Abstract

This research aims to:determine the effect together of cultural variables, social variables, private variables and psychological variables on purchasing decisions; determine the partial effect of cultural variables, social variables, private variables and psychological variables on the decision pembalian; determine the most dominant variable in influencing purchasing decisions. This research used explanatory research. The sample was 102 students participating in an internship program at GraPARI Apprentice  Telkomsel Telkomsel Malang. Data collection methods used in this study was a questionnaire. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis.Results from the study showed that: there is SimPATI efect of on cultural variables, social variables, private variables and psychological variables on purchasing decisions, the partial effect of cultural variables, social variables, private variables and psychological variables the purchasing decision, psychological variables is the most dominant variable among other variables in influencing the purchase decision Keywords: cultural, social, private, psychological, purchasing decisions ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menjelaskan:  untuk mengetahui pengaruh bersama-sama dari variabel budaya, variabel sosial, variabel pribadi dan variabel psikologis terhadap keputusan pembelian; untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dari variabel budaya, variabel sosial, variabel pribadi, dan variabel psikologis terhadap keputusan pembalian; untuk mengetahui variabel yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian.Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 102 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa peserta magang Telkomsel Apprentice  Program di GraPARI Telkomsel Malang. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah angket. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dan analisis regresi linier berganda.Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: adanya pengaruh secara bersama-sama dari variabel budaya, variabel sosial, variabel pribadi dan variabel psikologis terhadap keputusan pembelian, adanya pengaruh secara parsial dari variabel budaya, variabel sosial, variabel pribadi dan variabel psikologis terhadap keputusan pembelian , variabel psikologis adalah variabel yang paling dominan diantara variabel lainnya dalam mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian. Kata kunci : budaya, sosial, pribadi, psikologis, keputusan pembelian

Abstract

This article discusses the role of character and mindset in shaping entrepreneurial intention, which is an important factor in starting and managing a business. This literature review examines 20 articles published between 2005 and 2023, using article selection techniques based on inclusion and exclusion criteria involving research relevant to the topics of entrepreneurship, character, and mindset. The method used is a systematic literature review with the PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) procedure to ensure rigor in the selection and evaluation of appropriate articles. The results of the literature review show that strong character traits, such as perseverance, creativity, and the courage to take risks, provide a solid foundation for individuals to face entrepreneurial challenges. On the other hand, a growth mindset encourages individuals to view failure as an opportunity to learn, rather than as an obstacle. Previous research indicates that these two factors are interrelated, where good character strengthens the growth mindset, and the growth mindset reinforces character. This article also suggests that entrepreneurship education should place greater emphasis on developing positive character traits and mindsets to enhance entrepreneurial intention, as well as the importance of social support in shaping individuals who are ready to face business challenges.
