Abstract

Teknologi kini melahirkan kecerdasan-kecerdasan buatan yang baru telah membawa transformasi bisnis ritel terhadap preferensi konsumen menjadi lebih mudah dalam menentukan pilihan untuk mengkonsumsi barang dan jasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh retail intelligence dan retail innovation terhadap customer preference dengan variabel antara customer experience. Metode penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan model structural equation modeling (SEM). Teknik pengambilan sampel secara probability sampling dengan simple random sampling, dengan metode survei menggunakan google forms kepada sejumlah 100 orang responden di kota Tangerang. Berdasarkan hasil uji t-value pada model struktural terhadap kelima hipotesis yang diuji menunjukkan bahwa hanya satu hipotesis yang diterima atau signifikan yakni pengaruh retail innovation terhadap customer experience, sedangkan sisanya tidak signifkan.

Abstract

Damage to the packaging is a problem for entrepreneurs because the damage will result in reduced consumer confidence and interest in the product, this often occurs due to a lack of accuracy in product placement so that the packaging becomes damaged. On the other hand, this damage occurs because the packaging material does not match its contents, it can even occur because of the seller's negligence when putting the product in the packaging. This can be overcome by arranging packaging materials for products or goods so that they do not get damaged quickly and be careful when you want to wrap them, this research method uses a qualitative method. Many things are judged by a product, the packaging is a criterion in buying a product and packaging is also the main key for a company, sometimes it is not concerned with taste, only concerned with attractive packaging, and vice versa, even where consumers are concerned. these two things. Uniqueness is a challenge for companies in developing innovations and ideas to attract consumers with packaging. The basic concept of this research is to make packaging that is not easily damaged and attractive so that consumers are interested in the product. In Experimental Packaging, a new product to be released is getting a lot of positive opinions. This is the progress of the new product that will be issued by POJOK UMKM.

Abstract

Sebuah bisnis properti saat ini banyak diminati oleh masyarakat luas, salah satunya yaitu dibidang interior dan furniture. Perusahaan interior dan furniture pun semakin meningkat dengan banyaknya jumlah permintaan. Salah satu perusahaan interior dan furniture yang sedang berkembang adalah CV. Sigma Panongan. Saat ini perusahaan tersebut menghasilkan suatu produk yaitu berupa kitchen set, meja, kursi dan masih banyak lagi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu, untuk memberikan informasi dan mempromosikan produknya sehingga bisa meningkatkan kepercayaan kepada calon klien, relasi perusahaan, instansi dan masyarakat pada produk yang dihasilkan oleh CV. Sigma Panongan. Permasalahan yang terjadi yaitu promosi dilakukan hanya melalui mulut ke mulut, dengan memanfaatkan adanya media cetak sederhana seperti brosur, kartu nama, dan melakukan presentasi dengan menunjukkan print out portofolio produk perusahaan secara langsung kepada calon klien dan relasi, sehingga perusahaan dinilai kurang dikenal dibandingkan dengan pesaing pesaingnya yang telah menggunakan media promosi yang menarik, sehingga perusahaan membutuhkan strategi pemasaran yaitu video profile sebagai penunjang promosinya. Metodologi penelitian menggunakan pengumpulan data dengan dibuat menggunakan software Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 dan Adobe After Effect CS6 dan Konsep Produksi Media (KPM). Penelitian ini akan menciptakan sebuah perancangan video company profile dengan menyampaikan keseluruhan ruang lingkup perusahaan.

