Abstract

ABSTRACT The Indonesian Center for Agricultural Technology Assessment and Development (BBP2TP) is a Research, study and development center for agricultural technology that houses 31 Agricultural Technology Assessment Centers (BPTP) in regions that produce location-specific agricultural technology. BBP2TP is a means to convey information about agricultural products from farmers, researchers and extension workers to the public by using electronic media in the form of news, articles, powerpoint slides and printed media in the form of brochures and books in terms of providing information and documentation. Based on this, several multimedia products were made such as posters, video tutorials, and video documentation of activities.The method used in making this multimedia product was made according to what was done during the Field Work Practices (PKL) at BBP2TP both when working on posters, video tutorials and video documentation of activities. There are four stages: observation, data collection, editing, and testing. ABSTRAK Balai Besar Pengkajian dan Pengembangan Teknologi Pertanian (BBP2TP) adalah Balai penelitian, pengkajian dan pengembangan teknologi pertanian yang menaungi 31 Balai Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian (BPTP) di daerah yang menghasilkan teknologi pertanian spesifik lokasi. BBP2TP menjadi sarana untuk menyampaikan informasi tentang produk pertanian dari petani, peneliti dan penyuluh kepada masyarakat dengan menggunakan media elektronik berupa berita, artikel, slide powerpoint dan media cetak berupa brosur dan buku dalam hal pemberian informasi dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka dibuatlah beberapa produk multimedia seperti poster, video tutorial, dan video dokumentasi kegiatan.Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan produk multimedia ini dibuat sesuai dengan apa yang dilakukan saat Praktik Kerja Lapang (PKL) di BBP2TP baik saat mengerjakan poster, video tutorial maupun video dokumentasi kegiatan. Terdapat empat tahapan yaitu observasi, pengumpulan data, proses penyuntingan, dan pengujian.

Abstract

ABSTRAKServer yang terdapat di Sekolah Vokasi Institut Pertanian Bogor (SV-IPB) diinstal Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment (MOODLE) yang merupakan aplikasi e-learning berbasis web. MOODLE membutuhkan database yang berfungsi sebagai sebuah sistem penyimpanan data dari berbagai aktivitas yang dilakukan. Database server yang tersedia di SV-IPB berupa single database server. SV-IPB memiliki 17 program studi, jumlah mahasiswa Sekolah Vokasi untuk tiga angkatan sekitar 6 300 mahasiswa, hal tersebut bisa menyebabkan pengaksesan layanan MOODLE dan beban yang ditanggung server menjadi tinggi. Mengatasi masalah tersebut salah satu solusinya diimplementasikan teknologi database cluster pada server SV-IPB serta membuat sebuah server load balancing. Pembuatan database cluster menggunakan aplikasi Galera Cluster, serta digunakan HAProxy sebagai load balancer yang berperan sebagai pembagi beban antar database server dalam database cluster. Ketika database server down maka ada database server lain yang dapat menggantikan tugas dari database server yang down tersebut.Kata Kunci : Database Cluster, Galera Cluster, HAProxy, Multi-master, MySQL ABSTRACTThe server in the Vocational School, Bogor Agricultural University (SV-IPB) is installed with Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment (MOODLE) which is a web-based e-learning application. MOODLE requires a database that functions as a data storage system for various activities carried out. The database server available at SV-IPB is a single database server. SV-IPB has 17 study programs, the number of Vocational School students for three batches is around 6 300 students, this can cause access to MOODLE services and the burden on the server to be high. One of the solutions to overcome this problem is to implement database cluster technology on the SV-IPB server and create a load balancing server. Creating a cluster database using the Galera Cluster application, and using HAProxy as a load balancer that acts as a load divider between database servers in the database cluster. When the database server is down, there is another database server that can replace the task of the down database server.Keyword: Database Cluster, Galera Cluster, HAProxy, Multi-master, MySQL

Abstract

Graphic products are expected to make it easier for lecturers of IPB University Vocational Schools to make exams and materials for online learning. The method used in several stages, including preproduction, production and testing. The motion graphics product that will be made is the steps for making exams and materials in the LMS of the IPB University vocational school in two-dimensional multimedia. The steps for making exams and materials may already have guidelines in writing, but they need to be made in graphic form which is presented in visual form. Making motion graphics requires hardware and software with certain specifications.

