Abstract

Abstract : Effectiveness of Scramble Technique in Learning Japanese Vocabulary on Students Grad XI IPS Senior High School 2 Teluk Kuantan This study is discusses about the effectiveness of scramble learning technique in learning Japanese vocabulary on students of Senior High School 2 Teluk Kuantan. The purpose of this study is to know the significant difference between the learning outcomes of students who use scramble learning and who do not use scramble learning. Object of this study is the students grade XI IPS Senior High School 2 Teluk Kuantan. The object of this study is consisting of 2 classes, XI IPS I and XI IPS II. This is a quasi-experiment study. The quasi-experiment design used in this study is pretest-post test design, conducted on 2 classes : experiment class and control class. The data collection technique done with doing test. Test are pretest and post test to know student's ability of Japanese in learning Japanese vocabulary before and after given treatment. The result of this pretest and post test is processed by using statistical test with t formula manually. Based on data process, obtained value t hitung 7.95 > t tabe 1.68,which means there are significant difference between the learning outcomes of students who use the scramble learning technique and who do not use scramble learning technique in learning Japanese vocabulary on the students grad XI IPS of Senior High School 2 Teluk Kuantan.Key words : Vocabulary Learning, Scramble Learning Technique, Students grad XI IPS of Senior High School 2 Teluk Kuantan.

Abstract

Gambier is one of specific commodity in Sumatera Barat Province especially in 50 Kota Regency. This product is the specific plant in tropical area with various advantage. The rises of this product still has future chances if seeing at domestic market and export. This study aims to: (1) analyze gambier market structure in gambier marketing 50 Kota Regency, (2) analyze gambier market conduct in gambier marketing 50 Kota Regency, and (3) analyze gambier market performance in gambier marketing 50 Kota Regency. This research was done at January 2013 to August 2013 by using data secondary and primary. The model of analyzing in this gambier marketing by using structure, conduct and performance approach ( SCP method). The result of this research shows that marketing institutions of gambier marketing are farmers trough collecting trader to wholesaler and local exportir for export gambier, whereas marketing institution for pure gambier is farmers to wholesaller and outer of Sumatera Barat Province. Market structure in the research location at collecting trader and wholesaler level is olygopsony, but at exportir level the market structure is monopsony because the point of quality of gambier catechin. Market conduct is seen that farmers spread over at various area with various product, while the gambier end market or the last consumen is far away from production center so bargaining farmers become low. Gambier market performance trough margin and farmer’s share seen that the lowest margin is on pure gambier marketing channel with highest farmer’s share. The other indicator like price transmition elasticity seen that the change of price at exportir unfully to farmers. We can say that gambier marketing in this location research isnot efficient yet and imperfect market. Above condition cause there is no best price for farmers so it impacts to low farmer’s welfare.

Abstract

Jamur tiram, sebagai bahan makanan sehat yang tidak memerlukan pupuk kimia sintetis dalam proses produksinya, mengalami peningkatan permintaan pasar, baik domestik maupun internasional. Untuk memanfaatkan potensi pasar yang besar ini, strategi pemasaran yang efektif diperlukan. Digital marketing, sebagai media pemasaran modern, menawarkan peluang untuk memperluas jangkauan pasar dengan memanfaatkan internet dan media sosial. Namun, pelaku usaha jamur tiram di Limau Manis Sejahtera, Kubang Limau Manis, Kecamatan Pauh Padang, masih mengandalkan metode pemasaran tradisional. Oleh karena itu, sosialisasi dan pembinaan mengenai digital marketing sangat diperlukan untuk membantu pelaku usaha dalam memperluas pasar mereka dan meningkatkan pendapatan, demi kesejahteraan masyarakat yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pentingnya digital marketing bagi pelaku usaha jamur tiram dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk penerapannya guna mendukung perkembangan usaha mereka.

Abstract

This study investigates the strategic role of Human Resource Management (SHRM) in building Organizational Resilience (OR), particularly through the moderating effect of Transformational Leadership (TL) and the contextual influence of organizational culture. The research addresses a pressing problem: how organizations can maintain adaptability and continuity amid persistent uncertainty and crisis. The objective is to propose and validate an integrative conceptual model linking SHRM practices, leadership behavior, and employee engagement to resilience outcomes. A qualitative exploratory case study design was employed, involving semi structured interviews with senior HR professionals and organizational leaders from multiple industries that have experienced disruption in the past five years. Thematic analysis was applied to identify patterns and validate findings through triangulation and participant feedback. The results reveal that SHRM practices such as talent agility, flexible work arrangements, and leadership development significantly enhance resilience by fostering proactive employee engagement. Furthermore, the presence of transformational leadership strengthens the implementation of these HR strategies, while organizational culture moderates the extent to which engagement translates into resilient behavior. This study contributes to the literature by offering a systemic framework that synthesizes strategic, behavioral, and contextual dimensions of resilience. The proposed model underscores the importance of aligning HR strategies with adaptive leadership and supportive culture to build organizational systems capable of sustaining performance under pressure. These findings have practical implications for HR policymakers and organizational leaders seeking to embed resilience into workforce strategies and institutional frameworks.
