Abstract

The quality of human resources is the most important element in improving good and high quality corporate governance. To create high performance requires a firm leadership attitude in managing human resources who have competence in carrying out work and solid teamwork to achieve organizational goals. Research to examine the influence of leadership, competence and team work on the work performance of employees of PT. AGRINDO. The results of the research show that leadership, competence, team-work affect the work performance of PT. AGRINDO. Competence has a dominant influence on the work performance of employees of PT. AGRINDO.

Abstract

Sungai Ciliwung segmen 2 melintasi daerah Kota dan Kabupaten Bogor, dengan panjang aliran sekitar 12 km, mulai  dari Kecamatan Sindang Rasa hingga Kecamatan Cibuluh. Berbagai kegiatan domestik yang berpotensi sebagai sumber pencemar, berada di sepanjang pinggiran Sungai Ciliwung. Berdasarkan hal tersebut dilakukan pengembangan model dengan memanfaatkan model QUAL2K untuk mengetahui hubungan penyebaran polutan dari sumber pencemar di sepanjang Sungai Ciliwung segmen 2 terhadap kualitas air Sungai Ciliwung. Dalam Model ini kualitas air dibatasi hanya berdasarkan parameter BOD (Biological Oxygen Demand) dan DO (Dissolved Oxygen). Beban pencemar yang dipresentasikan dalam parameter BOD sepanjang Sungai Ciliwung Segmen 2 dihitung berdasarkan data jumlah penduduk dan cakupan pelayanan sanitasi. Pengembangan model menggunakan aplikasi QUAL2K, dengan parameter utama BOD dan DO. Verifikasi model menunjukkan deviasi BOD sebesar 14% dan DO sebesar 24%. Simulasi dilakukan berdasarkan 3 skenario pengelolaan beban pencemar dan pengelolaan sungai yaitu skenario 1 peningkatan pelayanan sanitasi sebesar 50% di daerah aliran bagian hulu sungai, yang kedua dengan melakukan penggelontoran melalui Bendungan Katulampa dan yang ketiga adalah membangun instalasi pengolahan air limbah (IPAL) di kelurahan Babakan Pasar yang melayani 100% buangan air limbah domestik di 6 kelurahan di bagian hulu. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa skenario yang paling efektif adalah skenario ke 3 yaitu dengan kombinasi kebijakan, yaitu meningkatkan cakupan pelayanan sanitasi Sungai Ciliwung segmen 2 dan membangun IPAL di daerah hulu sungai. Penurunan konsentrasi BOD yang terjadi dalam skenario ini sebesar 0.4 mg/L, selain itu hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa pembangunan IPAL menghasilkan perubahan yang lebih berkesinambungan.

Abstract

Transmart Cilegon is a modern shopping center located in Banten province. The Transmart Cilegon parking area was built as a mall parking space (off street parking). The use of available parking spaces is not always optimal, but depends on peak hours. In an effort to deal with this problem, it is necessary to provide sufficient parking space and determine the right parking model.The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics of parking and to determine the design and need for vehicle parking spaces in the Transmart Cilegon parking area by collecting primary data through field observations and processed using Microsoft Excel. The parking characteristics at Transmart Cilegon experienced the maximum volume and the highest parking index on Saturday, February 26, 2022 with 146 cars with an index of 12.969% and 167 motorcycles with an index of 14.236%, and peaked accumulation at 16.00-16.59. The average duration for cars is 2.53 hours and motorbikes is 2.60 hours with a turnover rate of 0.802 vehicles/SRP for cars and 0.790 vehicles/SRP for motorbikes. Judging from the characteristics of the parking space, the need for available parking spaces at Transmart Cilegon is still adequate or the parking index is below 100%.