Abstract

College of Vocational IPB University (SV-IPB) uses a client-server system as an information technology architecture. The server provides several services that are used to assist the teaching and learning process at the IPB Vocational School. The application used to provide services is the Modular Object-Oriented Dynamic Learning Environment (MOODLE) which is used for e-learning. SV-IPB provides two Virtual Machines which are used as a web server and a database server. The use of a single web server to replace the request is certainly less stable because there is no web server to back it up so that the service will stop. This situation states that the use of a single web server does not have high information (high available). To overcome this problem, the cluster technology can be used to group several web servers in SV-IPB. The web server clustering technology used is the Gluster File System (GlusterFS) with the volume type used, namely Distributed-replicated volume. Based on the tests that have been carried out, this project can solve the problem that has been described earlier that "one web server is down, there is still another web server that can so that the client request process does not stop. In addition, the clustering technology used is required for the use of load balancing web servers so that it can reduce the load on each server because the request process will be sent alternately between web servers.

Abstract

Fish feeding is one of the things that needs to be considered in aquaculture so that the fish produced are of high quality. Activities in fisheries at the Sokasi IPB school, the majority of which are still carried out manually, are fish feeding activities. Based on these problems, a system was designed that can control and monitor the process of feeding and supplying fish feed automatically using nodeMCU ESP8266. The tool can be accessed anywhere and anytime through the Blynk app. It is hoped that this tool can be used as a solution so that fish feeding activities in the Fisheries of the IPB Vocational School become faster, easier, and more efficient. Fish are fed according to the scheduled time with an appropriate dose. The process of feeding fish and feed supplies can be monitored remotely through the Blynk application. Alerts in the form of notifications and alarm sounds coming from the buzzer will be active if the value of the feed supply is smaller than 5 cm. The error value processed from the test is 0%.

Abstract

SV IPB University has an LMS server to support online learning. The server contains an E-learning server application and a MOODLE database. When the MOODLE server serves many requests, it can cause the load received to be quite large. Server backup and load balanching are made to support server performance in serving clients. Server load balancer functions to distribute data traffic across two or more connection paths so that requests from clients can be routed evenly to each active server. The Load Balancing method used is Round Robin.Testing was carried out by clients by accessing the MOODLE LMS page through a load balancer server supported by two active MOODLE LMS servers. Based on the tests that have been done, the load balancer server successfully forwarded the request to the two MOODLE LMS servers, because when refreshed (F5) the website page displayed always alternates. It can be concluded that when the Web LMS is accessed, the load balancer successfully directs client requests to 2 MOODLE LMS servers in turn.

Abstract

Penggunaan teknologi web berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) di sektor pariwisata diperlukan untuk mendukung pemasaran. Web Market dibuat untuk kebutuhan market di Curug Cikoneng yang mengintegrasikan alat scan tiket berbasis ESP32-CAM yang menggabungkan teknologi pengembangan web dan IoT. Pembuatan Website bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan bagi pengunjung serta pengelola tempat pariwisata Curug Cikoneng. Fokus utamanya adalah memberikan pengalaman lebih baik melalui penyediaan informasi terkait Curug Cikoneng, layanan pembelian tiket, dan promosi produk UMKM lokal. Integrasi alat scan tiket melibatkan penerapan teknologi pemrosesan gambar untuk pengambilan dan verifikasi otomatis tiket masuk. Website yang dibuat mempermudah calon pengunjung membeli tiket secara online untuk masuk ke Curug Cikoneng secara cepat dan efisien serta dapat mengurangi waktu antrian dipembelian tiket. Pembuatan web market dan integrasi alat scan tiket mencerminkan konsep teknologi modern yang mendukung pengelola dalam mengelola arus pengunjung dengan lebih efektif. Website yang dibuat memberikan kemudahan pengunjung dalam membeli tiket sehingga dapat meningkatkan daya tarik.

Abstract

In relation to the threat of drought, it is necessary to do a drought analysis to evaluate the drought that has occurred. Another disaster caused by water drought is forest fires. The purpose of this study using the prototype of a Forest Fire Detection Tool (FFDT) are to early detection of forest fires and providing Short Message Service (SMS) notification of forest fires to the officer. The method of this study used a prototype of a FFDT with SMS Notification. This tool is controlled using the ATmega328 microcontroller or better known as Arduino Uno R3 and also the GSM 800L v2 module so that this tool will provide notification to forest guards in the form of sirens and SMS sounds when there are indications of smoke or fire that are identical to the event of a forest fire. Monitoring uses fire sensors, namely fire for the detection of flames that are often associated with forest fires and uses sensors as soon as possible, namely MQ2 and MQ9, all of which are equipped in one device, a forest fire detector using the Arduino Mega microcontroller. When there is a good sign that the flame or as soon as possible is read, the tool will send an SMS notification to the forest officer, the process of sending the SMS makes the fire process can detect even though it is still in a small condition or not widened.
