limited to training students so long-term follow-up activities are needed to support technology adaptation at SDI Bistio.
