Abstract

ABSTRACT PT Gerbang Indonesia Teknologi is a technology and information service provider company. One of the services offered is web development. Allianz Indonesia is collaborating with PT Gerbang Indonesia Teknologi to develop its main website, Allianz.co.id. One of Allianz's services is an investment. The most important thing in achieving investment objectives is financial planning. Allianz created a calculation formula for compiling education and pension financial planning using the Microsoft Office Excel application. The problem is not everyone knows how to count using Microsoft Office Excel applications, and the calculation formula is quite complicated. Creating of education and pension financial calculator application is expected to help the community to analyze and prepare financial planning based on the needs of education costs and pension funds in the future, which can be accessed through the Allianz.co.id website.The Creating of education and pension financial calculator applications applying the Scrum method. Scrum is suitable for use in creating this application because of the short processing time and the small number of teams. Scrum's activities include determining the product backlog, sprint, and demos. The creating of this application uses the Pimcore CMS based on the Symfony Framework.Education and pension financial calculator application provides features for calculating the cost of education needed, calculating the investment in education costs needed, calculating the monthly living expenses in pension, calculating the pension funds needed, calculating the pension fund investment needed, and sending an email detailing the results of calculations. ABSTRAK PT Gerbang Indonesia Teknologi merupakan perusahaan penyedia jasa layanan teknologi dan informasi. Salah satu jasa layanan yang ditawarkan yaitu web development. Allianz Indonesia bekerja sama dengan PT Gerbang Indonesia Teknologi untuk mengembangkan website utamanya yaitu Allianz.co.id. Salah satu layanan Allianz yaitu investasi. Hal yang terpenting untuk mencapai tujuan investasi salah satunya melakukan perencanaan finansial. Allianz membuat formula perhitungan untuk menyusun perencanaan finansial pendidikan dan pensiun menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office Excel. Permasalahannya tidak semua orang mengetahui cara menghitung menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office Excel dan formula perhitungannya cukup rumit. Pembuatan aplikasi kalkulator finansial pendidikan dan pensiun diharapkan dapat membantu masyarakat untuk menganalisa dan menyusun perencanaan finansial berdasarkan kebutuhan biaya pendidikan dan dana pensiun di masa depan, yang dapat diakses melalui website Allianz.co.id.Pembuatan aplikasi kalkulator finansial pendidikan dan pensiun menerapkan metode scrum. Scrum cocok digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini karena waktu pengerjaan yang singkat dan jumlah tim yang sedikit. Kegiatan scrum meliputi penentuan product backlog, sprint, dan demo. Pembuatan aplikasi ini menggunakan CMS Pimcore dengan basis Symfony Framework.Aplikasi kalkulator finansial pendidikan dan pensiun menyediakan fitur untuk kalkulasi biaya pendidikan yang dibutuhkan, kalkulasi investasi biaya pendidikan yang dibutuhkan, kalkulasi biaya hidup bulanan pada masa pensiun, kalkulasi dana pensiun yang dibutuhkan, kalkulasi investasi dana pensiun yang dibutuhkan, dan kirim email rincian hasil kalkulasi.

Abstract

ABSTRACTPT MNC Netrworks (MNC Radio Networks) developed an application called ROOV (Radio On The Move), an Android platform application that acts as an aggregator (collector) of almost all radio frequencies in Indonesia. ROOV users can listen to the radio on ROOV by streaming audio online. Kamus Ustadz is one of the entertainment and educational video content types of Islamic religious videos that are on ROOV. Kamus Ustadz is content that can attract public interest because it is entertaining and meaningful content.Kamus Ustadz presents Islamic religious content, which is delivered lightly through humorous interludes.In producing religious video content, Kamus Ustadz uses theoretical methods starting from Pre-Production, Production, then Post-Production combined with practical methods in the field. The results of the production of religious video content of the Ustadz Dictionary will be published on ROOV to be presented to ROOV users so that ROOV users can be entertained and educated. ABSTRAKPT MNC Networks (MNC Radio Networks) mengembangkan aplikasi bernama ROOV (Radio On The Move) yaitu aplikasi ber-platform Android yang bertindak sebagai aggregator (penghimpun) hampir seluruh frekuensi radio di Indonesia. Pengguna ROOV dapat mendengarkan radio di ROOV dengan cara streaming audio secara online.Kamus Ustadz merupakan salah satu konten video hiburan dan edukatif berjenis video religi Islam yang ada di ROOV. Kamus Ustadz merupakan konten yang dapat menarik minat khalayak umun karena merupakan konten yang menghibur dan bermanfaat. Kamus Ustadz menyajikan konten religi Islam yang penyampaian materinya disampaikan secara ringan melalui selingan humor.Dalam memproduksi konten video religi Kamus Ustadz digunakan metode teoritis yang dimulai dari Praproduksi, Produksi, kemudian Pascaproduksi yang dikombinasikan dengan metode praktis di lapangan. Hasil dari produksi konten video religi Kamus Ustadz akan dipublikasikan di ROOV untuk disajikan kepada pengguna ROOV sehingga pengguna ROOV dapat terhibur dan teredukasi.

Abstract

ABSTRACTIn IP-based networks with many users, a bandwidth usage regulation mechanism is needed to ensure service quality. Mikrotik RouterOS has a feature to run QoS known as queue. RouterOS uses the Hierarchichal Token Bucket (HTB) method as the main queue method. The results of the tests carried out show that HTB is able to provide traffic limitation facilities for each classification and guarantee or ensure the amount of bandwidth is less or equal to the predetermined amount. If there is unused bandwidth it can be used by a lower classification (borrowing mechanism).

Abstract

The digital transformation in higher education demands facility management systems that are efficient, transparent, and user-oriented. This is especially important for computer laboratory reservations, which are more complex technically and administratively than standard classroom bookings. At the Vocational School of IPB University, the manual reservation workflow caused schedule conflicts, limited visibility of availability, and difficulties in managing laboratories across multiple locations. This study aims to design and develop a web-based laboratory reservation system. The goal is to improve service effectiveness and user interaction by applying Design Science Research (DSR) methodology (a framework for creating and evaluating IT solutions) together with User-Centered Design (UCD) principles (methods focused on user needs and experience). System development included requirements analysis, Unified Modeling Language (UML—a system design notation), and UCD-based interface design, iterative prototyping, and both functional and usability evaluation. Black Box Testing (a method of checking that all features work as specified) showed 100% feature conformity, including a schedule-locking mechanism to prevent double booking. Usability was assessed using the System Usability Scale (SUS—a standard survey for usability), yielding a score of 82.3 (Excellent). This was accompanied by a 45% improvement in reservation efficiency compared to manual procedures. The findings demonstrate that the proposed system enhances administrative efficiency, improves transparency in room availability, and enhances the user experience. Academically, this work contributes a validated DSR–UCD model for usability-driven system development. Practically, it offers a scalable and replicable solution for managing laboratory reservations in multi-location vocational education environments.
