Abstract

Investments that serves efficient stock investing is to consider the factors that may affectthe return on the stock. With the CAPM method, investors can gauge the stock's performance in determining the level of expectation of return (expected return) of a security and minimize investment risk. This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. The population in this study are all companies go public insurance sectors listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2014. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. Based on predetermined criteria, acquired 7 shares of insurance companies sampled in this study. The results showed that there are 6 shares of companies included in the group efficiently share and 1 share of companies included in the group of stocks is not efficient. Efficient stock group has a rate of return of individuals ( )is greater than the expected rate [E( )]. Investment decisions should be taken by investors are buying the shares. Group shares are not efficient to have people return rate ( )is smaller than the expected rate [E( )]. Investment decisions should be taken by investors is to sell these shares before the stock price fell. Keywords: Expected Return, Risk, Investment Decisions, Stock Inefficient.  ABSTRAK Investasi yang menyajikan saham efisien adalah investasi yang mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi return pada saham tersebut. Dengan metode CAPM, investor dapat mengukur kinerja saham dalam menentukan tingkat harapan pengembalian (expected return) dari suatu sekuritas dan meminimalisir risiko investasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan sektor asuransi go-public yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada periode 2012-2014. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode purposive sampling. Berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan, diperoleh 7 saham perusahaan asuransi yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 6 saham perusahaan yang termasuk dalam kelompok saham efisien dan 1 saham perusahaan termasuk dalam kelompok saham tidak efisien. Kelompok saham efisien memiliki tingkat pengembalian individu ( ) lebih besar daripada tingkat pengembalian yang diharapkan [E( )]. Keputusan investasi yang harus diambil investor adalah membeli saham tersebut. Kelompok saham tidak efisien memiliki tingkat pengembalian individu ( ) lebih kecil daripada tingkat pengembalian yang diharapkan [E( )].  Keputusan investasi yang harus diambil investor adalah menjual saham tersebut sebelum harga saham turun. Kata kunci: Expected Return, Risiko,Keputusan Investasi, Saham Tidak Efisien.

Abstract

The research of Javanese and Balinese ancient script have been done by some researches. However, the researches still have problems, such as image scaling, noise reduction and image transformation. This research implemented moment invariant and support vector machine to solve these problems especially on Sasak ancient script. The input data used in this research was 2700 handwritten Sasak ancient script. The testing was done to know the effect of thinning and the number of feature by using zoning on the classification performance. Accuracy is used as performance indicator. The highest average accuracy is 89.76%, on the second scenario, the average accuracy obtained is 92.52%.

Abstract

The Human Development Index (HDI) is a regional or national welfare index based on three aspects, namely a long and healthy life, knowledge, and a decent standard of living. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the HDI of Regency/City in the Province of the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY) in 2016-2021. These factors include poverty rates, average length of schooling, gross regional domestic product, and health complaints. The analysis used is panel data regression. The influencing factors are the variable of poverty level, average length of schooling and gross regional domestic product.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the understanding of grade 5 MI Al-Barokah students about the learning media of the human digestive system through the application of visual media innovation. A qualitative approach was used in this study with observation techniques and analysis of the teaching and learning process. The results showed that the utilization of visual media was able to help students understand the interactive media learning of the human digestive system more optimally. Students can visually imagine the course of the digestive process and understand various related concepts more clearly. The findings also show that visual media can foster interest and increase student learning motivation. The implication of this study suggests that teachers consider using visual media as an alternative learning strategy in con veying scientific concepts. Abstract

Present Perfect Tense merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam tata Bahasa Inggris yang memainkan peran krusial dengan menghubungkan peristiwa masa lalu dengan situasi masa kini. Peresentasi ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam mengenai struktur, fungsi, dan penggunaan Present Perfect Tense, serta perbedaannya dengan tenses lain seperti Simple Past dan Present Continous. Teks ini digunakan untuk menyatakan pengalaman, tindakan yang baru saja selesai, serta perubahan yang terjadi dari waktu ke waktu. Melalui analisis kualitatif juga akan menguraikan konjugasi kata kerja regular dan tidak beraturan dalam bentuk Present Perfect, serta penggunaan kata keterangan waktu seperti “Just”, “Already”, dan “Yet”. Selain itu, akan mengeksplorasi aplikasi praktis dalam percakapan sehari hari dan tulisan formal. Dengan peningkatan pemahaman mengenai Present Perfect Tense, diharapkan dapat memperbaiki keterampilan berbahasa Inggris mereka, meningkatkan kejelasan dan ketepatan komunikasi yang baik dalam konteks akademis maupun profesional.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the low level of achievement of students' mathematics learning mastery, which based on student learning outcomes did not reach the KKM score. This research aims to describe the relationship between learning motivation and learning independence with mathematics learning outcomes; 2) knowing the achievement of learning outcomes in differentiated learning can help students achieve the minimum completeness criteria (KKM). This research method is correlation research with a quantitative approach. The research population was all fourth grade students at SDN 27 Singkawang. The sample in this research was class IV A students at SDN 27 Singkawang, totaling 29 students. Data was obtained through learning outcomes test instruments as well as questionnaires on student learning motivation and learning independence. The data analysis techniques used are Pearson product moment correlation, multiple correlation, and one sample t-test. The results of the research show that 1) There is a relationship between learning motivation and student learning outcomes, obtained by the Pearson product moment correlation coefficient of 0.783 which is in the strong relationship category. 2) There is a relationship between learning independence and student mathematics learning outcomes obtained by the Pearson product moment correlation coefficient. amounting to 0.902 which is in the strong relationship category. 3) There is a relationship between learning motivation and learning independence and student learning outcomes, resulting in a multiple correlation coefficient of 0.906 which is in the relationship category. 4) From the results of calculating student learning outcomes data, the coefficient results are one sample t-test with Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) = 0.000, then 0.000 < 0.05 so it can be concluded that the ability to understand concepts in differentiated learning can help class IV A students at SDN 27 Singkawang achieve the minimum completeness criteria (KKM).
