Abstract

This study discusses the Marriage Age Limit Provisions According to Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage (Case Study in the Gresik Religious Court), this research is based on the number of divorce cases in the Gresik Religious Court, which are still dominated by productive age, Seeing the phenomenon, those who generally immature, not adequately prepared to enter the world of marriage, the marriage dispensation granted in a religious court on the lives of those who are married has both positive and negative effects. The positive impact of preventing adultery is that the opposing side is prone to disputes because those relatively young certainly have different thoughts from those who have grown up. This study examines and analyses the age limit's application for marriage and analyses the judges' considerations in examining and determining marital dispensation cases in the Gresik Religious Court. To answer the problem, the writer uses socio-legal research methods. The data used were sourced from legislation, literature study, and scholars' opinions and data obtained from the Gresik Religious Court. The study results show that applying the age limit for marriage is less practical or cannot be fully used to the people in the Gresik Religious Court's jurisdiction. This is indicated by the high number of marriage dispensation requests in the Gresik Religious Court. Secondly, the Judge's consideration in examining the case for a marriage dispensation request at the Gresik Religious Court was under the procedures set out in Perma Number 5/2019. Abstract

Abstrak Telah dilakukan isolasi kitin dari cangkang kepiting laut (Portunus pelagicus Linn.) yang digunakan sebagai fasa padat dalam Adsorpsi kompleks tris(1,10-fenantrolin)besi(II). Optimasi berat kitin dan penentuan eluen yang sesuai telah dipelajari dalam penelitian ini dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan recovery kompleks yang optimum. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa spektra Inframerah dari kitin hasil isolasi memberikan bilangan gelombang yang hampir sama dengan kitin standar. Penentuan kadar abu, kadar nitrogen dan kadar karbon serta derajat deasetilasi dari hasil analisis kitin hasil isolasi memberikan hasil yang memenuhi syarat kitin standar. Berat kitin optimum untuk adsorpsi kompleks [Fe(phen)3]2+ 0,4 ppm adalah 0,2 g yang memberikan % recovery sekitar 55,56% dan eluen yang sesuai adalah campuran etanol : HCl (6 : 4, v/v). Kata Kunci: Isolasi kitin, Adsorpsi, Besi, 1,10-fenantrolin dan Eluen. Abstrack The isolated crab shell chitin from the sea crab (Portunus pelagicus Linn.) for solid-phase extraction  [Fe(1,10-phenantroline)3]2+complex based. The weight optimized of chitin and searched of eluent were compatible. The result showed that infrared spectra of the isolated chitin has similar characteristic absorption with that of the standard chitin. The measurement of ash contents, nitrogen contents, and carbon contents and de-acetylated degrees from analysis result of the isolated chitin up to the standard chitin. The weight optimized of chitin used for solid-phase extraction of 0.4 ppm trace(1.10-phenanthroline)iron(II) complex are 0.2 g with % recovery 55,56% and the eluent compatible are the mixed ethanol: HCl (6:4, v/v).   Keywords: Chitin isolation, Adsorption, Iron, 1,10-phenantroline and Eluent.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kemampuan literasi sains siswa pada materi hukum-hukum dasar kimia di sekolah-sekolah di Jakarta Selatan dengan menggunakan acuan awal nilai Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) 2013 provinsi DKI Jakarta yang selanjutnya setiap sekolah dikelompokkan dalam strata atas, strata tengah, dan strata bawah. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 29, 47, 66, 74, dan 87 di Jakarta Selatan pada tanggal 7 Juli sampai 15 Agustus 2015. Disain penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei dengan target populasi 96 siswa berdasarkan teknik sampling berstrata. Framework literasi sains yang digunakan terdiri dari literasi nominal, fungsional, konseptual, dan multidimensional. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi kuesioner, uraian terbuka, dan esai. Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analsis data ditemukan bahwa nilai rata-rata kemampuan literasi sains siswa dari strata atas menunjukkan bahwa mereka memiliki kemampuan literasi nominal, konseptual, dan multidimensional lebih tinggi dari siswa strata bawah dan tengah. Nilai rata-rata kemampuan literasi sains siswa dari strata bawah memiliki kemampuan literasi fungsional yang lebih tinggi dari siswa strata atas dan tengah.

Abstract

This research was conducted because of the low critical thinking skills of students caused by the inappropriate use of learning models. POGIL and GI learning model is used as a learning model in accordance with the curriculum 2013. Where is aims to determine whether or not there is a difference application oflearning model Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning (POGIL) with Guided Inquiry (GI) learning model in students critical thinking skills on chemical equilibrium material. This research was conducted at SMAN 101 West Jakarta. The research method used in this research is experimental method, with research design the static group pretest-posttest design. The samples were taken by sampling purposive and divided into two experimental groups that is POGIL experimental group and GI experimental group. The technique of collecting data obtained through test instrument in essay form as many as 15 item which then analyzed by using t-test. The result of t-test is obtained by sig. 2-tailed = 0.000 and significant level (a) = 0.05. So that sig. 2-tailed smaller than significant (a) (0.000 <0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. This shows that there are significant differences in the application of learning model Process Oriented Guided Inquiry Learning (POGIL) with learning model Guided Inquiry (GI) in students critical thinking skills. The results of this study can be used as a recommendation of innovative learning models in teaching and learning activities in the classroom. Abstract