Abstract

The synergy of the customs agency with the national narcotics agency in preventing narcotics smuggling is cooperation in a relationship and institutional or agency setting with a specific division of tasks to produce a good goal, through communication and coordination, therefore the author is interested in further studying the formulation of the problem. "How is the synergy of customs with the Dumai City National Narcotics Agency in preventing drug smuggling" This study aims to find out how the synergy of customs with the Dumai city national narcotics agency in preventing drug smuggling. This research is a type of descriptive research using a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this study used interview techniques. The data analysis used was interactive quantitative analysis. The results of the study can be concluded that the efforts made by BNN together with Customs and Excise to reduce the number of drug smugglers entering the city of Dumai, as well as eradicate the illicit traffic of narcotics and narcotics precursors, protect and prevent the nation from narcotics abuse. Particularly the National Narcotics Agency and Customs and Excise where the two institutions supervise illegal goods entering Indonesia, especially the Dumai area which is directly opposite neighboring countries. Abstract

Perdebatan mengenai hubungan antara negara (state) dan masyarakat madani (civil society) sejauh ini masih terpengaruh oleh argumentasi Hegel, bahwa isu pentingnya terletak pada bagaimana menciptakan masyarakat yang lebih demokratis dan mencapai keadilan sosial bagi rakyat dan sebuah negara oligarki di mana pemerintah dan partai-partai politik mernelihara status quo untuk melindungi kepentingan bersama mereka. Meskipun pemerintahan Megawai telah berhasil mendinginkatt kehidupan politik di Indonesia tetapi mengingat masih buruknya kualitas partai politik serta visi politik Megawati yang letnah. pemerintahan ini belum mampu memberi lccus yang terbaik bagi rakyat negeri ini.

Abstract

Penjualan sayuran melalui toko online semakin berkembang pesat seiring dengan meningkatnya minat masyarakat terhadap gaya hidup sehat dan praktis. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pola pembelian konsumen pada toko online sayurklik berbasis website menggunakan metode Apriori. Data transaksi penjualan dari toko online tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan algoritma Apriori untuk mengidentifikasi pola pembelian yang paling umum dan signifikan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya pola pembelian tertentu yang dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif, seperti paket bundling atau rekomendasi produk. Studi ini memberikan wawasan yang berharga bagi pemilik toko online untuk meningkatkan layanan mereka dan memahami perilaku pembelian konsumen dengan lebih baik.

In making the UI/UX design display, an application called figma is needed. Therefore, the researcher will design and build a UI/UX design in making a website-based selfcare application to make it easier for customers and sellers to transact buying and selling these products.

Abstract

Training on the use of digital Quran applications aims to assist users in understanding and using digital Quran applications well. In this training, participants will be introduced to the menu available in the digital Quran application and how to use it. Participants will also be taught how to access the Quran through the app and how to use the translation and audio menus. This training can help participants in learning and reading the Quran more easily and effectively through the students' android devices. The use of digital Quran applications is one way to help in understanding and using digital Quran applications well. Abstract

Training for teachers and MSMEs at Asga Mandiri Vocational School with the theme Basic Digital Marketing was carried out to increase teachers' and MSMEs' understanding of basic digital marketing. The methodology used in this service is to present material regarding basic digital marketing. Next, provide a tutorial to the participants and evaluate how they understand the material that has been tutorialized using digital platforms such as Google Business and WhatsApp Business. The evaluation results of this activity show that the training is effective in increasing the understanding of teachers and MSMEs so that it can be used as a medium in the business development process, for promotion and product sales. Basic digital marketing training is very important for teachers and MSMEs because it can improve their ability to carry out marketing activities via digital platforms.

Abstract

Tobacco is one of the cash crops that can be used as raw material in smoking activities and has many risks. In Indonesia, it is one of the largest tobacco producers and consumers in the world. In that case, the government made a statement as a support for the fulfillment of tobacco needs, with the aim that there is no excessive amount of inventory or shortage, so as not to harm a company. In this study, quantitative descriptive methods were used, in the calculation using forecasting with an EOQ approach and the help of an R Studio application / software. The result obtained is the maximum supply that can be managed with the lowest maximum supply is 4,188,968,000 / kg, while for the maximum supply the largest is 13,508,795,487 / kg. then the total cost of supplies is IDR 3,665,652,167,548.