Abstract

Wisata kuliner kini semakin populer di kalangan masyarakat umum, khususnya mereka yang mencari destinasi kuliner dengan makanan enak, lokasi yang aman, dan fasilitas yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Video sebagai strategi saat menawarkan produk atau layanan untuk meningkatkan komunikasi dan menarik pelanggan untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Resto Gue BSD terletak di Pagedangan BSD, Tangerang. Masalahnya, restoran tersebut belum memiliki media video untuk mendukung iklannya. Media periklanan berupa spanduk, brosur, dan vlog konsumen sederhana, yang masih ketinggalan jaman dan tidak efektif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membantu restoran dalam memberikan informasi dan penawaran yang lebih lengkap serta update seperti profil, layanan dan fasilitas dengan mempublikasikan restoran melalui YouTube dan Instagram. Metode penelitian adalah pengumpulan data, perencanaan media dengan aplikasi paling andal Adobe Premiere CC 2019, Adobe After Effects CC 2019 dan Konsep Produksi Media (KPM), yaitu pra produksi, produksi dan pasca produksi. Media video ini memberikan informasi yang lengkap tentang berbagai layanan restoran, sehingga pelanggan, lingkungan, dan penduduk setempat sadar dan tertarik untuk menghadiri atau mengadakan acara dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan citra dan pendapatan restoran.

Abstract

This study explores the vital role of village tourism in fostering innovation and elevating the creative economy. Through enhancing tourist experiences and advancing local innovation, it investigates the intricate impacts of village tourism on innovation, the creative economy, and society. Utilizing a qualitative approach, 145 participants are engaged via surveys to analyze factors that influence Tourism Village: Environment (En), Economic (Ec), Socio-Culture (SC), Innovation Promotion (IP), and Tourism (Tr). Employing partial quadratic-structural equation modeling through SmartPLS, it examines how citizen engagement and tourism-induced economic gains influence psychological, social, and political empowerment, and place attachment. The findings emphasize village tourism's vast potential in driving innovation, igniting creativity, and contributing significantly to economic and social growth. Nonetheless, its sustainability relies on harmonizing social, economic, and environmental aspects. The study underscores the urgency of sustainable management for lasting benefits for locals and visitors alike. Synthesizing impacts, contributions, challenges, solutions, novel insights, and revelations, this research highlights village tourism's transformative power in propelling innovation-focused advancement in the creative economy, highlighting the necessity of responsible management approaches.

Abstract

Security and privacy of patient data are critical concerns in the healthcare system. This research aims to investigate the impact of implementing blockchain technology on enhancing the security and privacy of patient data in healthcare. Using the SmartPLS analysis method, this study empirically examines the relationships between blockchain technology implementation and data security and data privacy within the healthcare system. The research sample consists of healthcare organizations that have implemented blockchain technology for data management. Data is collected through surveys and analyzed using SmartPLS to assess the effects of blockchain technology on data security and privacy. The findings reveal the positive influence of blockchain technology implementation on enhancing the security and privacy of patient data. The study also identifies challenges, such as scalability and interoperability, that need to be addressed for successful implementation. This research contributes to the existing literature by providing empirical evidence on the benefits and challenges of implementing blockchain technology to safeguard patient data in healthcare systems.

Abstract

In the public key infrastructure, the certification authority is fully trusted, and the security of the public key infrastructure depends on the trust of the certification authority; however, recent attacks and corruption on the certification authority indicate that the certificate is forged when the certification authority fails . New solutions, blockchain-based public key infrastructure products and registry can repair vulnerabilities in public key infrastructure, especially weaker security systems. Proposals for infrastructure-based public key infrastructure. Public keys are still the target of global attacks. According to the registration of the target victim, it is signed as a temporary public key infrastructure based on the blockchain. High growth rates require permission to use the wallet. To solve this problem, this document introduces an integrated and responsible system for managing security certificates at the transport layer that represents the next generation of public key infrastructure.I merged two new architectures, introduced a new process, and created a registration and CA server. The domain owner has been notified. In supply chain management, the domain certificate signed by the CA is stored on the registration server, and the certificate server and the CA registration server are forwarded to the group that owns the domain. Compared with existing supply chain public key infrastructure products. The above-mentioned blockchain-based public key infrastructure scheme and registry are used for security and governance analysis.
