Abstract

This research is a survey conducted on 500 people in the city of Surabaya. The purpose of this research was to assess the level of financial inclusion and financial literacy in the community of Surabaya City. So it can be known how much knowledge people of Surabaya towards the use of products services banking and financial institutions. This Research was conducted in the community of Surabaya City, because Surabaya is a business city and trading town in East Java. This research method using descriptive qualitative research that can be clearly describe on the level of financial inclusion and financial literacy in the community of Surabaya City. The results of this research are the level of financial inclusion in the community of Surabaya City is very high at 73.6% and level of financial literacy shows excellent condition in which the community knowledge about the products of financial institutions is quite good and can be implemented well.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to examine the effect of knowledge, skills and selfefficacy on the performance of student entrepreneurship. The research method is quantitative research. The object of this research is the students of Widya Kartika University who already have business as many as 45 students. The results of this research is the variable of knowledge does not affect the performance of student entrepreneur significantly, but the variable of skill and self-efficacy effect on the performance of student entrepreneurship significantly. From the results of the analysis, it can be seen that knowledge cannot be relied upon to improve the performance of entrepreneurship, on the contrary, good skills and high confidence of students greatly affect the performance of student entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Abstract: The large number of unemployed college graduates had become a big problem for the education world. Moreover, the imbalance that happened between the number of job vacancies and the work demands, made many university graduates work in the field which was not in accordance to the knowledge they had learned. In order to overcome these conditions, an entrepreneurial learning needed to be improved in the college. This improvement is hoped to create independent entrepreneurial students based on the acience and technology which later would be able to provide the job opportunities and develop the value of products and services. To achieve this situation, a model of entrepreneurial development which consisted of these three activities: the entrepreneurial education, the internship experience in the association companies, and the entrepreneurial prac- tices was proven in increasing the students’ success of students in starting a business based on science and technology.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkaji hubungan analisis Fundamental yang terdiri Return On Asset , Return On Equity  dan Earning Per Share  Terhadap Harga saham Pertambangan  di  Bursa  Efek  Indonesia.    Penelitian  ini  mengambil  sampel  sebanyak  21 perusahaan tambang yang terdaftar di bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2009 sampai dengan Tahun  2011.  Adapun  hasil  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  Return  On  Asset    mempunyai pengaruh  positif    tidak  signifikan  terhadap  harga  saham  sedangkan    Return  On  Equity  mempunyai  pengaruh  negatif   tidak  signifikan terhadap  harga  saham  serta  Earning  Per Share  berpengaruh  positif  dan  Signifikan  terhadap  harga  saham  pada  perusahaan pertambangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia.Kata Kunci : Analysis Fundamental

Abstract

Analisa Keputusan Konsumen Dalam Pembelian Produk Masker Medis Sensi di Wabah Covid-19 di Surabaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisa keputusan konsumen dalam pembelian produk masker medis sensi di wabah covid-19 di Surabaya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah semua konsumen yang pernah melakukan pembelian masker medis minimal satu bulan satu kali. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 10 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan purposive sampling. Dan mendapatkan hasil bahwa faktor kenyamanan, jumlah lapisan, dan brand yang menjadi faktor konsumen dalam pembelian produk masker medis sensi di Surabaya.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji bagaimana pengaruh nilai buku harga saham (X1), return on equity (X2), dan earning per share (X3) terhadap harga saham (Y) pada perusahaan real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. untuk melihat apakah itu mempengaruhi Populasi penelitian adalah 77 perusahaan real estate dengan sampel 42 perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari idx.co.id yang meliputi data yang digunakan dari tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2020. Survei ini dilakukan pada tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif yang diolah dalam SPSS 23.0 dengan menggunakan model regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa price-to-book ratio dan earning per share berpengaruh positif besar terhadap harga saham, sedangkan return on equity berpengaruh negatif besar terhadap harga saham. Nilai buku harga, pengembalian ekuitas, dan laba per saham semuanya memiliki dampak positif yang besar terhadap harga saham, dengan 53,2% berkontribusi terhadap pembentukan harga dan sisanya 46,8% berasal dari faktor lain. Harga saham memiliki hubungan kategoris atau erat yang kuat dengan price/earning ratio, return on equity, dan earning per share dengan nilai R sebesar 0,729.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Customer Engagement (CE) dan Electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) terhadap Brand Awareness (BA) pada merek fashion lokal Indonesia dalam konteks ekonomi digital. Dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan pendekatan Partial Least Squares konstrukl Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM), data dikumpulkan dari konsumen merek fashion lokal dan dianalisis untuk menguji dua hipotesis utama. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa baik CE maupun eWOM berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap BA, masing-masing dengan nilai p < 0.05 dan T-statistik yang melebihi ambang batas. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa keterlibatan pelanggan dan promosi dari mulut ke mulut secara digital merupakan strategi efektif dalam membangun kesadaran merek. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pelaku usaha fashion lokal agar lebih fokus pada interaksi digital dan strategi berbasis komunitas guna meningkatkan daya saing di pasar domestik yang semakin kompetitif.
