Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk membuat dan menghasilkan sebuah media pembelajaran diorama siklus air, memberi petunjuk tentang kelayakan media serta memberikan pembelajaran dan pengetahuan melalui media pembelajaran diorama siklus air ini. Penelitian dibuat menggunakan metode R&D (Research and Development). Pada penelitian ini, kami menggunakan model ADDIE yaitu analisis, desain, development, implementasi dan evaluasi. Pada tahap analisis, kami melakukan beberapa analisis terhadap kebutuhan dan keperluan dikembangkannya media diorama siklus hidrologi dengan melalui kunjungan observasi dan wawancara ke MI Al-Hidayah. Selanjutnya pada tahap desain kami membuat rancangan sketsa sementara dalam pengembangan media diorama siklus hidrologi. Selanjutnya pada tahap development media tersebut dikembangkan sesuai dengan rancangan yang sudah di buat. Setelah itu media ini memasuki tahap Implementasi terhadap peserta didik kelas V MI Al-Hidayah dan yang terakhir adalah evluasi terhadap pembelajaran yang sudah disampaikan melalui media diorama siklus hidrologi dengan membuat soal essay.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how effective smart clothing is in improving students' understanding of basic energy concepts in grade 3 of SDN Kaliwates 2 Jember. Smart Clothing Media consists of clothing cards with different energy images that help students understand the material visually and kinesthetically through grouping activities and group discussions. This study was conducted through a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type used. Interviews, documentation, and observation are data collection methods. The results of the study indicate that the use of this media can increase students' interest in learning, students' active involvement in learning, and their understanding of the material. Smart Clothing Media is considered effective because it presents material in a concrete, interactive, and fun way, thus supporting the achievement of science learning objectives optimally.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the understanding of grade 5 MI Al-Barokah students about the learning media of the human digestive system through the application of visual media innovation. A qualitative approach was used in this study with observation techniques and analysis of the teaching and learning process. The results showed that the utilization of visual media was able to help students understand the interactive media learning of the human digestive system more optimally. Students can visually imagine the course of the digestive process and understand various related concepts more clearly. The findings also show that visual media can foster interest and increase student learning motivation. The implication of this study suggests that teachers consider using visual media as an alternative learning strategy in con veying scientific concepts.