A Fluidized Bed Dryer (FBD) is one of the most efficient and prominent moisture-reducing dryers in the food, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. This work investigates changes in moisture content and drying rate in the FBD with a dense bed as a perforated plate and uses an indirect heating medium. Here the air flows by the blower and acts as a dryer after passing through the heater to reduce the moisture content contained in the material. Qisthi Hindi can be used as herbal medicine for several diseases such as asthma, cough, diabetes, and liver and stomach problems. It can even be consumed during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Qisthi Hindi root has a fairly high calcium and protein content, so drying must be carried out at moderate temperatures because it is a heat-sensitive material. Drying using FBD is carried out at temperatures ranging from 50-100 °C. On air drying at 50 °C, the protein content increased by 3.13%, calcium content increased by 29% from the levels before drying, and water content decreased by 5.3%. At the drying air temperature of 100 °C, the protein content decreased to 3.87%, and the calcium content decreased by 15% from drying at 50 °C. FBD reduced the moisture content significantly in Qisthi Hindi, which is heat sensitive.

Abstract

This study aims to develop LKPD based on a scientific approach to the colloid concept for the practice of making green mussel shell crackers. This type of research was conducted using the Four-D model which was adapted from Thiagarajan which consisted of four stages: define, design, development, and disseminate. However, this research is limited only to the development stage. The LKPD eligibility criteria developed were reviewed from several aspects, namely the feasibility aspect of the content, the presentation feasibility aspect, the language aspect, the graphic aspect, the teacher and student responses. The product has been validated and continued with a limited trial phase was carried out on 16 high school/MA chemistry teachers in the Jabodetabek area and 36 students in class XII science at SMAN 4 Tangerang City. Data were collected using a validation questionnaire which was prepared using the Guttman scale and the teacher and student response sheets were compiled using a Likert scale. The results of the limited trial through the teacher's response questionnaire to the LKPD developed were 86%; and the results of the student questionnaire of 83.5% which are included in the very good category and are suitable for use in learning the colloid concept.

Abstract

Divorce cases in Indonesia are increasing, this has also resulted in many male parents (fathers) ignoring their responsibilities to their children. In connection with legal provisions, children must still receive their rights as children based on Article 45 paragraph 1 of Law no. 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage which states "Both parents are obliged to care for and educate their children as best as possible". The aim of this research is to analyze and identify parents' responsibilities towards children after divorce, as well as legal efforts that can be taken to guarantee children's rights. This research uses normative legal research methods, with a statutory regulation approach and secondary data as research references. The research results show that parents' responsibilities towards children after divorce include the responsibility to meet the child's living needs, provide emotional support, and provide adequate education and teaching. Legal efforts that can be taken to guarantee children's rights include efforts to settle outside of court and submitting a petition to court. In this case, the court can decide on matters relating to children's rights, such as custody, maintenance and the interests of the child as a whole. This research provides a more comprehensive view of the legal issues relating to parental responsibility after divorce. In addition, this research can provide insight to the public on the importance of safeguarding children's rights and welfare in the context of divorce, while encouraging awareness of the responsibility of parents in providing the necessary protection and support for the optimal development of their children.

Abstract

The existence of this determination analysis is because the author wants to know how the panel of judges decides the case of determining the adoption of a child (tabanni) at the Surabaya Religious Court. In this case, the author uses a qualitative research method to find out the analysis of the judge's decision at the Surabaya Religious Court regarding the case of determining the adoption of a child (tabanni) by conducting observations and viewing several decisions on the Surabaya Religious Court website. From here, the author then conducted an analysis, after conducting research, the author concluded that tabanni and adoption both have the meaning of adopting a child, but the difference is that adoption is adopting a child and considering the child as a legitimate child (biological child) if tabanni is adopting a child but does not consider the child as a legitimate child (biological child)

Abstract

Student misconception is one of the important concerns in educational research because it is disturbing students to understand the scientific concepts in learning. Misconceptions often occur in Chemistry learning, one of them on the concept of Buffer Solution. This study aims to identify students' misconception on the concept of Buffer Solution using Four-Tier Multiple-Choice (4TMC) test instrument in SMA Negeri South of Tangerang. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The study was conducted on 07 August to 05 September 2019. The subjects of this study are the students of XII grade MIPA program in SMA Negeri South of Tangerang academic year 2019/2020 with the number of samples 134 students taken from four classes using the technique of Cluster Random Sampling. The research data was obtained from the students' answers on the 4TMC test questions. The data is processed based on the pattern of student answers are then grouped into the category of student understanding that is misconception, lack of knowledge, error, and understand the concept. The results showed that there was a misconception with a percentage (48,51%), and significant misconceptions identified in 2 of 5 subconcepts of Buffer Solution investigated, they are the subconcept of Buffer Solution Calculation (14.92%), The Role Of Buffer Solutions In The Body Of Living Things (15.67%). The result of the identification of student misconception is expected to identify misconceptions that occur in the students to be handled more quickly so as not to impede the students in learning. Abstract

This study aimed to determine student’s knowledge and science competence based on socio-scientific issues (SSI) of colloidal system material. A total of 313 class XII students in four schools representing South Tangerang City High School participated in this study. Sampling was done using cluster random sampling technique. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive method with survey research. The instruments used were 22 essay questions. The obtained quantitative data were analyzed by scoring and converted into percentages. Based on the results of the study, it showed that the scientific literacy ability of students on aspects of science knowledge and competence is in quite good category with the percentage of achievement obtained respectively at 58.39% and 57.89%.
