Abstract

Evaluation of Neutron Activation Analysis (NAA) methods performance has been done. The objective is to validate the data form these analysis on the determination of the trace element concentration in the waters and sediments. This evaluation covering test of devices stability, background counting, Figure of Merit (FOM), Critical Level (Lc), Detection Limit (LD), Determination Limit (LQ) and test of quality result. Result show that device in stabil condition  have background counting about 0.0037 to 0.1806 cps, Figure of Merit (FOM) about to 0.0045 to 0.1732 secon. The data result analysis above Critical Level (LC), in LC about 0.07 to 16.42 ppb. Detection Limit (LD) about 0.14 to 32.93 ppb in significant 95% expect Hg obtained LD 1.26 ppb. Determination Limit (LQ) about 0.44 to 100.10 ppb. Test of quality result show that of standardized difference about 15.17% to above 50% and Precision result analysis about 0.01% to 99.00%.   Keywords : NAA Methods, Trace element, devices stability, background counting, Figure of Merit (FOM), Critical Level (Lc), Detection Limit (LD), Determination Limit (LQ) and test of quality result.

Abstract

This research is conducted based on the interest to know how to actualize interest of talents of the field of the students, the landfill Roudlotul muta'allimin Jati Punggur lengkong Nganjuk, once it is known that the students who are educated in the TPA actually have a lot of potential based on their interests and talents. This research aims to describe the actualization of interest of talents of the field of the students TPA Roudlotul muta'allimin Jatipunggur. This research is a qualitative study using the ABCD (asset based community Development) approach conducted in Jatipunggur Lengkong Nganjuk village. Data collection is conducted at LANDFILL Roudlotul Muta'allimin in the local area by conducting interviews in-depth to informant, observations, documentation studies and recordings. The results of the analysis and interpretation of the research data mention that the potential of the students must be excavated and maximised by referring to the interests and talents they have.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang pentingnya pemasaran relasional yang berkualitas dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah Bank BSI di Bondowoso. Era globalisasi dan persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat menyebabkan perubahan signifikan dalam pendekatan pemasaran industri perbankan. Bank BSI di Bondowoso menyadari perlunya mempertahankan dan meningkatkan jumlah nasabah demi pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan usahanya. Oleh karena itu, mereka mengadopsi strategi kunci berupa pemasaran relasional yang berkualitas. Pemasaran relasional adalah pendekatan pemasaran yang berfokus pada pengembangan, pemeliharaan, dan pengembangan hubungan jangka panjang antara perusahaan dan pelanggan. Di Bank BSI Bondowoso, pemasaran relasional yang berkualitas meliputi layanan nasabah yang unggul, komunikasi yang efektif, kepercayaan yang kuat, kesesuaian produk dan layanan, serta penanganan keluhan dan permasalahan yang cepat dan efisien. Bank BSI di Bondowoso berkomitmen memberikan layanan nasabah yang unggul dengan memberikan pelayanan yang ramah, cepat, dan efisien. Selain itu, mereka menyadari pentingnya komunikasi yang efektif dengan pelanggan melalui berbagai saluran komunikasi. Kepercayaan yang kuat juga menjadi fokus utama mereka, dengan menjaga kerahasiaan informasi pelanggan dan menjamin keamanan transaksi. Bank juga mengutamakan kesesuaian produk dan layanan dengan kebutuhan nasabah melalui riset dan analisis pasar yang mendalam. Terakhir, penanganan keluhan dan masalah dengan cepat dan efisien juga merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pemasaran relasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif dengan melibatkan nasabah Bank BSI Bondowoso sebagai populasi penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang dirancang berdasarkan variabel-variabel yang berkaitan dengan kualitas pemasaran relasional. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik statistik deskriptif dan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas pemasaran relasional terhadap peningkatan jumlah nasabah Bank BSI di Bondowoso. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi Bank BSI Bondowoso dalam mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang efektif untuk meningkatkan jumlah nasabah. Implikasi dan rekomendasi praktis juga dibahas untuk memperkuat kualitas pemasaran relasional mereka

Abstract

Learning infrastructure is one of the supporting factors for vocational high school learning activities for the Computer and Informatics Engineering expertise program. Less effective learning media used by teachers as well as understanding and activeness of students in the learning process of this research background. The main objective of this research is to design and implement interactive multimedia based on Augmented reality with Auditory, Intellectually, and Repetition (AIR) learning models to determine the cognitive enhancement of students in learning network topology on basic computer and network subjects. Augmented reality-based interactive multimedia uses a comprehensive life cycle development model (SHM) and the research method used is quantitative with a sample of class X (ten) Multimedia students of SMK Negeri 1 Cipatat. From this research, the results obtained: (1) interactive multimedia is good and suitable for use. Obtained media value of 82% and material of 90.74% which is very well interpreted by media experts and subject teachers. (2) Interactive multimedia can improve students' cognitive with the acquisition of an average value of 0.697 with criteria that have "medium" criteria. (3) the students responded to the interactive multimedia learning media based on Augmented Reality, which was quite good, with a value of 80.24% and included in the “very good” category.

Abstract

Dengan membandingkan berbagai definisi Hybrid Warfare dari para Ahli, artikel ini membahas tentang karakteristik yang menonjol dari Hybrid Warfare, yaitu sinergi, ambiguitas, asimetri, gangguan inovatif dan perang psikologi. Selain itu, artikel ini juga membahas tantangan penggunaan Artificial Intelligence dalam Hybrid Warfare. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Hybrid War di zaman AI akan terlihat sangat berbeda dengan aspek kinetik perang menjadi lebih mematikan, tepat dan bertempo cepat, dan itu persaingan untuk kontrol dan dominasi data dan informasi akan menjadi sangat penting. Namun demikian, bukan berarti akan mengubah karakteristik atau sifat yang menonjol dari Hybrid Warfare. Untuk mengatasi tantangan Hybrid Warfare di era AI dengan lebih baik, kita perlu pemahaman yang lebih lengkap tentang Hybrid Warfare, dan bahkan doktrin operasional yang digabungkan AI sebagai komponen yang menonjol.

Abstract

Purpose: The aim of this research is to analyze the use of an artificial intelligence (AI)-based leveling system to determine the severity of autism spectrum disorders (ASD). Methods: The research method is a systematic literature review. This study addresses three key questions: (i) What factors are used to determine ASD severity? (ii) What algorithms or AI models are used in classifying ASD severity? (iii) What are the results of this AI-based leveling system in terms of severity levels or categories? Results: The study results identified several key factors that influence ASD severity, including age, IQ, genetic and neurological factors, co-occurring mental health conditions, and sociodemographic variables. Various AI algorithms, including machine learning and deep learning techniques, are used to classify the severity of ASD. The results of this study highlight the effectiveness of AI in providing objective, consistent, and measurable assessments of ASD severity, although challenges such as data quality and ethical considerations remain. AI-based leveling systems show significant potential in improving assessment and intervention processes for ASD. Novelty: This research systematically synthesizes studies on AI-driven ASD severity assessment, providing insights into crucial variables for AI-based evaluation tools. By analyzing the factors influencing severity and the effectiveness of AI models, this study identifies promising approaches for classification. The findings offer valuable contributions to the development of AI-based tools in clinical and educational applications. Further research is necessary to improve AI reliability, address biases, and maximize its potential in ASD assessment and intervention.
